i am really confused..i feel they might get divorce, arnav helps khushi with her education/finding self journey though from afar, may be using akash and Payal as fronts and then they meet again after some years and get together

i still think they will end up together though it wont be HEA.

Honestly I will be happy and sad both with whatever that is going to happen. The marriage ended the moment he crossed that boundary.

When you are committed to someone you don't allow yourself to find perfection/comfort in someone else. You cannot draw boundaries for others, but for yourself.

Ps- Arpita did you write any other story on arshi, i was checking you profile and people there are asking you for update for "Love is in the air" and requesting no to leave it from some 7yrs ago. If it is still there give the link please.

Regarding your question - yeah I used to write and I have written several stories in the past. This one being the very first. But none of them were Arshi and none of them were any good. 😃. I cringed reading them shortly after writing and took them down long back. And the last couple of them I just didn't have it in me to finish. This is me picking up writing after 7-8 years :)

No surprises as more of the past is revealed. It is one thing though to predict and another to read, that you were right about it.

You write well,evoking the right emotions. The last two chapters of Khushi's baptization by fire was really hard to read. Realizing I really don't have it in me to read about Arnav /La saga. Or even to discover who ends up with whom in the end or is justice served.

Yeah, till now even i thought that the story is predominantly Arnav's. This is how i set out to write this tale. But lately i have seen, Khushi's character has started taking over my mind and my pen. She is such a big part of it that i was almost forced into including her POV as regular chapters instead of interlude. Because when i sat down and thought about it, her life journey is as interesting and as complex as ASR. Maybe more even...

Had planned to ask you after the story ended. what made you come up with these plots when you watched the serial.

Did you as a viewer never believed that the pairing can be real as the two were so different and Arnav was better matched with La?

I have been meaning to ask this to arpita for so long, that what was her inspiration behind this story...as generally no one likes to read and even there are very very few stories on infidelity on Arshi, this topic is never welcomed when it comes to them...may be because infidelity was a huge part of the show and pretty much molded the character of the male lead and also the eternal love that Arshi had. My heart.❤❤

That is actually a nice question, inception of this story. I think someday I will dive deeper into it and will definitely let you guys know :)

Coming to your question though. No, I didn't think Arnav and Lavanya were a better couple and that is because I am a hopeless romantic and live in a fantasy world. I LOVED Arnav and Khushi. For me they define star crossed. in the show, not only their pasts were entangled but the little things that they differed in. I mean for god's sake, she was a halwai and he was a diabetic 😂. These little things made the show slightly more special when I finally watched it (Which was AFTER reading several amazing fanfics btw)

A sane me would have questioned their background difference. But the truth of the matter was that Barun and Sanaya portrayed the love so intensely that all doubts were quashed away. They were just meant to be in my head (All the glaringly obvious issue could go to hell when Rabba Ve played in the background 😂 ).

It wasn't inspired by the show. But when the idea took place in my head, I knew the background difference had to play a role in here. Its just faces and names, but the character inspiration was not drawn from the show.

I saw it few years later and skipped after the kidnapping. The chemistry between the pair is what viewers are fan of I think. It is what drew me to it also.

Have heard that many viewers preferred Arnav and La pairing.

Or folks are just fan of Arnav.
