Today I felt I was watching Khushi and Payal's dignity being raped in front of everyone and the only person whose job was to defend their honour were standing and watching them being disgraced.
Aakash knew that he was the one who was so desperate to get married to Payal.
Arnav knew that he was the reason for Payal's first marriage breaking up as well as the one who forced Khushi to marry him.
Yet, when Shyam accused both sisters for trapping the rich Raizada men, they decided to take a vow of silence.
They decided to watch two women they claim to love endure insults and accusations and watch the entertainment like innocent bystanders.
As a woman, I felt humiliated on Khushi and Payal's disgrace. Even NK was better than their own husbands. At least he tried to defend them.
Khushi had to plead in front of Arnav after all she went through to save his life at the cost of her own, for him to start reacting.
I expected him to defend her honour but he kept his mouth shut until the last moment and just a lukewarm claim to Khushi and Di being the most important person in his life before slapping Shyam, just does not cut it for me.
If that's all he had to say, then why did not he speak up earlier?
What was the reason for the late dramatic entry after Khushi in the first place? Why wait outside?
It seemed to me, today two daughter-in-laws of the family was thrown at the wolf to tear apart while the whole family watched the entertainment.
Great post Tia! I could not agree more! I absolutley HATED how Snake kept going on and on, and nothing was done to stop him! He said that Khushi chased him, he said that Khushi and Payal got together to "Trap" the rich Raizada boys! The Gupta's cant be relied on to tell the truth! He said middle class girls dream of marrying big, etc etc!
Everything HE did got thrown to the wayside! The ONLY other person there, besides Khushi, Payal and NK who knew for SURE that Snake was lying was Arnav! Snake had HIMSELF confessed to Arnav that he loved Khushi! He SAW and heard him tell Khushi that he loved HER not Anjali! So he knew that all this stuff about Khushi trying to trap him, or Payal and Khushi cooking up a stroy was all LIES! Oh... but how CAN he intervene and REVEAL all this? One must think of preciouse DI!! How will SHE take this? Gimme a break! Your bloody Di needs to hear the truth for ONCE in her "Cloud Cuckoo Land" Life!
Akash too, knew that Payal did NOT persue him! HE persued her! Neither of the Raizada "Lover Boys" came to aid of their wives!😡 Akash even tried to stop ASR from throwing Snake out of the house! Just slapping Snake and telling him that his sister and wife mean everything to him, and that he has no place in this house anymore, was NOT good enough! ALL the Raizada's... (Read Mami, Nani and Akash), as well as Poojali, will think that ASR kicked Shyam out, and beleived Khushi coz she is HIS wife! So this has nothing to do with the fact that what she said was actually TRUE!
THAT is the part I cant stand! That Khushi and even Payal will be victimized once more, when they have done nothing wrong! THEY were duped by a con artist, who happened to be the "Raizada's Damaad"! But because THEIR preciouse, SPINELESS daughter happened to be married to that Snake, the Raizada's will be quick to defend him and come after the Gupta sisters for ruining their preciouse daughter's marraige!!
The ONLY person who can clarify that Shyam WAS lying and he HIMSELF knows this to be true, coz Shyam admitted to wanting Khushi for himself is ASR! HE is the only person that the Raizada's will trust! They had a hard time trusting Khushi, Payal and EVEN NK! (Who happens to be their relative)... But coming from the mouth of the "King"... they WILL listen! AS Akash once said to the Gupta's!
"Everyone in this house has their own opinions, but only BHAI makes the decisions"!
Unless ASR clarifies WHY he beleived Khushi, Payal and NK, over Shyam (when the others were struggling to do so)... they WILL think for sure that he is just being the dictator that he is, and imposing his choice on them! They wont know that he has valid reasons for trusting Khushi over Shyam! So once again Khushi & Payal will be taunted by Manorama, and even Nani maybe?? God only knows how Akash will act towards Payal??
GREAT GOING ASR! Your preciouse Di and her stupidity and inability to stand on her own two feet (Literally, and figurativley) will always be more important to you than Khushi or anything else! So PLEASE Khushi, wake up and smeall the coffee! Payal, please do the same!! These guys should just "Guard their Di" and leave other women alone! They dont know the first thing about being a True "Life Partner"!!😡
