of course i saw pp in a bizzarish telecast by doordarshan to keep janta off the streets during a major solar eclipse, back in the whatevers. a quick google check tells me dd did that quite often. nice way to keep a classic alive teehee.

got to say, there are scenes from the mobhie me lubbing abs. durga and apu running around in the fields, just being kids, touching.

the gana you sing for the rasta, very very nice. makes me hum.

Doordarshan... owe it big time i have to say. So many classics... and those kavi sammelans on Holi...new year specials with "bharatiya sanskriti" in all it's glory. Kya din thhe, sarkar. And dharamputra - the film - i sat up watching one night as a kaafi chhota bachcha...taught me once and for all what being "indian" is...i was thinking of it just last night!

Hi girls,

Magic? I need it now.
