Near poolside, Arnav asks Khushi, 'toh kya woh sach mein taare ban jaathe hain'... Khushi says, 'baat sach ya joot ki nahin, baat yakin ki hai'...
Next day, Arnav learns that Khushi is engaged & is heartbroken...
He announces gets ready to engage La in a week to force Khushi accept her feelings for him... But unable to see Khushi in tears again & again, he decides to stop crossing her path... Yet again fate makes Arshi join hands together for Payal & Akash's marriage...
Khushi breaks her engagement with Shyam after knowing his reality & Arnav breaks up with La realizing that he is doing injustice to her...
Payal & Akash's marriage preparations develop Arshi's relationship again... Arnav's cousin bro NK, who comes for Payash marriage, becomes khushi's friend making Arnav feel insecure & jealous...

They blame each other for that... An irritated Khushi decides to compete with Arnav in the Payash's Sangeet competition... Arshi bet... Both try to win the competition... But in the last minute, Khushi's partner doesn't turn up... Unable to see Khushi in tears, Arnav himself becomes her dancing partner... They dance passionately for Teri-meri shocking both the families...
It becomes a turning point in their love story... Arnav, who always runs away from his feelings, starts to open up & enjoy his feelings for her... He flirts with her... On Payash mehandi, Khushi by mistake gets 'A'rnavji in her mehandi... Arnav notices that... Mehandi check...
Then they play ring game in their pool 😳
He challenges her & gives her a quick peck on her cheeks, which Khushi fulfills unintentionally...
They also play haldi along with Payash's haldi...
Nani & Anjali understand Arshi's feelings & plan to make Arnav admit his feelings... Arnav falls for their fake plans of NK-Khushi marriage & becomes jealous... Khushi goes out with NK to get ghee for havan but in sometime Arnav gets restless & goes to bring Khushi... He is scared when he learns about a girl's accident on the way... He thinks that it is Khushi... He runs behind an ambulance but misses it... He is broken & regrets his words that she means nothing to him...
He then gets relieved after seeing her safe... He is unable to answer Khushi's question 'faraq kyun padtha hai'... Of course 'faraq padtha hai dammit, kyonki', he is unable to complete it😕
The same day, he gets bangles for her...
Both ponder over their feelings for each other... Khushi is happy that the great Arnav Singh Raizada has got bangles for her... Arshi have some good time with each other...
On Payash's wedding, Arnav finally goes to propose Khushi... But he gets the shock of his life that his jeejaji 'loves' Khushi 🥺
He can't believe that the man he respected deceived him, his di & his family all these years... He is angry upon Shyam & Khushi... Definitely he doesn't think that khushi loves Shyam... He doesn't want to get deceived in love like his mother & di... He takes it as a reason to hate Khushi & to avoid love in his life... But he gets impulsive to save his pregnant di... He breakdowns completely...

He forcefully marries Khushi (threating her with Payal's marriage to Akash) in the mandir without telling her the real reason... He tells that they are married from now on for six months...
Arnav & Khushi's marriage shocks both the families... Guptas refuse to accept Khushi as their daughter... Khushi who thought Arnav loves her is shattered to see the rakshas back... She is distraught that she has become an orphan again... Arnav on the other hand is also in pain...
Despite angry upon their marriage, Raizadas proceed with Arshi's after-marriage rasams & accept Khushi as their bahu...

Arnav, despite trying hard to hate Khushi, ends up falling in love with Khushi more & more... Khushi plans their stay in her maika... Initially Arnav finds it difficult to adjust in GH... But behaves like a responsible SIL... They fight more & keep getting closer to each other... At the end of their stay, they have a huge argument & Arnav finally reveals the reason for the contract marriage... Arnav leaves for London for a conference... Khushi stops him at the airport & cries that he is wrong... He is moved when Khushi tells him, 'kyunki baat aapki hai faraq padtha hai, agar kisi aur ki hai tho faraq nahin padtha... agar aap hi aise chale jayenge tho hum saans hi nahin le paye---'😭
He still starts to leave as soon as his name is announced for boarding... He recalls all his moments with Khushi & accepts to himself that it is difficult for him to leave Khushi... When he is about to go back to Khushi, he gets kidnapped... Kidnappers threaten Arnav to inform his family that he is safe... Out of fear that he may never get a chance to express his feelings for Khushi, he confesses, 'Khushi I love you' over phone...
Khushi understands that he is in danger & tries to save him from Shyam's clutches with the help of NK...
The distance made Arnav & Khushi yearn for each other... They both realize how much they mean to each other... Arnav dreams of Khushi... He looks at the stars & calls Khushi... They both talk through telepathy... He accepts his defeat that despite trying so hard, he failed to hate her...
Khushi risks her life... She lays breathless near a cliffside but Arnav brings her back to life with his heartbeats as their hearts beat as one...
They return to Shantivan & expose Shyam... Arnav slaps him & throws him out of the house... But Anjali is shattered by all this... Other family members try to cheer her up... Meanwhile Arshi start their bickering... Holding herself responsible for Anjali's trauma, Khushi leaves to GH as their marriage contract is also nearing... But Arnav Singh Raizada again gets her back home forcefully... Arnav & Khushi know that they love each other... But they don't admit it to each other...
Arnav's dadi comes to Shantivan... She has left Arnav & Anjali to nani 14 years back after that fateful night which destroyed Arnav's childhood... Dadi hates Khushi coz she was misguided by Shyam... Whenever dadi insults Khushi, Arnav protects his wife... They grow closer to each other... Arnav shares with Khushi that his mom committed suicide 14 years back...
During janmashtami preparations, nani tells the story of Krishna & Radha... Khushi gets disturbed when nani reminds her of the importance of pheras... She complaints Arnav about their incomplete marriage but Arnav tricks her & plans for their Suhaag raat the next day...
However Khushi spoils it & tries to explain him the importance of pheras... Arnav Singh Raizada, who does things in his own way, forcefully carries her & starts taking pheras on the terrace...
But they don't complete the pheras coz of dadi... After she leaves, Khushi starts to fight with Arnav that rituals are important but Arnav shouts, 'I LOVE YOU DAMMIT' 😳& that is what matters him the most... Arnav leaves in anger while Khushi is pleasantly shocked by that... Next day dadi insults Khushi in front of Buaji & Raizadas for their incomplete marriage... Arnav enters at the right time & agrees to marry Khushi once again with all the rituals... All except dadi become happy😊 But Buaji takes Khushi to GH again... Before leaving, Khushi confesses her love for Arnav, 'Hum bhi aapse ILU dammit'...
That night Arnav feels bad for all that he did to Khushi & goes to GH to tell 'Sorry'... 'I am really sorry Khushi... Mujhe shaayad patha bhi nahi tha ki meine tumhe kitni baar hurt kiya, but for every single time, I am sorry'

After so many years, Arnav started to live coz of Khushi... But the one truth by dadi completely shatters him again... He is stuck between his past & future... He breakdowns once again...
He notices a rose & recalls an incident where his mom advices him not to hurt the flower for thorn's mistake & not to hurt the ones u love...Immediately, he leaves the garden & starts to drive faster... He gets all the flashbacks with Khushi where they cared for each other... Suddenly he remembers almost losing Khushi on the cliff, loses his control & meets with an accident... Khushi senses that Arnav is in danger & tries to reach him, but NK stops her... She notices that the fire has completely extinguished... With that her hopes too😭 She breakdowns... Nani, unable to see khushi shattered, runs to support her... She assures that chotte will def come... But she gets up & starts walking... Garima cries... Khushi stops & turns to her 'amma'... She feels that her chunni has stuck... She turns back & finds that Arnav is holding her chunni...
'Khushi mein yahan sirf tumhari vajah se kadah hoon jahan dard, dhoka aur nafrat ke alava kuch nahin'
Khushi is shocked & is about to faint... But Arnav holds her safely as he always does😳

[Arnav didn't decide anything till he reached the mandap... He came there just for his promise to Khushi... But Khushi was waiting all this time with so much love & trust in him... He got his answers from her... 'Khushi I am standing in the world where there is only pain, betrayal & hatred and nothing else... But you made me understand that happiness, trust & love still exist in the world' (That is the answer to his question which he got seeing his khushi)]
Arnav clears that he loves Khushi very much & it is not Garima's fault but his dad's... Dadi goes back to ashram in disappoinment... His love for Khushi is very strong now...
