i was ok with that kiss not completing... but this one had to. she was in too painful a place to recall a less passionate moment... the sheer physicality of him... or so i felt. 😳

What you wrote felt way more natural to me, is all. My faith in your treatment is justified, goes without saying.

The almost kiss from Diwali was a winner hands down, for so many of us. And i fully fell for his clamming up reaction afterwards too. But that reaction could've been equally strong, or even stronger, had it actually happened. This is all hindsight of course. And maybe even exaggerated by the fact that the 'almosts', as the series progressed, became lame, unnatural and merely ways to stretch the drama.

I love what you are doing so will keep dropping in. I saw those dreadful pictures of ASR too and felt cheated, like they (I heard they were let out by the erstwhile director) were, consciously or not, getting perverse pleasure doing this to us around June 6th. I hated that. Glad you had a better reaction and decided to take it head-on. Way to go, my dear!

so you were thinking of diwali kiss. definitely telepathy. for me, it was a kiss, may or may not have been diwali... but by the pool, their own place... it was certainly there.

i am glad though that ipk's diwali kiss was a missed one... in that context, that was right and very very powerful... very much a part of plot... it told him of how helpless he is before her, made him overreact and get engaged, took the story forward, made their emotions stronger, more chaotic, going toward their acceptance of each other.

no matter what i may or may not like about ipk, the initial bit was written very cleverly with a sharp understanding of plot, and tying threads, of characterisation, and of the essential excitement between a man a nd a woman... there was something elemental about that attraction... the basis of which was the writing, of course then barun and sanya turned it into something else.

this story is, to tell you the truth, as much of a suspense to me. makes it quite interesting actually, it sort of tells itself, i just jig it a bit and choose words i like.

i am glad i started writing too. thank you all for your prodding. i hope i can pull it off.

i find asr and khushi a most intriguing twosome, in them many many tales... a few of them i'd like to discover here.

Hey Indi, I do understand the intention. Please do write without any inhibition, whatever it is you want to convey. As I was reading that part, I wondered whether you would go all the way, just as you had assumed in the review. And that's where the uncomfort set in and it had already heated up. Uff...

I agree that the kiss needn't have to wait till the farmhouse. I felt, mostly, it could have taken place anytime from the wooing to the remarriage period, or in the hut scene too. I strongly feel there was a kiss on the night of Rakhi, after the gift spree. But, they must have edited that out at the last minute because they were introducing Dadi. 😡

I totally agree with the initial writing and the magic of Sarun. The effect was inescapable.

Coming back to the story, I have been thinking. The doctor had something to say to Khushi, but I strongly feel it is not about Arnav. If it was, Anjali wouldn't have been standing so strongly beside Khushi. She would have been broken down herself. It must be something else. I hope Khushi was not... Ok, I think I'll let my thoughts be with myself till the story progresses. Indi, do tell me if you don't want me to let out my investigations. I will put a halt to my inquisitive mind from making any probabilities so as not to intrude in your interesting story telling. 😆

what? stop yout speculations and and thought trails? never. a story becomes more when the reader sees things beyond what's written... don't you see what we do to the ipk episodes? you really think anyone thought all taht when they wrote or directed or acted? communication is complete only when the receiver receives and returns the shot.. then the game gets fun... please do tell me all that comes to your mind.

oh and did i say anjali was cool and strong anywhere in the story? just that she came and held khushi from the other side. elder sister... we are trained to be strong when the world goes nuts. 😆

Indi di...finally got time to catch up...it was so emotional...and intense too... You really have unique way of expressing emotions... they are like oozing out of every single line that you write... and unique way of describing a scene too... The way you described...Arnav's touch on khushi's lips.. and her feelings ..her confusion...and in the end..the ultimate truth to her... it gave me goosebumps...looking forward to read more...😃...thnks fr PM di

Ok Indi, since you asked for it, you will surely get to know. You have no idea how deep I am digging. 😆 No, you did not mention about the state of Anjali. My assumption, would she be even in her senses if there was any devastating news about Arnav? Sure she would be in her elder sister mode, but not so soon.

that oozing emotion is what ipk was about to me... so much of it was there and with the most slick and taut dialogues and acting, oh i miss it so... so much to learn there. glad you like, do come back when i update, will pm.
