Arnav became ASR because of this past and this affected him a lot. He burried Arnav deep within himself and became the ASR we knew a year back. Love has knocked these doors and Khushi's love is slowly bringing the true Arnav back. We did see him behaving like ASR be it during Dadi encounter or slapping the employee.

Well you cannot expect ASR to dawn the same attitude during expressing love to his wife. I am sure everyone would have had problems with that as well.

People who are cribbing do not understand ASR's character well. Go back to the previous episodes and see how he has become what he is now!!!
