Shyam's malevolence couldn't harm Anjali. At the right time God sends mama as an angel to save Anjali's life. He holds her back, while Shyam almost made her fall in the pool. He even notices the live wire in the pool water. Anjali gets scared in anticipation. Shyam pretends to be oblivion and dissimulates his fake concern. Mama and Anjali both get duped by his fallacy. Along with Anjali mama consoles him as well. Mama says Anjali to be more careful. When mama leaves Shyam hugs Anjali, as if he got his life back. Really can't bear his shenanigan any more.😡
In GH Akash offers Payal to go outside with him. But Payal refuses to go, as if Bua didn't sleep yet and Khushi also is not at home. Akash says Khushi went to neighbors and they will also not go so far. They are feeling so shy that can't even look in each other's eyes. Wow what a yester kind of love! Payal gets up from her chair; Akash holds her hand and says, in order to see her he faced so many obstacles today, can't she keep a small request of him? When Payal doesn't answer, Akash gets disappointed and let go her hand. Payal intends to go inside and says she will be back with her shawl as its cold outside. Akash faces glints with a bright smile. He says, why she needs shawl, she can wear his jacket instead. Payal tells him to talk low. She thinks it's better to go right now, before anybody wakes up. But poor Akash can't stand up from his chair, cause he is strongly adhered with the chair.😆 When he touches the seat, he finds glue there. The glue made him stuck with the chair. Payal is ambiguous, bua fixed the other chair, then how the glue smeared in this chair. She guessed right, the glue certainly spilled on the chair. Poor Akash seems slump in a deep trouble. He tries hard to free himself from the chair. But instead of getting free he makes noise. Bua calls Payal to hear the noise. Payal pulls him vehemently, but still can't extricate him free from the chair. Aghast Akash now is running back and forth with the chair, where can he hide now? Payal gets a quilt from the cupboard to cover him. She turns off the light also.
"Payalia itna andhera kahi hai?'
"why it's so dark payal?"
Bua is groping in the dark. Payal says she was about to go to sleep, so she turned off the lights. Bua asks did Khushi come back? When Payal nods no bua gets mad and intends to go out to check. Suddenly she notices the quilt on the chair. She asks Payal why it's here. Payal stammers, she is drying it. Bua suggests drying it outside then? How cum Payal can take the quilt outside now? So she answers she can't dry it outside, cause it can catch fire as the kids are blasting firecracker all over the place. Bua agrees. To clean the dirt she starts to slap the quilt with her hand,😆
"it is too much dusty."
Poor Akash under the quilt is wincing in pain. Bua thinks to clean it up real good, so she went inside to get a big wooden rod. It must be a rug beater. 😆 Payal gets frightened to see it. Akash will be dead if bua beats him with that big rod. Payal stops her and says , when Khushi will come she and Khushi will clean it together. Thank God that bua agrees and goes inside to sleep. Payal uncovers Akash and asks him is he alright. Akash takes a breath and answers sarcastically that he is stuck with the chair and got beaten up by bua, otherwise he is fine. He is now even ready to go home with the chair. It seems his wish to see Payal @ 12 has gone. But he is worried for the chair also, next morning what will she say to the family about the chair; the chair is stolen!. Gosh I can't even type. My whole body is shaking with laughter. Payal is worried how he will sit on this chair whole night! She thinks to call Khushi. But Khushi left the phone at home. Akash decides to call his bhai. Thank God that bhai is still awake. Arnav asks Akash why he is whispering. He tells him how he got trapped in GH and stuck with the chair.. He requests him to come to help him. But Arnav is impervious, no way he can come in front of Khushi to let her win. He tells him to take help from Khushi. He thinks Khushi has all the stupid ideas. Akash tells him that Khushi is not at home and left her phone as well. Akash tries to make him understand his condition that he has to be like this whole night. Arnav finally agrees, as Khushi is not at home. Akash tells him to bring a pair of pant also.
NK is making the bed as if he is inside the comforter. He is now all set to to go to meet Khushi.
Arnav came in GH. He is flummoxed to see Akash's condition. Akash says if Khushi would be here, he wouldn't trouble him. Arnav thanks God that she is not here. Arnav suggests him to try the simple way first. He means pull him from the chair. Akash thinks his pant can come out by the pull, so he tells Payal to turn around. Arnav pulls the chair vehemently, what makes shrill noise. They get scared if the parents wake up from sleep or not. Arnav wants to try one more time. But Payal admonishes him to do so; bua may wakes up by the noise. Akash grumbles, this must be very good quality glue. Arnav says Akash to sit down and he will try something else. Akash is frustrated,
"I've been sitting since then."
Arnav gives him a chemical what will dissolve glue. Akash looks at Payal in apprehension; Payal understands that he may have to take off his pant. So she goes inside.
Arnav sits beside him and tries to dissolve the glue. Akash reminisce their childhood memory; when he was in eighth standard, during the summer vacation whole day he was stuck with the bed, cause someone smeared glue on the bed.
"I didn't do that"
Arnav defenses him. Akash says he is not accusing him. He just recollected the memory, so thought to share. Arnav is smirking to hear this. I'm pretty sure he was the one who did it.😆
Finally Akash is free from the chair. But his pant is ripped I guess. He asks Arnav did he bring his pant. Arnav forgot to bring Akash's pant. So now what he will wear? Arnav goes to payal's room to ask, can she arrange a pant for Akash? She says she can give him her dad's pajama. While going out from the room, Arnav bangs with a chair and he drops his phone.
Akash is looking really funny wearing Payal's dad's pajama. He feels awkward; so he asks them how he is looking. Arnav says he is looking good. Payal tries to hide her smile. Arnav tells them to do fast whatever they want to do. He will be waiting outside.
Akash wistfully offers Payal to go with him. But she refuses to go. Akash says, he had suffered so much today; got stuck with the chair, even beaten up by bua, so at least one good thing should be happened with him. He says she doesn't have to go far, not even has to lock the door. After such a plea how Payal can't say no; she agrees to go.
Arnav is standing on the patio. Akash thanks him and says him to carry on, because they will take some time. When Arnav was leaving he can't find his phone with him. He thinks it must be dropped inside the room when he banged with the chair. He furtively goes inside the house again.
Khushi is back, she is screaming to an aunty that she will see her on the next year. As long as she entered the screen the whole ambiance gets rife with meriment. She gets ambiguous to see the door open. She thinks they accuse her to be careless, where they are also doing the same. She is flouncing with rapture to welcome the New Year with her jiji. She gets in her room, telling Payal to wake up fast; as it's almost 12. Arnav who is already in her room looks perplexed; what he will do now? He bragged so much that he will not come in front of her and now he is standing inside her room.
Khushi starts the countdown.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6...1
She turns on the light, about to take a bite of the jalebi and sees arnav in front of her. She is absolutely dumbfounded to see him in her room and Arnav is standing there like a little boy who just caught red handed while stealing the cookie from the jar.🤔
