Went to pondicherry within hours of landing at Chennai and lost network... so couldn't drop in here.. say hi... nothing. Had gone with one of my closest friends so guess what...i needed my IPK daily fix so bad that i chewed her ears off talking about the show! But was so much fun introducing one more person to the madness, i can't tell ya. I re-lived so many Arnav Khushi moments...and doing it for/with someone who knew nothing of it was amazing in it's own way. Luckily i had the last page of the thread on my mini so i showed her some photos...Arshi's edits from the gulabified poolside i think they were. She was fascinated. Kinda lost her breath methinks when she saw him tugging at her dupatta. "What a face", said my darling gal, "And look at those eyes". Hehehe i laughed what do you think i'm looking at night and day!! Too much drooling happened thereafter...followed by much intellectualizing about what drives us women towards love stories well done...and the power of good television... So all in all, a most satisfying trip😆😆 In delhi since last night and loving being back!!

Here are some pictures i took walking around in Pondi. Initially thought i should restrict to 1 or 2...but i can't pick of these and since we're still on the Picture Album, me taking some liberties😛 Hope you don't mind!!😛

And my absolute favorite...clicked with permission from the mighty one in it, of course!

pink lady, i ask for picture on story thread, but it is in the right place that you have parked them. gorgeous shots, and the mighty one so reminds me of the other one with the kala chashma... attitude is ekdam same to same.

about going to chennai in december... telepathyyy. i may go this december actually, never been to the city, so apart from chasing pattu saree and whatever else one must look for there... will definitely do the theosophical society thing... sounds lovely.

you poor friend, but even i laughed with glee when she said that about the eyes. suffer, baby, suffer is all i can feel when this happens to others.

super wonderful to see you back. missed you quite badly too... but since you were on mission ipk, seriously proselytizing, guess it's alright.

how's dilli meri jaan? hope all things delhi are out in full glory shory taking care of you.

bhelcomes back, parmeswari... atif on a loop too? ohhh what a ahem voice. love ze voice.

Aatif the hottie...oh yeah...me meant ze voice too...loop the songs i do, when driving... particularly Tu Jaane Na...As for the rest of him...er..not bad at all i say😆

My poor friend...oh she no poor shoor...she's tortured me for years with her drooling for man after man in film after film and firangi show after show... when i was unmoved by all things lovey dovey... so this is divine retribution😆 She looked at me all wide eyed when i spoke of our thread and then uttered, "Brilliant!" and sure enough added after a pause,"do ya think there are threads out there on Michael Fassbender too?!!"😆 I was like "sure...go find😆, but nothing beats a tv show thread cos it goes that weee bit beyond the drooling. The characters they all become a part of life and there's so much material to draw on"...Poor beautiful Michael Fassbender and his two and a half movies"😆. "True", she conceded, "Actually i see myself quite loving your show from what you've told me"😆So there. Suffer karney do!

Delhi seems super as ever... though i haven't stepped out since i got home from the airport...woke up this morn and realized i was down with, of all things, conjunctivitis! In the air, the papers said this morning so kya karen. Will just sit and stare at all the fab edits on the thread for now, red eyed and all😆 And in a few days i hope, some pictures, they may come up staring at you. Kirti Nagar, by the way, is on the list. So is Food Food Restaurant😆

is kaja made of fried dough dunked in thick sugar syrup, in that case, we call it khaja or gauja depending on shape and size and level of sweetness, and i abs love it.😳

I love the sweet called khaja or gauja. here in the US one of our bengali aunti makes it. I remember I ate it in Kolkata. It's yummy, crunchy and sweet.
