Arnav is not only in contrition to hurt and mistrust Khushi, he is also in compunction to ruin Akash and payal's wedding day. But Khushi the forgiving angel can surmount anything. Or moreover she already knows that Arnav loves her immensely. So she doesn't need his redemption.

Hey Supriya, you've made it here in your busy time. I am so happy. 😃 Yes, that was a major possibility about Shyam trapping Khushi. He already was losing patience. His terrace confession to Khushi was a proof.
