Hello dearies,
Today we expected to see an awesome episode. ASR's slap and Shyam's eviction from Shantivan. But the way Arnav handled the situation just left me feeling cold. I'm sorry to say in spite of the dialogue that his Di and his wife matter to him more than anything in the world and two slaps instead of one, I did not feel his silence for the last three episodes were justified or Khushi's honour was defended. NK and Payal did a better job defending her honour than Arnav. Heck, Fuzzy wrote a better defence for Khushi than CVs.
The reason is below.
1. Arnav did not clear the accusations that was made on Khushi & Payal. Shyam left a lot of loopholes which ASR already knew. And he could have used them against him.
Loophole 1: Khushiji, if I knew they were divorce papers, I'd have never signed them.
After Mami's accusations: Yes, I signed divorce papers because Khushiji was after me...
Loophole 2: Where's the engagement picture?
Why do we need pictures? Why don't you call Khushi's family and her neighbourhood to testify?
Loophole 3: Khushiji was after me. She trapped me.
Oh reallly? Then how come you told me at Payal and Aakash's wedding that you love Khushi and the only barrier to your love is Di?
2. He went to Shyam after Khushi's emotional dialogue and chose to stand by Khushi. All spectators who did not know what's going on were left feeling, even though Shyam had all the right answer and Khushi has no proof, Arnav chose to stand by his wife because she is his wife, not because she is right.
Today Shyam echoed what mamiji already has already stated before, Khoon bhari taang and phatti saree trapped rich Raizada boys.
Even Aakash tried to stop him when he was going to throw Shyam out.
3. None of the family member was convinced about Khushi's innocence. Khushi will have to pay for that when the family members turn against her again.
If this lack-luster defence makes Anjali hate Khushi later, he will only have himself to blame...
They won't accuse Arnav, because he just came back injured from kidnapping and well, no one dares to question ASR.
If I was Khushi, I'd be royally pissed off at ASR...
