Agree, I had questioned this considerably recently, about why indexes of favorite stories are getting closed. I got rid of the MOD name to not create controversy. But she finally opened up the Index by making the TM change it to favorites list.

As such, if someone created a favorites list. You should have left it alone for the sake of "to each his own." Instead, you imposed your own list which is nearly impossible to filter as it is right now.

We don't like the rating system because we have previously had that and members were discouraged and believe me when I say that fights like literal arguments and fights broke out. That's what we don't want now so we're going to have to not include that.

Which is why I don't understand your view of redundancy. It was presented in a different light and with the caveat that it was current popular and favorites. These were selected with an obvious attempt to differentiate with all of the rest. There was a lot of thought and effort put into it beyond just listing.

Also, to be clear, this was not my listing, but one that I had appreciated.

Either that, or the forum needs to compile a list with favorable ratings system.

The index that I had given you the link to is supposed to be the only index in the forum which the new members refer to. It has the stories instead of writers usernames like you had done.

Hi - I saw that you closed a Topic because you felt the content redundant. However, I think that list was not all encompassing but rather a favorites list of writers at this time. I have gone through your index as well. It was not nearly as organized and nor did it contain top performers. I would revisit your decision to close the topic.

Also, not everyone is interested in every picture. But are interested in some pictures.

Some members also have a specific following. Is there a reason why that member can't have their own topics as they have garnered that reputation amongst other members?

How shall we know that a new picture is posted on the twitter celeb page if the title is not updated every time a new picture is posted? I would like to suggest that the title should be updated with the date of posting the picture. Also an index is a must. The opening of the official GOTW thread has reduced the activity of the forum. Not everyone likes to play the same game. Its sad but the truth is the forum has become boring. What's the point in opening an official GOTW if it can't provide the fun? It was much better when there was no GOTW. Playing the games here in this forum and playing them in the forum games is not the same. I feel it restricts the freedom of the members of IPKKND forum. Please rethink the decision and allow the game threads. Not interested in an official GOTW. A poll should be conducted to see what the majority of the forum members want.

Sorry to say but the forum feels more like a jail nowadays with members' activities being restricted to such an extent. The rules were there before too but why become so strict all of a sudden? Shouldn't the rules be a little bit flexible? Its afterall a discussion forum

Or has IPKKND forum been targeted with more rigid rules because we were the most active forum on IF? No doubt in the past, this forum did have its share of drama.

If that is the case, can we not become more in aligned with other forums as we have decreased in activity?
