LOL! It is like the word "REPORTED" -- what the hell is that?

We are all grownups!!! We know what is right and what is wrong. Even when we yell at Daljeet it is with reason. What the hell is this "reporting" to a 20 year old who starts by giving us a Warning like we are at their mercy!

They wouldnt have a god damn forum if it isnt for us members. They cannot make money if it is not for us.

So, if you look at it from any angle -- moral or financial -- they lose when they do this crap with us!

Cheers.

Because someone can't deal with criticism like last time.
She is not only queen of IPK, but forum as well!😊
and we can't upset our queen😊
Come on people! how come you are even asking about rights? she has more rights than any one of us here. You all know why😊 so, don't even think about it.

We are coming from the angle of FREEDOM at all costs and they are coming from the angle of "policing and controlling at all costs"! Yep it is trivial, yep it is a daily soap but the fundamental rule does not change -- no one can tell another person what they can say and what they cannot -- this is a free society!

I love the writing and singing -- hope someone does the honors of translating.

Maverick ever since the last round of choking of my freedom😉 I have been quoting him i dont like the idea of a khap panchayat kangaroo court and a handful with known bias playing judge jury executioner There are no ombudsperson for us to address our grievances

It 's kind of funny when they do that.
They make a post , then try to shove down their thoughts down our throats, We dont take crap from them, so they cry mommy and Mommy comes , pets and soothes them , gives us some tongue lashing , We still dont take crap from them and try to make a decent argument , They cant defend their post for shit so they go again and cry Mommy.
This is like a routine now.
Kind of a schedule almost every other day.

You are asking what next?
I will tell you what next-
A new Sobti Shrine.
A new "Dont hate me , I am Dolly" Video.
And some Popsickles for more crying kids.

Thanks for making this thread.I was going to make something similar. You did my work.

Now coming to the topic:
Q:For whom a show is made?
A:For the viewers.
This is the answer to the MODs new rule. This show is made for mass people. The actors are working day and night to showcase their talent to mass people.Mass people are paying cable bills to watch this show.So whom does this show belong to.Again the answer is Mass People. And Mass People has every right to complaint when they feel that the show is not up to mark. The makers and actors have decided to make their work public so they should be prepared to hear both kinds of comments,DB herself publicly said that she has negotiated. Then why can not we say that.It is not that we are talking about what DB cooks in dinner. We are discussing the comments which she made in public. If she did not want public's opinion then why on the earth she gave an interview justifying her character? For whom she gave the interview? If she gave it for the public then she should be prepared to receive negative comments also.

Every Bollywood film is criticized by critics. While 3IDIOTs received lots of appraisals Ready recived a lot of negative comments. But Salman Khan did not file a complaint against those critics. He can not.People have every right to criticize. And Moderators of IF do not have any right to snatch our freedom of speech.

I agree, there isn't a book for this kind of stuff but we've got to understand that things here turn from a discussion to 'i hope you die, b*tch! Like I read somewhere in your comment that kids usually say that, now that is wrong!

We are the ones that should know what is right and what is not acceptable! But I also know that what will be your tolerance level will not be mine! It's never the same!

I live in UAE, by the way, but I do know the amendment act! I have a pretty good knowledge about the laws of various countries and I do understand 'Freedom of speech'. It is the people should know where to draw that line! Sometimes it does go over board here, Maverick.

Again it is all based on YOUR moral standard and mine -- I think they went over board -- but you may not think that some people actually did go over board.

That is the reason the "freedom of expression" laws dont state ANY restrictions -- it is an open thing. Since personal moral standards vary!

The MODs can jump in if someone is really "fighting" with the other person and mediate if it is disrupting the forum. But deleting whatever they think is not right, closing down posts because someone said something against the CVs etc etc is simply "RESTRICTING THE RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH".

Cheers.

I honestly dont know what the MODs meant by no character bashing/name calling is allowed.
I get it if they say the actor bashing is not allowed. But these characters are part of the the show IPKKND we are supposed to be discussing in this forum. So how can one refrain from commenting on one of those characters at a point while the damn story is revolving around her.Every character has been bashed at some point of time or other by the fans: ASR,KKG,Shyam,Payal,Akash,Dadi, even the child Bubbly. It all depends on how CVs portray the character. So why is there a different set of rules when it comes to Anjali?

Regarding name calling,if they show her as such a manipulative, back stabbing, delusional moron i can hardly call her Baby doll.

Finally as every one else here asked whats the point of a discussion forum if the members are not allowed to express their views??

If some one forms any bash CryAnj clubs, kindly inform me.

Sorry mods i am NOT turning into a CryAnj lover and preach positivity just because you threatened with a set of fascist rules

India is a democratic country and freedom is my birthright but if I misuse my rights my country, which has rules to maintain order and decorum to maintain peace within its space, has full rights to take action against me.
Similarly a forum has certain rules which we must adhere to.

Freedom of expression is good but there are limits we have to adhere to.
Criticizing the actions of a character in a story may be allowed but mercilessly trashing a REAL person is NOT.

Again arguing your point against anothers is ok but making fun of others opinions[whatever the opinion] is NOT done.

To be honest I didn't find anything wrong in the mods message...infact I have a grouse that if the mods had woken up earlier they could have done some more damage control. The way members were making fun of another's post simply because of a difference in opinion was very upsetting. And the whole thing was triggered off by difference of opinion on the way each of us viewed Daljeet/Anjali's actions. The way I saw it they had no other go but close posts.

Quoting the mod's message below...

"... There have been a lot of bashing going on lately esp on Daljeet/ Anjali. Not just on the forum but on her I-F fanclub as well. Whatever negotiation the actress had with PH, this does not give us the right to abuse or curse her. Also, members have been attacking, mocking and insulting one another for having difference in opinion. Some topics starts off as a good discussion and ends up into a war zone, others directly/indirectly targets a member/actor, while the rest are abusive to begin with.

Things have gone a bit extreme already for which we are forced to implement the following..." unquote

@TM...I hope we can have a reasonable discussion incase you decide to follow thru...and thanks for giving me this space to put forward my point of view😊.

I put this up on the last thread for Saraa, in response to her wish of knowing what exactly our problem is.

1.This is supposed to be a forum. Oxford definition of a forum is- a place where people exchange their ideas and opinions. This is NOT a fan club.so why such a biased approach?

2.Anjali is NOT Daljeet. We are expected to relax because the show is just fiction but posts are being censored since a fictional character gets bashed?

3.We are NOT discussing what Daljeet should have worn on her 20th birthday! We are discussing her actual negotiations with the production house, which she herself made well know through an interview and which had drastic repercussions on the show. So why can't that be discussed?

4.Drooling over a fictional character is done. Flooding the forum with various posts on Barun's anatomy research is done. But criticizing Anjali is not?

5.WHO has the right to stop us from drawing our personal conclusions on which character is negative and which one is not. If X finds Anjali a villain, that is X's freedom of opinion.

I personally am amply aware of various posts proliferating, which have gone to the extent of abusing Daljeet ,touching some very personal aspects of her life. Moderators are more than justified in shutting them down. But what if the discussion is in direct relation to the show?

Lastly,

9 year olds might be seriously disturbed after reading Anjali is negative. They will not be disturbed to read some shocking, disturbing and simply horrifying fictional work out here which made someone like me, double the age, just wish to puke in disgust hardly a day ago?

We can criticize DALJEET/ANJALI ... so if she read our posts then she will ask the PH to make her character strong to kick that SNAKE out of her life for good...then we don't have to see that evil man's face...
