Actually the devils number is 616...no. 666 was associated with Nero...it was the code used by Christians to denote Nero who was the Roman emperor at the time...He was cruel man who killed his step father to acquire the throne, then younger step brother to keep the throne, for the love of another exiled his wife and later killed her, rebelled against his mother...he was bad but pretended to be nice and charitable...but these things kept aside what interested me was the way he died...

Nero returned to Rome and spent the evening in the palace. After sleeping, he awoke at about midnight to find the palace guard had left. Dispatching messages to his friends' palace chambers for them to come, he received no answers. Upon going to their chambers personally, he found them all abandoned. When he called for a gladiator or anyone else adept with a sword to kill him, no one appeared. He cried, "Have I neither friend nor foe?" and ran out as if to throw himself into the Tiber.

Returning, Nero sought for some place where he could hide and collect his thoughts. An imperial freedman offered his villa, located 4 miles outside the city. Travelling in disguise, Nero and four loyal servants reached the villa, where Nero ordered them to dig a grave for him. At this time, a courier arrived with a report that the Senate had declared Nero a public enemy and that it was their intention to execute him by beating him to death.

At this news, Nero prepared himself for suicide. Losing his nerve, he first begged for one of his companions to set an example by first killing himself. At last, the sound of approaching horsemen drove Nero to face the end. However he still could not bring himself to take his own life but instead he forced his private secretary, Epaphrditos, to perform the task. Nero's famous last words from this moment are "Qualis artifex pereo" or in English "What an artist dies in me!"

When one of the horsemen entered, upon his seeing Nero all but dead he attempted to stop the bleeding in vain.

Is that how Shyam Manohar Jha will die...will he be so helpless and a coward to end his own life???

Ooo someone's getting really studious!! 😉

Really great insight Bush; and the question you pose at the end is equally interesting! Quite a link you've made there...

Chalo, tere sawal ka jawab mein ek aur sawal se deti hun - When you say he will end his own life, do you mean in the literal sense? I hope he doesn't become too much of a coward to want to put an end to it all, that will spoil his villainous nature!! But helpless, yeh...maybe!

Hmmm, would you equate helplessness with cowardice - even to some slight degree?

I'm thinking Shyam's biggest enemy will be his own wife, Anjali, and in that respect, he surely is a coward. You know what they say, keep your friends close, but your enemies closer!

Lol like how you defined coward 😆

Funnily enough, I don't think Shyam is the type of villain who'd look for sympathy - so far, this villain has been depicted rather differently to the average Indian drama (in some respects!)
