Back with Edition 4 of the Series -- strictly again as a - "Delusional Phanngirl trying some Laagics" !!!!
Thought of just going on with the calls and leave it on IPK "star-crossed" fate, but just realised I complete 1 year on this Forum tomorrow -- and in this year I have made some lovely, lovely friends worldwide (never imagined !!!) all thanks to this show and space...so "owe" it to them this Post as a "thank-you dedication"...days we have spent discussing this show, escaping the gruelling AD...we laughed, cried, cribbed...yet at the end just loved this show and being a part of the Forum...its a rare gift to get a place where the confluence of members - who can end up making such close bonds --- and the "instigating" factor - Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon...
So I may be delusioned,blind folded -- "phann gurl" -- but a one year in this space and 1.5 years with a show which was as layered as IPK -- certain observations and logics "dont need insider sources" to spell out !!!
So before I thought of "uncovering" Floating News -- thought will put in sequence the chain of events that has happened in IPK world and IPK Forum in last few months !!!
- BS went for shooting and we had the kidnapping track (will not raise the point that PH so conveniently portrayed that it was his break that caused the storyline debacle -- there was Maami's past, Aakash-Paayal reltn, Anjali-Shyaam marriage history -- so many side tracks to be developed and were not done except a half-baked Bubbly track)
- BS came back and we had Daljeet putting down papers -- and then retaining drama -- with focus to be on Anjali -- which didnt happen actually even as the storyline overnight started to make her a vamp -- giving screen space more (which was a rightful demand for any actor on a show) and handling that character properly had to be balanced and didnt happen !!!!
- Past track opening - the crucial IPK story pawn -- Anjali pregnancy , ASR's will - AR36K, Shyaam's past involved , Khushi's past involved and a more denser plot than what audience finally got to see in a rushed up closure track mixed with Remarriage
- Followed by hurried up Shyaam revealation (where the makers couldnt wait one night even to see the reason of Remarriage being even enjoyed by the audience) - that was a time like innocent fools viewers used to debate -- itni jaldi kyun hai --- only if they knew the answer then of the master plot !!!
So this all happens during Sep -- the night the Remarriage epi was aired that weekend - " a non-affliated journo" leaks out BS is on notice period and leaving in Dec. Uproar starts, audience panicked and the viewer friendly web-savvy PH releases a "letter" on their FB page and on the id in the Forum --- saying at the end, we will update BS status next week (which they never did 😆)...
So as per the credible news from the "sources" and posts on the Forum since then -- SP intervenes and signs BS -- his contract wid PH was to anyways get over in Nov --so technically as per any Legal clauses - since Sep he didnt need to put papers down exactly -- tht would have been an "automatic" start of notice period -- and the moment his contract with PH ended, SP started...
Would SP announce SPL if this whole uproar over BS quitting was to happen ? they had signed him -- IPK was to run till approx next April...this was a non-TRP season...a Channel who overnight changed Gia manek would have ever thought of getting in this fix -- if they knew BS was "quitting " 😆 and still be holding meetings since then at length to convince him to continue in IPK ????
All this happening, suddenly the last bit in the chain of sequences -- came yesterday -- when till date Press was silent --
-- Show to end in Jan-Feb --- y Sanaya wasnt aware of it last friday and said they get 2-3 months notice ??? And TOI, how can the show be under scanner overnight, when there are no TRPs 🤣
So to the point of the post -- "Floating News"
no press coverage till day before--- suddenly the online portals come with same statement -- show ending in Jan ????
and a question for the cooked-up scoops of TOI - why does whatever u post everyday dont get printed in your main hard copy newspaper TV section ???? why just for the web audience ???? if the news are all genuine, quote him there too, dammit , on the same day u post on the web !!! (actually this goes for all the news that u have been doing for last some months --- coz in the main press --- there has been not even a single article on IPK or Barun written in last few months ) -- how come the words of all these multiple site news are same -- does all these ppl have the same "brain wave" or is it the same "draft" which is made and circulated ???? (kal tak BS had no project, suddenly "many projects" 😆)
There is a difference between responsible journalism and Yellow Journalism -- was laughing yesterday when Mr Bachchan also felt the same about TV journalism and wrote :
" Television has proved that people will look at anything rather than each other. " ~ AL
Is this an indicator of where we are heading as far as our Television broadcasts go. ...
The other day I was surprised to read a comment from the eminent Tv Anchor of NDTV, Mr Vikram Chandra, that he felt tv in India was getting messy and that it needed to repair ..
It was an honest remark and one of great value ...
I do hope that it is looked upon as seriously as we would expect it to ...
So concluding --- all the chains and sequences and "infos on Forum " and "Floating News" --- it was always the plan to wrap up the show in Dec-Jan-Feb whatever -- "someone" stumbled onto the major plot at Sep end --- some "original cast " too got the whiff and left --- the unaware - SP (😆) and audience got into it when again "the only site" which gets all the "insider breaking news" to be reported first on BS said that he is leaving --- since then the "battle " started with the "Resilient Forum " being the major threat to the master plot --- so only way to come out clean ---design it the way the audience wrath for the show closure "goes to only one person " !!!!
So if the show "was to end in Jan-Feb" - why cant the actor stay for one more month to go for the "long break/leave/quit" --- meant nothing types kya 1.5 years ka hardwork -- why bother then -- if "meant nothing" to do so much hard work of double shifts of 18 hrs jab show end hone ke 1 month pehle chodna tha ??? 🤣
Find answer to the Logic - why BS said "will see how many fans I am left after the show" -- not "how many fans I am left after I quit" !!!!
I never quote anyone else on my post -- but will do today (hope that person excuses me for copyright infringement as I dont know you 😳) - kernel -- and would just pick up the same thing that he has been stressing ---
demand for "Arnav- Khushi love story " --- Barun and ASR are "symbiotically " one and the same...
if you ask for the show closure -- you give back the master plot -- what it demanded --Show closure- so be careful in what you asking !!!
IPKKND is an asset to the channel --- its a successful show with worldwide audience (most of the recent shows on SP have not hit the mark, they wouldnt never want to close their top prime time show ) -- the actor can easily take a "break" and on fan pressure/demand -- Channel will get him back...demand for him to be back, Arnav-Khushi story to go on --- dont ask for "show end" --- as the sudden "flood" of the online press which is misleading you to -- SPL is in fans favour -- use it --- calls, mails...fans could force channel to come back with a season 2 for Na Bole Tum on Colors -- SP has done it earlier too ...and here you dont even need to ask for Season too, just the Love story with Barun-Sanaya playing Arnav-Khushi !!!
Aah - Floating news edition ka Breaking News -- "Too bad...I just changed the Rule" 😉
