can't agree more about asr..I poured my heart last thread and the first few pages here about how I winced for no one caring for the man who came back surviving from a gun point death threat after 2 months... did n't want to sound too rhetoric so avoided that.. but did they ever see him in that state even when he was working around the soil of his plants. he came to his room after 2 months and slumped on to that bed.. and not a single creature is around him?!! My heart broke for that man.. there was NO hurry to for Shyam to steal the lime light that very rightfully belonged to that all performing man..

Yes, Barun was magnificent, portraying pain is his forte. He does that without much effort that the one watching feels every ounce of it. For me Sanaya did very well too depicting the vulnerability, hesitation going go close to her volcanic husband unclear of how he would react. This episode and that pool side interaction is very very special becos the usually very vocal couple resorted to silence in a grave hr. Very neat direction..

It is mind boggling how everything, their MU, contract marriage, his return from a great threat were very very down played...

Indu lovely post on this episode.. I will rewatch and then maybe have a comment on Sanaya's acting, for now just got caught in this thought..

I loved how you phrased it here, that in orange.. We had been discussing this earlier.. Khushi and ASR might know that their love is reciprocated now, but before this they have never really been a couple sharing problems (ignoring the pair solving the Payash's wedding problems and the patal problem during the lunch.. hayee.. how I miss the young newly in love feel)..

In fact even with years of practice one might never know how to react or console in such a situation..

I am sort of improvising here..

Khushi must be in such a conundrum..

he is hurting.. he looks completely broken.. oh I want to make it better for him.. how? will he even want me close? I am the reason his di, the most important person in his life, is shattered.. what do I say to him? .. but devi maiyya he is safely home.. with me.. I need to be close to him..

And he must be tired and numb..

di won't even talk to me.. Jeejaji was such a creep and I never saw it? i feel exhausted.. my wife..khushi.. i did not believe her earlier.. di.. what can I do to make it better..

But they chose no words..only silence.. had she talked most probably he would have withdrawn further into this shell, but silence penetrated the ache where words might not have.. I personally learnt a lot about how to handle sadness and strife watching their interaction (you did tell me it was safe to admit such things here..hehehe)
