ASR's father might have had relation with shyamu's sister and spoiled her life, for shyamu to plot full revenge.
But for Khushi to be directly involved with ASR's past -- it has to be her mom, whom she loves so dearly and holds so much in esteem ( so does even Garima). Since Garima holds her so much in esteem, khushi's mom must have been a pious woman.
Since ASR's dad was not a good man - he might have lusted after Khushi's mom, throughout his life making Arnav's mom a sad lady who committed suicide after the scandal broke out --
-- taking three lives ( khushi's parents , who died in accident) , may be ASR's dad also died when his own plot was carried out, and Anjalis marriage could not take place

After this notorious scandal, ASR and Anjali came to Nani's place, giving up Raizada name.

So may be the upcoming track - is how ASR and others will learn the whole truth - about Khushi's mom's innocence, shamu's sister being a victim etc.
