Khushi and Payal was happily married suddenly Khushi fell I'll she was having votming and dizzyness and plus head ache as per doctor consult .It was Brain tumor and she was in her last stage
Khushi went for many test to treat it and a day came when Khushi lost her life
Payal was weeping and think in about her memories with Khushi how they said to each other that they will not get separated and those sweet memories touched her
Payal went to the temple barefooted and prayed to God that he has to make Khushi alive or else she will give her life she kept ranging the temple bell till blood started pouring from her hands but still she kept doing so
Arnav : Payal..Khushi is gaining conscience Payal stop this and come to Khushi she is longing to see you

Khushi was waiting for her sister arrival and then she seen Manvi

Payal : Kusi !! are you ok tell me na
Khushi: Jiji I am fine Jji blood on your hands.Jiji you took so much pain for me (Khushi's eyes were overwhelmed )
Akash: Payal are you fine .Nurse get a first aid kit(Aksh applied cream and put band aid )
Doctor : After few days u can take Khushi home
After few days
Khushii was brought home and Payal and Khushi did the Aarti together and later the couples did the aarti Payash and then followed by Arshi
Payal then said a small Shayari to Khushi

Phoolon Ki Mehek hai tu
Meri Aakhon ka taara hai tu
Meri pyaari behena
Hamesha Sang Rehena

And then sang a song

Meri Aakhon Mein Tu Muskhuraye
Khushi : I love you alot, Jiji I am blessed to have a sister like you
Payal : My Kusi is the best and proud to have a sis like you
