"Thanks Lav. But I really wish that you could come with." Khushi said.
"Hey you won't need me. Just go there and have fun. For me promise?" Luv asked.
"Yes I promise." Khushi said. With that Khushi left for the banquet.

*After Khushi has left. This part takes place at Luv's house
"She just left." Luv says to a guy on the phone.
"Good. I can't wait to see her." The deep voice answered from the other side of the call.
"Bye." Lav said.
"Bye. Oh and good job. I knew it was going to be a hard task to get her to come and you did it in a hour. I'm very impressed."
"Thanx Arnav. But I only did this for Khushi. She deserves this." Lav said and ended the call.
"I hope you can forgive me Khushi." Lav said silently.

*At the banquet
Khushi was exhausted. She had talked and tried to convince almost all the board members to change their decision but nothing worked.
She saw one more member and started to talk to them.

"Dad I think she's haseling your clients." Arnav said.
"Oh Khushi. She's a very sweet girl. Woh ek non-profit run ker thi ha. Uffsos ki baath ye he ke we had to cut our donations this year." Mr. Rizada said.
"Well I think she's bugging your clients about this." Arnav said.
"I think so too. Do me a favor and deal with it please? And put on the charm. She's a very stubborn girl." Mr. Rizada said.
"Dad, look at me. I can handle anyone." Arnav said and walked towards her.
"So you see if I don't get those funds those poor girls will have no where else to go..." Khushi was saying.
"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Woods. How are you?" said a deep voice from behind Khushi.
Khushi turned around and was shocked at who she saw. It was him. The guy who had made her childhood a living hell. She turned back around to the couple and was about to continue her argument when she felt someone's arm around her waist. She turned to the side and saw that it was Arnav. She was so shocked to see him and she was about to tell him off when he interuped her and said,
"Khushi why don't we leave this lovely couple alone and go dance." Arnav said
"No thank you I really don't want to dance." Khushi said
"Come on it's your favorite song." Arnav said while trying to convince her.
"I said no Arnav. Please let me be." Khushi said despreatly trying to look for an escape.
"Fine." Arnav said. And just as Khushi sighed in relief she felt herself being pulled onto the dance floor.
"Arnav let me go." Khushi said while struggling to get out of his grip. But of course she couldn't. He wasn't the quarter back for the Worriors for no reason.
"Why do you hate me so much?" Arnav asked with a smrik on his face.
"Because you made my life hell when we were in school." Khushi said sadly.
For a berif second guilt flashes in his eyes and then its gone. It's replaced with those hard eyes.
"Look Khush it was my brother who was the saint not me." Arnav said.
Khushi looked at Arnav and couldn't break their eye lock.
Suddenly she broke the eye lock and started to blush.
The song ended and Khushi was about to leave when Arnav pulled her towards her chest.
"Don't you dare leave the dance floor."
He said his chocolate brown eyes starting down at me. He was at least a head taller than me and was very strong.
"You can't force me to stay here you know. I have rights." I say to him
His laughed and said, "That's right you do. But you should also know that you aren't leaving my side untill after I get my dance. And why are you standing a state away form me?" Saying that he pulled her in. She bumbed into his chest and try to leave but his hold would only get stronger.
"I have to get the board to change their decision. If i don't get that promised money ill loose my girl's home." I say.
"You're not going to get any negotiating done tonight." He said his eyes soft and full of understanding.
"But"
"No. Just please do this for me?" He asked. His hipnotic eyes on mine. How could i refuse?
"Can i have this dance?" Said a strangly familiar voice.
Arnav turned around and there he was. Just standing there as if nothing had ever happened.
"Of couse. Have a good evening Khushi." His words were nice but his eyes said everything. "Hunt another one of the board memebers down and i will personally come after you."
"Hey Khush"
"What are you doing back here NK?"
Ok guys. Ya I know its a really big font.
But I have to make sure you guys read it
right?😉 So big truth time. I really have to
focus on school. And I think I have lost a
lot of people that used to read my writting
and if I haven't lost you I'm pretty sure I'm
dissapointing you guys. I know my updates
have been eaither really short or really
crappy. So here is the big thing. I'm am
offically putting all of my work on hold.
That's actually one of my new year's
resoulutions. To give better updates. And I
think that if I work on each part a little
more like when I am free I can get longer
and more better updates. And maybe I can
get all my followers back again. So I have
one week left until school starts again. So I
am going to update each of my ff's for the
last time. And then I am going to work on
each FF little by little so that I can make it
better. So I hope you guys understand.
