well arnav remained quite one he was listening to all truth by khushi and nk and shyam's reactions then he was holding back coz of his weak di who was about to faint but lastly he dragged shaym out of his house,i know it was not good to see asr standing and tolerating shyam saying bad things about khushi but i think that was what the scene demanded he was holding back for his di whose husbands bitter truth was finally out and shes pregnant aswell and who's totally weak person if you remember when the kidnapper tried to misbehave with khushi what he did with him when they first escaped so the he cannot tolerate bad things for khushi but in that situation he was quiet coz he was handling two most important relation in his life so it's hard to react fast in that sitiuation ,about family i think arnav will sure tell them everything soon

excellent post... arnav's actions were not justified... kushi requires arnav more than anjali... anjali has been affected on knowing her husband's true face... kushi and her character has been degraded before the whole family... anjali has the whole clan to support her but kushi... arnav must have supported her without kushi's request to believe in him...

hope those six months end soon... redemption track is needed at this point... arnav must realise kushi's importance... kushi's honour has never been protected in the show... being such a well cultured girl, she has been called characterless... hope everyone in raizada clan including arnav learns to respect her...

I told Avni (highonshows) yesterday that Arnav is wasting so much time poking nose that it's gonna go up Khushi's a$$ next... If Anjali, the delicate tweety of Raizada Asylum decides to faintwa, then Khushi, NK and Payal will be left holding ghanta...

Arnav will go "Didi tera husband kameena, hai ram ab to hosh mein aana..." but if she faintwa then Khushi is screwed...

Poojali has three ram ban...

1. Faintwa, sickwa, pregnantwa - ergo needs creepwa...

2. Cry, whine and worship - ergo increasing sympathy votewa

3. Angry, Hungry (For Khushi's blood) and langry (taangwa) - ergo Khushi get outwa...

Now any of these might happen... Takewa your pick...

Poojali will win the sympathy votes, no doubts. Its nothing new she has always been that way.

Whatever Arnav said or did after that point just further annoyed me. His cheesy dialogue about Anjali and Khushi being the two most important people in his life should have been an 'aww' moment but it wasn't. It didn't sound very genuine, it felt forced...as if its something the fans have been saying for a long time so the writers just threw it in there. I don't know if the issue was with the CVs or Barun but something was definitely missing. That scene should have had a bigger impact and it did not have any impact. They never should have dragged the story at such a pivotal turning point. It just killed the flow. These episodes were meant to be a high point of the show, the villain getting ousted...but it has simply left a bad taste in my mouth.

They can't take back this moment as its already been ruined but they can try to somewhat fix it...Khushi and Payal both deserve heartfelt apologies from their husbands, who should frankly be ashamed of themselves.

However, in the meanwhile, Khushi is being used as bait. She is being thrown to the mercy of the family's insult, taunt and humiliation so that Arnav can make plans.

When they got married, the family targeted Khushi for their taunts. But no one taunted Arnav bitua when he was the other part of the marriage. Khushi could not possibly kidnap him and marry him. He is a grown up man. So he must have taken the decision willingly... Yet, he got away with a few gentle scolding and Khushi was alienated by all.

The same thing is going to happen here again. Because of Anjali's pregnancy and sickness/fainting spell all sympathy will be on her and Khushi will again be painted as home wrecker and gold digger... If Arnav defends her, then she will be considered manipulative and cunning. At that time, she got grudging acceptance due to Anjali, this time she will get complete alienation and no one will be able to help her situation.

Another thing that struck my soft spot was that even if Arnav had a plan, was it necessary to make Khushi beg and plead for trust even for show in front of the entire family? Could not he have intervened earlier? Thus ending her humiliation and disgrace?

Some commented that Arnav was supporting his sister so he could not move earlier.

First of all, he moved just fine after Khushi's begging. Anjali did not need his support then.

Secondly, he could have make her sit on the couch, they were not standing in the middle of nowhere. Why make a pregnant woman about to faint stand so long?

Thirdly, he was not holding Anjali with his mouth. So he could speak out earlier from where he was standing. RM's living room was not so big that you can't hear each other from across the room...

Another complaint I have is that, whatever plan Arnav has cooked up, Khushi might know and she had willingly agreed to be a part of it. However, Payal did not know any plan. She had to suffer humiliation and insult from the family members as well as had to see her husband, who married her for love, stand there like a statue. Her only mistake was trying to defend Khushi, her sister. She did not agree to their plan. Then why did not anyone speak out when she was being humiliated, including Khushi?

My complaint is that Khushi might agree to be a scapegoat for her husband, but no one has a right to make Payal a scapegoat without her consent...

It is in ASR's character he never ever gives justification for what he does.. he will do just what he thinks is right in his heart and mind..i think it was very true to ASR's character...if he started giving justification at that point shyam would have thrown in lot more accusations and moreover Di would have fallen apart that her chotte choose to hide such a important life altering information from her.. her trust would have recieved another blow.. he will provide justification later... we all know how important his Di is to him.. he will do it in his own private moment maybe be.. but definitely not infront of shyam..we as audience expect everything to get wrapped up in one episode.. but we shuld remeber this is not a 3 hr movie.. so lets be patient and let the drama unfold...

i agree with u.but asr is confused about this mess.be cause his wif,jija,and payal r low class.how can he trust by al of them.may b ha yhaught in his they al r cheter that, why hecould not nothing do defened by ksr against his family.mami too witness snak and khu.akash too 😕😲 he also not save her payel.nani listing every one😲.nk hard try to convence all of them but al in vain.asr in action what wil do mext cv,knows.we do only pray for ksr only.

Shyam was way out of line and when arnav was about o speak, he looked at di and kept quiet...

That's exactly my point. When he found out about Khushi and Shyam, he did not take that long to react... But today it took multiple explanations, begging and pleading for him to react. No matter how much he says Khushi has equal status in his life as Di, his actions do not follow up his words.
