hmmm pathetic. I watched 4 episodes and stopped. not worth to spend my time in some fake remake show and copycat performances. what a pity for #1 GEC channel to mimic to this extent.

So? Did you really expect everyone concerned to really stay away from anything to do with IPK 1 when they have used the identifier as the name of the show??

SP is unethical, and used the fandom to shut down IPK 1. If it was so worried about the fandom why did they use the same name????? When the fanndom did not want that??

No, I understand your point and I think you are referring to my post only. I didnt write my post elaborately but I am not saying that IPK is a genuine story which was not tried before. Concept is more or less being used for decades may be since Jane Austens time.

My frustration was more about how we present that same old story in a bit refreshing or unique way but not in this way where we feel dejavu most of the times. With EBP, I felt like an amateurish, completely noncreative person trying to do something. Specially when they are dealing with youth oriented shows like this, they need to give some unique feeling to so-called young to middle-aged audience who are in varied professions across the globe. When it comes to other age-old saas-bahu shows or trying to captivate all sections of audience in India with even a romantic show, I feel makers have to use a different formula which QH may be doing smartly.
