After a long time today is one episode where I felt like I watched the episode from bird's eye view. I remember the moment episode ended, everything went blank for a moment. Every scene was distinct from each other and it depicted different track. This is the reason I agreed to the title - "Confluence". If we see the literary meaning of confluence then it will be defined as concourse; flowing together of two or more streams and now I see many of you will start again that - "Here she goes again with baby split". Right isn't it??? Sorry to barge in your thoughts, I am not. Confluence I said just because today's episode was all about merging the various tracks and moving towards the center and delivering the final result. Yes, indeed it was confluence of ideas, one river born of many streams rolling in one blaze of binding light.

Before I get into the details of episode, I really want to say something about the editing department and camera department. Why do I have the feeling Hrishikesh Gandhi is back??? After a long time today's episode made me feel that old IPK magic is back. Didn't I say this in my "Parineeta" analysis that IPK's editing department and Camera department is getting worse day by day??? Yes, I did and I think it was good that I pointed the flaws of the editing department and the camera department. One of the best Photographers I have known is Hrishikesh Gandhi and since he cannot be at all the 4 Lions sets at the same time, I knew his assistants were capable enough to take the burden on their shoulders but I must say that they have failed miserably. But look at the scenes today, especially the scene with Khushi, NK and Naani and the Havan one were FANTASTIC. Now that what you call is the work of a perfect professional. The same way today's editing department did a nice job. They perfectly managed to keep the flow of the scenes; what scene to follow which one and how it should show a connection with the previous ones; just perfect. Even though all the scenes were good independently and not at all good for the cinematographic students and the analysts to connect the tracks ahead but it was also not so complicated for them too. From a layman's perspective this episode is purely entertaining and easy to understand about the current track but at the same time it was equally hidden with the hints for the tracks ahead. I loved the episode today just because it felt as if all the departments did their job whole heartedly. Just like they say, the interest in doing your work reflects in the final product, it was exactly that today. I cannot say about tomorrow's episode but today's one was beautiful both story wise and technical wise.

"And see the confluence of dreams, That clashed together in our night, One river born of many streams, Roll in one blaze of blinding light!!! " ~ Russell, George W.

Let's start shall we. As I mentioned earlier that while watching the episode I had a feeling of watching it from bird's eye view. I will be analysing it scene wise and not track the sequential wise as today's episode was scattered in terms of flow in the storyline but it was fantastically joined character and frame wise. Yes, it was indeed a confluence of all the tracks and threads that we have been discussing since ages and today it all seemed to have fallen in places. Now this is what you really call an episode where the message is delivered to the entire 100% of the viewers and still what was required from the 10% of your audience who sees beyond what is shown to them also served the purpose. This is what you term as intelligent designing. 4 Lions have improved and I could see the changes today. The rest 90% of the people would always take the episode at face value as they watch it with the intention of entertainment; always remember they watch it with the intention of spending their evening which will start from 7pm and would go on till 10pm. That is their daily routine but not the 10% audience for whom this is exclusive viewing and they prefer to keep it that way. Never ever forget that. There are 2 things you need to understand business wise:-

1. 90% of the audience provides you TRP

2. 10% of the audience helps you to improve in quality

Hence, always keep this in mind that you need both of the categories. You need numbers and also quality; otherwise it will be tough for you to climb up the ladder and maintain your portfolio for future endeavors. Today, I will try to explain the episode scene wise and make you all understand from the same scene what 90% viewers will grasp and what 10% viewers will grasp. Let's start.

Scene 1:-

We have NK started his interrogation with Shyam and finally was convinced that there is more to this man that meets the normal eye. When Shyam started mishandling the conversation we had the suspicion getting darker in NK's eyes and he started to have frequent eye contacts with Khushi in affirmation to her argument. We saw NK and Khushi peeped to witness Shyam's actions after that and hence, there confirmation about Shyam being the kidnapper been solidifying. This was the scene right??? Now, what will be the 99% audience thinking??? That Khushi have the support of NK who will help her in searching Arnav and Shyam will soon be caught. Isn't the purpose of the scene solved here??? Didn't the story progress here?? Yes, it did, indeed.

Now my question is that is this really the main purpose of the scene??? Yes, it was definitely that NK will start believing Khushi but was that the only purpose or there is something we majorly missed here??? Now, I'll tell you what the 1% of the audience will think. You might be noticing that I have mixed the percentages here; yes, because 99% of the audience won't judge the story line but the daily 20 mins episode matters to them while 1% will think about the story and the quality. I also think 1% is a huge number but still will keep it a whole number to make my life easier.

Here, NK said 2 important things; one, when he said - "Izzat liye bina aap ke jootein bhi try kar liye" and "Stain ko 1 min mein gayab kar sakta hoon". Then the moment NK came out and they started to eavesdrop, we saw Shyam was cleaning the blood stain with water and while cloth, mostly handkerchief. Isn't it??? Both water and white stands for purity and Shyam was using them both to clean the stain. What did this scene interpret??? Yes, you all know - "Stigma", but this scene also interprets that Shyam will clear everything and clean the image of Khushi in front of all. Didn't I say this yesterday??? It will be Shyam have to trigger the stigma and he will have to clear it and polish it. If you all can then read the analysis "Parineeta" where I described the Bank phone message and the significance of the time 16:34:54.

A small portion I am pasting here:-

Number 16 is "Love"; Number 34 is "Identification" and 54-34 = 20. There is no such significance as number 54. Now how did Laxmi saved Khushi and Arnav??? Khushi found Arnav near Laxmi Nagar, and they both went to a separate place where they were united in souls and their "Love" have established. Now Khushi and Arnav's love will help them to plan on catching Shyam at the terrace and there is where the number 10 will be established by Shyam and he will identify himself as the "Culprit and blurt out his entire Masterplan". To enter into RM lawfully Shyam needed to identify himself as in number 34 and this is where he will be given the redemption where in Maami will be also involved in the last. Here is where the 5 star and 3 chances fit because we need the trumpet blow by the 7th Angel.

Hence, Shyam will have to clear the Stigma and "Identify" himself; only then he will be allowed to enter RM and will earn his third redemption chance. But before that NK also indicated that Shyam will be beaten by ASR heavily at the terrace with the "Izzat" and "Joota' dialogue. ASR will leave no stone unturned and show him his true position without any respect. What NK said there??? "1 Min" right??? Yesterday's watch at the diagnostic lab had all the numbers but we always needed 2 witnesses to establish that. This is where NK jumps in because it will be Maami and NK who will witness the truth at the Terrace and we need him say the number 1 because it denotes - "UNITY". Now, you all clear what was the purpose of this scene.

For regular watchers this scene was perfect as well as for the special audience who watches entertainment to learn.

Scene 2:-

This scene I loved because of the "CAMERA" work. In this scene we witnessed NK and Khushi discussing about their problems ahead and Naani came to check her kids and at the same time shared the information about the "Rakhsha Havan" that Anjali have organized; she also informed that the main priority is Arnav for this Puja and instructed NK and Khushi to return to their beds. While leaving NK also have some wise advice about being careful in future and warned Khushi's stupidity.

Now this scene was very very important. Aesthetically of course. But what about the 99% of the viewers??? For them this is very logical. NK and Khushi need to create a rapport and NK is supposed to understand Khushi's stance in all this; so whatever discussion they had it's very justifiable; being any family person Naani's coming and checking on kids is definitely appreciative; she also informs the duties for next day and as a Matriarch of this family it was perfect. There was no flaw in this scene and all perfect but was this the message??? No, the actual message was hidden in the Camera work and the characters involved. Now, here is the scene designed keeping in mind that 1% audience. The camera focused on Khushi and NK looking outside the "Door". What does "Door" signify??? Door is to enter into the vast world and see beyond the limit and actually it meant see the world without the "Blinkers". Door opens the avenue for you to enter the vast opportunities and create your own world out there with a perfect vision and path. Just after this Naani enters and instructs them to be prepared for the next day. What NK said - "Hum baatein bana rahe hain". So, nice indication by NK. Yes, he will help Khushi for the "Wolf and the Lamb Track". She also hinted that it will be important for Arnav as she said - Aur Khushi bitiya ee sab sabki suraksha ki khatir hain". Here see the connection now with the first scene. NK said - "Mojri" and we know Naani is the "Shoemaker" here; so, we got our 2 elves - "NK and Khushi". Nk then said - "Nannav ko unkein chumbak se chura ke leke aayenge" and Khushi corrected him with - "Chumbak nehin changul". Yes, Shyam will stick like a Magnet with ASR until all his plans fails to take over the property. What is the main morale of the story??? That is "Humanity" and taking care of each other's need and the proper "GUIDANCE" which is only possible with an Elderly and knowledgeable person. Who better than Naani???

Look at the CAMERA WORK here. All the 3 characters were standing in front of the opened door ready to start their work. This is what you a "designing" a scene where scripting, camera and direction were apt. Always remember we need 7 Angels and Naani is one of them; all the 7 angels will guide Khushi to the truth and 7th Angel, Maami will blow the "Trumpet".

Let me say it again who are the 7 Angels??? They are - Naani, Payal, Maami, Maama, Buaji, Garimaji, Bauji.

Scene 3:-

We have Shyam and Anjali here discussing about their baby and travel but the interesting part was Anjali saying - "Aap humse jhoot bol rahein hain". This scene started with NK and Khushi eavesdropping on Shyam's various actions and we witness that how Shyam manages to dust Anjali's thought process and safes manages to saves him. Khushi then informs NK to search the briefcase and she helped with the unlock code - 666. Any idea how a layman would view this??? Yes, a very interesting scene where Anjali started to suspect Shyam and we will be heading towards that; Now Khushi and NK have started to work towards finding Arnav and he will be rescued soon. Does the PH need to show anything else in this??? NO. It's perfect and remember that it's a daily soap and they need not provide too much information in one single episode. There should be multiple tracks running simultaneously and we need to see the track unfolding slowly slowly. Perfect isn't it???

Now, was this the message of the scene??? Absolutely NOT. The message is very very big here. One question here I want to ask all of you??? If this scene was so simple to understand then wouldn't this track end in a month??? Yes, right??? We need many different tracks to run in simultaneously which actually makes the episode interesting; for a writer, for the BG departments, for the actors, for the director and also for the viewers. Always remember that this "Complexity" will make the series more and more interesting. We need to have several plots and various characters and this is why it is a "Daily Soap" and not a "Movie". Movie has one single track whereas in a daily soap if you DO NOT have various tracks then it will dies in a Month. Believe me when I say this.

Let see what the track in this. We have Shyam saying - "Adalat jaa rahein hain Rani Sahiba" and then immediately Anjali said - "Aap humse jhoot bol rahein hain". Right??? Then she clarified with the call of SK Travels because Shyam's phone was unreachable and so it came on the landline. Shyam came up with an excuse that he planned for a "Vacation" before the baby arrives for both of themwhich Anjali buys but at the same time discards and insists that he should be present in the "Havan" as it's for the baby. Whatever Shyam's plan was, it's been postponed. Who had eyes on Shyam here??? Khushi and NK. Yes. This is the "Track" for the "Second Attack" that Shyam would be planning in the future. How??? Here goes:-

Shyam said 2 things - Adalat and SK Travels. SK stands for the babies. Baby Shyam and Nanhi Khushi. The plan would be taking Anjali away from RM and he would go underground and kill the babies in the womb itself after which he will go to the Adalat for transferring the property. But this plan will be failed as Anjali rejected and after then Shyam said - "hum aapke ghulam hai" because he will be exposed in the "Snow White" track and will be serving his "Trail Period" as in number 40. Now think about the scene when Anjali went hysteric and Shyam instructed for Arnav to make a call BUT on the Landline. There Arnav ' Aakash conversation was "Phone unreachable hain". Remember??? This is how it is connected. This is the Snow White track that is why we see NK is involved as he was involved in the "Mirror - Mirror" scene. This plan will be failed as Khsuhi will come in between and just after this the "Fake Miscarriage" track will start which will be triggered by "KHUSHI" herself; this was determined by the last scene. Wasn't this scene important??? Yes, it was.

Scene 4:-

The Havan scene was my FAV. Excellent work By Hrishikesh Gandhi and team. Before I talk about the scene, I will describe the scene here. Maami checking on Khushi and the progress; we have all ready for the Havan and then Khushi apologizes to DM and we have her enquiring whether NK was successful in his mission or not. But since NK was not successful, Khushi herself went in for a search and Payal helps her in finding the keys for the briefcase. The episode ends. Now, tell me what was wrong in that scnene??? Nothing . It was perfect, just for the 99% viewers the only qualms will be why Maami still quiet after watching Arnav been carried away to another place. But that was justified with her sprained ankle and Khushi's concern of breaking the reality about Shyam. Perfect and for everyone the story moved ahead, isn't it??? Yes, it is. Now, who thinks that PH have never thought in this scene from a regular viewers' perspective??? I don't see any flaw in this scene.

But, again this is one important scene in the track and for the rest 1% of the viewers this scene explains volumes. Maami is the 7th Angel and her knowledge of the entire "Truth" is important. What an Innuendo by Aakash??? He said - "Aap ko sab pata hain Maate". Indeed, and you know how Gautam and the camera dept proved it today. I will explain that angle later but let me say in short the scene. When Shyam will be given the "3rd Redemption" chance then he will be under the scanner and Maami and Khushi's scene proved that perfectly. His every move will be watched by Khushi and Maami who will save Anjali from "First Attack". Now, we have the Havan scene where NK comes and informs that the briefcase is an old one, hence 666 not working and we need "Key" for the same. As you all know 666 is the number of "Evil" human being and that is already out so now no need for the number but still one thing is left to be uncovered and that is "Key". Whatever Shyam has inside the "OLD" briefcase is the "TRUTH" and the key is needed to reach there. Notice what NK said after that - "HP guzar gaya" and then Khushi saw HP walking across and she corrected - "Tapak Gaya".Interesting isn't it??? Remember what Khushi said before all the conversations??? She said - "Havan mein badha daalni padhegi". When NK asked her what he will inform if any one enquires about her, she replied - "Havan ka samaan lane gaya". Beautiful. Fantastic.

NK informed the briefcase is an old one which means that Shyam will be exposed here after the truth of "Snow White" attack. Remember my "Tremors" analysis ??? That was the ME episode and I said Anjali will learn the Fake and Original Shyam here and Shyam's dialogue - "Hum purane kaagjaad thik kar liye". He will learn the actual Will and with the "Key" to the briefcase Khushi will learn the "Motive" behind Shyam's attack to the babies. This is why she said - "Havan mein badha daalni padhegi" which means she will "Fake Miscarriage" here to save the babies. What was the Havan for??? ASR and the Baby, right??? Khushi would need to save both because if anything happens to the baby the entire property will return to ASR and then Shyam would be after ASR's life. So, Khushi will be the one suggesting the "Fake Miscarriage" which why she said - "Havan ka samaan lane gaya" to make it real for Shyam. From this point Shyam's 40 period will start and he will be "Ousted" from RM. Beautiful this was and it reminded me of Shyam's "Swaha" after he came with the Havan's list for Anjali just before the "Terrace Confrontation", remember??? Yes, I know. What a connection Gautam did here. Perfect.

Payal is another Angel who helped Khushi to search the truth but what my attention here is the "Ear Ring". Last time after the Sangeet when Arnav returned her ear ring, we witnessed the Terrace Confrontation and this time we saw Payal returning the ear ring. It was Payal who said - "Shyam ko milte hain" and let's wait for tomorrow for the rest of the scene as it will be continued tomorrow.

Now, look at the above picture and tell me what you see here. I see the "BRILLIANCE" of Camera Work and beautiful capture. Just look at the scene. Maami at the Apex, Khushi and NK at the Base. This entire triangle is facing the "Havan Kundh" with DM at the Front and we have Maami at the centre with NK at the right and Khushi at the left. This is DM's "TRIDENT" a.k.a "TRSIHUL". Look at the picture and the positioning where we have 3 of them as 3 points of the Trident. Beautiful. Symbolically this represent way of knowledge, path of action, path of devotion; we can characterize this as Maami being the knowledge, NK being the action and Khushi being the Devotion. Tant helped in understanding this as I am really poor at Lit but since I loved this camera angle she helped me with the literature behind this. Do you all know the 3 evil that Trishul destroys with its points??? Yes, that is 3 evils; Lust, Anger and Pride and who is that in IPK World??? Yes, Shyam Manohar Jha.

Trishul (Trident) is a weapon, symbol of war which explains "oneness in many" in Hindu Mythology.

The Trident in Sanskrit is Trishula or 3 spikes or points; It is associated primarily with Shiv - Durga. The 3 points of Shiv's Trident also stands in reference for 3 rivers and Shiva is known as the lord of 3 rivers/braids; this is referred to as "Triveni".The Sanskrit term TRIVENI refers to the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati at the town of Allahabad. Yes, Sangam.

Doods and all the lovely Reduxians 🤗

When you said today that the title is "Confluence", I thought it was the coming together of all family members before the war but just realized after reading Doods analysis, that it is the coming together of all the tracks. Today's episode was really brilliant and how wish I could pen down my thoughts but due to extreme work pressure and an equally bad headache, I am unable to do so. Sincere apologies. I will try to do a combined one tomorrow.😊

Thanks Doods for excusing me today and as usual a "Fantastic analysis"👏👏👏

PS: I could not read any other analysis but will try to read them tomorrow😃

_________________________________________________________________

Guys just discovered something about no. 666

Actually the devils number is 616...no. 666 was associated with Nero...it was the code used by Christians to denote Nero who was the Roman emperor at the time...He was cruel man who killed his step father to acquire the throne, then younger step brother to keep the throne, for the love of another exiled his wife and later killed her, rebelled against his mother...he was bad but pretended to be nice and charitable...but these things kept aside what interested me was the way he died...

Nero returned to Rome and spent the evening in the palace. After sleeping, he awoke at about midnight to find the palace guard had left. Dispatching messages to his friends' palace chambers for them to come, he received no answers. Upon going to their chambers personally, he found them all abandoned. When he called for a gladiator or anyone else adept with a sword to kill him, no one appeared. He cried, "Have I neither friend nor foe?" and ran out as if to throw himself into the Tiber.

Returning, Nero sought for some place where he could hide and collect his thoughts. An imperial freedman offered his villa, located 4 miles outside the city. Travelling in disguise, Nero and four loyal servants reached the villa, where Nero ordered them to dig a grave for him. At this time, a courier arrived with a report that the Senate had declared Nero a public enemy and that it was their intention to execute him by beating him to death.

At this news, Nero prepared himself for suicide. Losing his nerve, he first begged for one of his companions to set an example by first killing himself. At last, the sound of approaching horsemen drove Nero to face the end. However he still could not bring himself to take his own life but instead he forced his private secretary, Epaphrditos, to perform the task. Nero's famous last words from this moment are "Qualis artifex pereo" or in English "What an artist dies in me!"

When one of the horsemen entered, upon his seeing Nero all but dead he attempted to stop the bleeding in vain.

Is that how Shyam Manohar Jha will die...will he be so helpless and a coward to end his own life???

Hey Bush! I was thinking of you all along when I saw the crib, Maamiji, and Masala Mama! Knew you would be happy seeing them! 😆

===============================================

How glad am I that Devi Maiyya is back!! Today's episode took me right back to the good ol' days. Nearly every week we got to see poojas, we got to see Devi maiyya, and Anjali with her thaal, the gende ke phool (marigolds), and the whole RM family gathering to pray!

Auspicious, holy times are back! That fire burning in the havan reminded me of a torch, the light of knowledge flaming through. I couldn't help see the fire as a source of light and energy that will soon drive away misconceptions, misunderstandings and bring to light the truth that is covered in darkness. Along with that, I felt that the fire symbolizes the burning of sins, the end of evil. Since it was Raksha Pooja, the main people that need it are of course ASR and the unborn child/children.

The holy fire drives away impurities and toxicity in the air - and I'm so glad that they brought it in now - when things are building up, when Khushi's brain is hurtling ahead like a bullet train, when Anjali caught at least one lie of Shyam, and when Maamiji and NK each know the other half of the whole truth. Shyam has been playing with fire for too long now, he's soon going to face destruction - material wise, emotional wise, or mental wise (?) - not sure of the last one!

The whole Raksha Pooja scene was a breath of fresh air, plus it really brought in a lot of positivity! The images of Devi Maiyya interspersed with Khushi searching for they keys was extremely well done! The 'keys' of truth, the 'keys' that will unlock Shyam's truth and his consequent downfall, the 'keys' that will lock away the misunderstandings between Khushi-Arnav, and the 'key' to unlock happy-and-not-so-happy times ahead!

For now though, the key is important to reach to Arnav. The same key will lead to Shyam trumpeting his cleverness which will eventually be his ruin. Khushi, with Devi Maiyya's help, has found it - the way to Arnav is not very far now.

I can't help see the similarity of finding Arnav the last time the keys landed her way. At that time it was Maami who caught it safely in her hands, holding it carefully. The keys that time showed Khushi-Maami what had happened to Arnav after he entered the airport. This time, the key is safe with Khushi - so she is going to get more clues about Arnav that will help her proceed on her mission to find him.

Khushi's newest ally on her mission 'Find/Rescue Arnavji' is her close friend Nanheji a.ka NK. This guy just reminded me of the Shakespearen 'Fools'. In Shakespeare's plays, the characters of the 'fools' or 'jesters' entertained and regaled the audience, but were gifted with immense sense of wit, astuteness, and cleverness. These adorable creatures could charm their way into anyone's hearts but their sharp insights into human behaviour and mentality marked them apart from the rest.

NK is just like a Shakespearen 'fool'. His innocent, playful, charming, sweet-natured and calm personality is an instant hit with everyone. People laugh when he is around, he brings a smile to everyone's faces when the cips are down, and he always soothes ruffled feathers immediately. NK's care-free and funny nature hides a sharp, wary, cautious, clever and thoughtful mind. This very factor of his will help Khushi in keeping a tab on Shyam. NK displayed so much smartness today that my admiration for him has just gone up a few more notches!

"Khushiji agar mere jagah jijaji hota, toh kya aap ko lagta hai ki voh sab kuch bata dega?"

"Hume jijaji pe nazar rakhni hogi. Who kaha jaate hai, kya karte hai'"

"Dhyaan rakhna padegaa'"

"Jab jijaji kamre se bahaar jayenge tab main kamre ke andar jaoonga"

All the above statements show how many steps ahead NK thinks. He is not impulsive like Khushi, he is not extremely emotional like her, and he knows which step to take where and when. Maamiji and her side seriously have excellent brains! Bubbliya too showed quite some crafty planning while she was there! Now only Masala Maama remains! (bechaara takes so much space and yet doesn't find much space on camera!) 😆

Shyam for one, wouldn't even suspect of NK knowing the truth about him- well, half truth about him. NK too didn't slip up while he was testing Shyam. All his questions, suggestions and observance was done so naturally and in his normal casual way that Shyam thrown off track for some moments lost his cool, and hastily closed the door behind NK, not for once thinking that NK's simple talk was a means to see the truth about him Shyam.

NK has now seen one side of his dear jijaji - a broad minded person like him needed a reasonable point to believe his friend Khushi, if this is what it takes for NK to believe Khushi about Shyam, then imagine the rest of RM when his truth is out in the open! ASR will be by her side for sure, but that will not be enough unless there is a solid, valid proof about his dangerous and evil side!

Anjali - what a performance Daljeet! I was scared out of my socks- err, wait I don't wear socks now, well then, I was scared out of my toe-nails when she fixed Shyam with that stern icy point-blank glare! It was so good to see Shyam quailing under that 'look' of hers. Gawd, all these women give him all 'looks' only! First Khushi, now Anjali- next Payal (since she came into the room while Khshi was searching for the key)?

Oh but I'm digressing- coming back to Anjali. Didn't I tell you that there is something extra to this woman? That she is extremely strong from within? Her delicate doll act is just that - an act - to gain the attention, sympathy and love from a world that she knows is otherwise cruel. Her dream-world, her fantasy is her means of shunning that outside gruesome world. Her world was shattered the day her mother died on her wedding day. Her parents marriage had gone wrong somewhere, dipped in that vat of insecurity her main aim now is to ensure that her current married life doesn't face the same fate as that of her parents.

Anjali's insecurity is her greatest weakness and strength. She does note the changing colours on her husband's face, she does know that there is something that doesn't add up - but she chooses to ignore it since it will only lead to pain and destruction - that is her weakness. Her insecurity though pushes her to be strong, firm, determined, demanding and authoritative when the situation isn't going her way. This is her world, how dare anything go against her wishes?

Today too, did Shyam dare go against her wishes? Nope! He himself said it, "hum toh aapke ghulaam hai" 😆 – and he will remain so for a long time until Anjali finds out about him!

Shyam the Devil! Grins… these CV's also… kya sense of humour hai! Long back in an analysis, I think IP Redux: 36 I had found out the below (an extract from my analysis):

36 ADDS UP TO THE DEVIL/SHYAM

"If we take the number 36 and add each number from 1 to 36 the total is 666 - the number of Satan/Devil. It is said, that the Devil has the number 666 carved on his body. No, that doesn't mean you zoom in to see if Shyam has 666 tattooed somewhere But he is very much like the evil Devil here... "

Since 666 is the mark of 'The Beast', there's more information on this:

The beast is Satan in a brilliant, perfect body. He will appear to people as a glorious being and he claims to be God. He will have many names, all of which are different names for God. In fact, he will have a total of six hundred and sixty-six (666) names.

So why does he need so many names? Because he wants to appeal to every person on earth. He carefully select his blasphemous names so that one of his names will appeal to each person on earth.

How true are the highlighted/bold parts when it comes to Shyam? This is all just trivia – the CV's like to have fun at us decoding I guess! Or it was done out of total sincerity, but I can just see the lighter side of this 666 hint.
Also, since Khushi says that 666 unlocks the briefcase, it is known that unlocking of 666 means unlocking the Anti-Christ/Satan. Wow, Shyam extra Devil ke roop main! Need my popcorn and coca cola within reach when he emerges as the ultra-Satan!

Par why fear when Devi Maiyya is near? And not only Devi Maiyya, but Maamiji, NK and Payal too? I simply loved the arrangement of the pooja scene.

Shyam-Anjali on one side, Naaniji, Aakash-Payal on the opposite side, and Maamiji, Masala Maama, NK and Khushi in the middle facing Devi Maiyya.
Couldn't help noting that it was almost like the two couples would be facing challenges ahead, pitted against each other. Maami-Khushi-NK will be together in finding Arnav, and supporting each other, or rather supporting Khushi when fingers are pointed at her for not disclosing the truth all this time.

Also, Maamiji, NK and Khushi formed a triangle in one shot! Brilliant work! Even though Maamiji is out of the inbhestigashun for some time due to her sprained ankle, she can still be relied on, after all her brain hasn't suffered any sprain! She says so too, "Sprain ke vajah se hum inbhestigashun se out nahin hue, never!!" She might be out of the action for some time, and seems like the truth about Shyam won't come out in front of her too so fast.

And in all this, do not forget, dear HP! The witness of Shyam being in the wrong place at the wrong time! Will be really happy if the CV's bring HP into the limelight for once – he's such a sweetheart (since he caught Shyam red-handed innumerable times), he deserves some more space and importance here! 👍🏼

What was also interesting to note was that NK's and Shyam's eyes were open during part of the pooja. Two people quite aware and conscious of what is happening. Shyam may be only conscious about the Will, but NK is now conscious about Shyam's true character (whatever half he knows about him). Shyam meanwhile is at ease, glancing only at his watch as he longs to get going closer toward wealth. Little does he know that Khushi and NK are very close on his tail. His confidence in himself, his ego and vanity are all going to be a death trap for him. A smug smirk is pasted on his face throughout the pooja – can't wait to see Devi Maiyya wipe that smirk off his face soon!

Khushi, as usual impulsive, rushes off to find the key, and in the process loses her ear-ring. Payal being there hints at something, but I don't know what... will wait for DB to decode that! For me, the ear-ring always stood for Arnav's love for her. During the pre-marriage PayAsh track, he hands over her ear-ring to her, placing it in her hands, and closing her hand over it – a symbol of his love placed in her. Next, he holds her ear-ring in his hand during the Heer-Ranjha track. This time she takes it from him – accepting his love held out to her! There is one more incidence with the ear-ring… but I just can't seem to recall! Anyway, her ear-ring falling and getting lost just seemed to be like how it appeared like she lost his love for some period of time, but found it again. Along with finding and recognizing his love for her, she will find the key to resolve all the confusion existing – Shyam's ego, Shyam's lust, Shyam's greed, Shyam's under-estimation of her, and Shaym's pride – that's the key!

HINTS/POINTERS

Okay, the discussions on Redux soon after the episode airs have a wealth of information, deductions and analysis of the hints! I'm just listing the hints I found today, but seriously, these regular after-episode discussers on Redux churn out really cool answers to the hints! 😊 And now without much further time-wasting:

Izzat liye bina – NK to Shyam (he meant 'ijaazat')

Shyam wiping the bloodstain off the shoes

Baatein bana rahe the – NK to Naaniji

Aap fillar mat kijiye

Chumbak se chudakar, - NK to Khushi (he meant 'changul' – clutches)

Adaalat

Hum aur aap chutti ke liye jaayenge… gudiya rani aane se pehle

Aapko sab pata hai – for Maamiji

Sprain ke vajah se hum inbhestigashun se out nahin hue never

HP tapak gaya

SPECIAL NOTE TO CV'S/WRITERS OF IPKKND

You have been doing a great job in holding the people's interest ever since Barun Sobti has been on leave. I am personally loving the intrigue and build-up right now, it keeps me on the edge of my seat, however bloopers here and there sometimes mars the excitement of watching a nail-biting scene. I understand that these things do happen, but keeping it at a bare minimum would be really appreciated!

I would also like to put across to you that a character like Khushi needs to be portrayed more directly. A lot of her inner thoughts are left out from the audience. For example, the character of Khushi has always had a strong morality in life. These days she has been slipping white lies off her tongue so easily. I understand why she is doing this, the current circumstances are leaving her with limited options to counter the questions about Arnav.

However, in order that the audience doesn't feel that the character Khushi is becoming a liar, it would be great if we could see her regretting, or ashamed of the lies she has to tell in order to cover up for Arnav. A monologue on the lines of,
"Hume jhooth bolna pasand nahin hai, lekin hum aap logo se sach bhi kaise keh sakte hai! Aap logo ko chinta naa ho, isiliye hum ye safed jhooth bolne padte hai" would suffice.

Besides that, lage raho IPKKND Team! Lighting, sound, music, acting, writing – all awesome! I'm enjoying it! 👏 👏

Love and Cheers,

Nia 😊

Before the battle lines are drawn...
before the bugle blows and the sound of the conch fills the air...
before right undoes the wrong...
before friends turn into foes...
before the war cry reverberates and the charges attack...
the obeisance to the divine Mother for her Raksha Kavch...
her blessings to triumph over the Evil Eye...

Alliances are built with the ones who stand in happiness and woe..(NK and Mami)
The battle plan is drawn in stealth (jiju kahan jate hain, kya bolte hain, humein unki har cheez par nazar rakhni hogi ...)
The secrets of the enemy probed (Khushi searches Shyam's room to unearth any evidence that helps in her mission i.e.,the key to the briefcase)
The moves are being made on the other side too..( a hint at an impending hush travel arrangement by SK travels) The airport loop to be closed?😉
But the plans of the enemy is halted as Devi maiyaa herself has entered the fray... the Almighty has chosen to be the parthsarthi of her ardent devotee Khushi.
Shyam is helplessly forced to witness the invoking of the holy mother as a warning that he is fighting a far powerful adversary than he has foreseen. But has the message reached his confident ears?😳
The key to the briefcase that houses the evidence of Shyam's nefarious plans is discovered by Khushi with the help of her sister Payal. Divine intervention is in play with full force. It is guiding Khushi to her destined soulmate Arnav with lightning speed.

An episode that wonderfully displayed the nuances of emotion that made viewing a pleasure.👏👏

The soft yet wistful glance of NK when Khushi mentions Arnavji in their conversation...
The "ghabraya" expression of Shaymu... a villain who is larger than life but has human frailties.

The insecurities of Anjali regarding her husband's love ... her intuition does give her feelers that there is more to what meets the eye...but her hope in him successfully closes the chapter.

Mami's genteel inquiry into the on going investigation as she is retired hurt... her concern in her hushed tone..
Shyam's frustration at being delayed by the havan.

In a lighter vein:😉
The rebuttal to viewers with tongue and cheek humor...the episode is not a "filler" whatever "badbad" (meaningless talk) we do ,'will be back for the next episode like a"chumbak". (magnet)😆😆

"Aap SK travels Kyun ja rahe hain?kyun ki rani sahiba... "(the real thoughts...hum sochein ki sale sahab ke aane se pehle hum khud hi yahan se apni chutti kar dein...screen space to milne se raha)🤣🤣

The things are heating up.. The end is nearing.. We are coming to the final battle between
ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA and SHYAM MANOHAR JHA..

Their battle started on the fateful night of 10th February 2012 when ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA thought of finally telling his ladylove ki Fark kyun padta hai.. He was basking in the glory of this newly acquired knowledge and after finally accepting the truth that he indeed had fallen in love with her.. He has done one thing, he thought he would never do.. He finally had found one person, who could make his heart go wild..

But as fate would have it.. He was a witness to something he never would have dreamed of in his worst nightmare.. He saw the love of his life in another man's arms.. And who was the man.. None other than his own JIJA ji.. The person he had learnt to love and respect.. A person who was the center of his Beloved sister's universe.. A person trusted above all by the whole household.. He could not bear the sight.. He turned away as fast as he could..

SHYAM MANOHAR JHA.. A seasoned player... He comes across as an IDEAL human being, a loving and caring person, as stated by Anjali again and again., the BEST of HUSBANDS.. A man who with his sweet talks and ability to detect people's weakness had been able to live in the HEARTS of both the Raizada's and the Gupta's.. He knows what is the right amount of love and care to shown, he always knows the right thing to say, so that EVERYONE believes in him.. He has 2 obsessions.. Rani Sahiba (read MONEY) and Khushi.. He was able to hide the truth of his marriage from the guptas and trapped them into his buttery words, so they got him engaged to Khushi.. all the while making them believe that he was doing it only for them cos of the circumstances.. Commendable MANIPULATIVE skills..once his dark secret was out, he changed strategies and forced Gupta's to think abt their elder daughter's marriage.. and kept making attempts on his wife, so that he could achieve Khushi..
Alas, the GODDESS intervened.. She could not see her daughter Khushi be molested at the hands of this impure being.. And she sent her warrior ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA to witness the Devils' true face..

ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA and SHYAM MANOHAR JHA confronted each other for the first time then.. where Arnav swore to protect his di and Shyam swore to remove the obstacle of Anjali from his path to achieve his Khushi.. It was an epic moment for the viewers.. All of us were on the edges of our seats.. wondering who will make the first move.. Who will blow the horn.. And the war cry sounded.. and it was ASR who made the first move... He made Khushi his wife.. A move that safeguarded both Khushi and his di.. He warned Shyam to make amends to his behaviour and learn to live with his circumstances.. But how could Shyam back down.. He persisted in his efforts to get closer to Khushi to find the reason behind the marriage.. once he was able to track that reason down, he received the second blow... He was no longer to receive MONEY monthly without working.. He had to do something.. He had worked so hard so that one day he could sit on the wealth of his wife.. Then started the game of WILL.. where he learnt that his wife was the sole executor of the WILL

He was successful in trapping Khushi in getting ASR"s signature on the WILL.. in return of telling Arnav the truth which he had no intention of doing in the first place..and put his plan of Acquiring the entire wealth in action by kidnapping ASR.. But he forgot one IMPORTANT thing.. So far, he had been toying with people's feelings... But for the first time, his adversary though might have fallen into his earlier trap of making him believe that Khushi was involved with him.. had a brain too.. ASR loopholes nahi Chodta..
So busy were they that they oversaw a very BIG detail.. KHUSHI KUMARI GUPTA SINGH RAIZADA..
A girl pure at heart.. who could not bear the thought that the person she loves the most, has such a view of her.. She wanted to prove her innocence to him, only to discover that he has been taken away from her by the kidnappers... In her quest to find her HUSBAND she bonded with a major ally, Manorma Singh Raizada aka Mami.. She was able to find him and meet him once.. and they realised that they could not live without each other.. He saved her, by giving himself up and she resumed her search of him.. Along the way she also forged forces with her DEVI MAIYYA..In the journey to find him, she stumbled on the fact that her husband was kidnapped by none other than her old nemesis SHYAM MANOHAR JHA.. When she tried to confront him, she was blessed with another ally.. Nand Kishore..
The forces of ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA now include his Khushi, Devi Maiyya, Mami and Nk at the very least.. Whereas SHYAM MANOHAR JHA stands along with some goons he paid.. The final moments of battle are near.. The battlefield is getting ready.. The Allies are playing their part.. we also have an unknown player in the shadows.. ANJALI MANOHAR JHA... she will play an important part in the battle.. Its still to see, which side she will be on..
each of them has a part to play... We all are eagerly waiting for the battle to begin..

Coming to the episode.. Was a tightly packed episode.. No filler scenes.. Everything was to the point..
Highlights of the episode:
  1. Nanhe Ji got his proof that Shyam is a bad person.. He is involved in Arnav's disappearance and is ready to help Khushi whole heartedly.. he also makes his hindi mistake ehile telling shyam...maine aapki izzat liye bina aapke Joote bhi try kar liye.. Nanhe will be instrumental in Exposure of Shyam's true face and being thrown out of the house..
  2. a reference to no 666.. which is the number of devil.. I am sure others will be shedding light on that.. I will jus write about one thing.. "There are many numerology systems which assign numerical value to the letters of an alphabet. Examples include the Abjad numerals in Arabic, the Hebrew numerals, Armenian numerals, and Greek numerals. The practice within Jewish tradition of assigning mystical meaning to words based on their numerical values, and on connections between words of equal value, is known as gematria." According to this.. 6 stands for... 6= f, o, x; so 666 can stand for FOX.. and are we seeing the FOX and the Goat track.. For DOODS to confirm.. 😊
  3. Nanhe warning khushi that they need to be very careful and need to keep an eye on everything Shyam does, Everywhere he goes and whatever he says.. He implores Khushi to think and act.. And also indicated that they need to collect proof because without proof they will never be able to prove Shyam guilty of his acts..
  4. Anjali organising a Rakhsa pooja.. And the member who heads the list is none other than Arnav ji.. a clue that sister will stand by her brother when it counts..😊
  5. Mami with her sprained ankle is told by Akash that she Knows everything.. She is in fact the key to Arnav and khushi's happiness.. She tells khushi that a sprained ankle will not prevent her from continuing to look for her Arnav bituwa.. She asks Khushi to update her on how the investigation goes after being told by her that nanhe has joined the squad.. ..
  6. the WILL taunted the viewers from under the crib.. Wonder if its time has come to get into Lakshmi ji's jaws or Khushi's hands..
  7. Khushi drops her earring while searching for the key to shyam's briefcase is saved by Payal from detection.. by pointing out that she dropped her earring and in the process helps her find the key.. payal definitely has some role to play.. She will be her guardian angel.. But will she remain unscathed??

Love

Kopal 😊

Another episode without arnav bituwa ... and while missing Arnav is a given for almost everyone, pro-actively missing Arnav has been on the low since the start of this week.

Glad we got answers to where Maami jee had disappeared (I do wish Khushi had shared with her about Shyam...but I can see why she chose to brush her off.) Mami insisting she is not out of this investigation indicates to me that she will be the next RMwasi to learn of Shyam's duplicity! Having said that, certainly Anjali will be the last to know, and will believe even later on. She wilfully closes her eyes to his every lie...and like doods has said, only after the attack on her precious child(ren) will she finally take a stand against her husband.

What really struck me was the similarity between Khushi and Shyam today. Yes. Khushi and Shyam. Her maniacal hunting through his room for his key, was quite akin to Shyam's endeavors to find Arnav's key in Khushi/Arnav room. Funny. At that point we were rooting against Shyam, and now we were rooting for Khushi. Both (going through someone else's private room) are in the wrong. But it is the ends that seems to justify the means - Shyam was greed, whereas Khushi is to protect/find Arnav. Nicely done CVs!

A lot of people in the forum have caught on the 666 code and its connection with the Anti-christ/Devil (an apt number for Shyam). What interests me is that it was for his previous briefcase. What does that mean?? Does this allude to his possible redemption as Doods suggested previously!!?? I hope not!!

updated:
I do research in a lab (trying to finish my PhD). We grow muscle cells in a dish, and when they are confluent, we switch the liquid bathing the cells and they differentiate (change, mature) into the kind of mature muscle cells you would find inside our body.

crash course in biology aside, confluence was in my mind the whole day and I kept thinking it meant that the cup of secrets is full to the brim - a week or so ago, even Khushi didn't know if Arnav was really kidnapped. Now 3 people do. The secret of Shyam that Khushi kept for so long is now just spilling out and soon more and more people will know about it, and that is when things will differentiate/change/mature and the next stage will begin.

I just read Doodleberry's analysis and she refers to confluence of tracks! gorgeous!!

ps: thank you to those who liked my two cents! ❤️

Dear Everyone,
Hv left a note on pg# 113 of REDUX: Blot https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/iss-pyaar-ko-kya-naam-doon/3031990/ip-redux-blot, do chck if get time
_________________________________________________________________________

Faith is not simply a patience that passively suffers until the storm is past. Rather, it is a spirit that bears things - with resignations, yes, but above all, with blazing, serene hope.
- Corazon Aquino

I once agn salute the faith Khushi has for Arnav, in him and for all what he has, his values his love his persona, toady with the opening of episode we saw Khushi & NK going to shyam's room to gauge his reaction because NK is skeptical abt Khushi's words, he has known the shyam for much longer than khushi & al human beings are creatures of faith, trust, the more the years pass the stronger the trust is.

Trust a small world but its defined as the degree to which one party trusts another is a measure of belief in the honesty, fairness, or benevolence of another party.
& how royally Shyam fails in his trust test, for shaym its the first loss and for Khushi its her first gain...
I loved the scene between shyam & Anjali, 1) for the fact that Anjali caught shyam's albiet a small one but this could lead to connecting dots later on 2) the look she gv ahyam , his cringeworthy expression 3) NK witnessed it so now he knows Shyam can lie..
We saw mami like a broken soldier with twisted ankle with yet she was worried abt Arnav & the moment she sees Khushi she corners her, abt the progress like in this world no one can replace a mothers love & concern, we see mami also corcerned,,,, Arnav is lucky to hv ppl like mami in his life you adore him , soak him with care, if you only he could open his heart to recieve it...
they talk & discussing mami fooling abt the situation but her concern is increasing at the supposed lull... Remember the lull before the storm gvs you the fake sense of security and then Khushi tells her abt the NK joining them and mami is convinced the more the better Strangely here I was reminded on the ramayana battle where Ram need the help of Sugriv to fight Ravan, Sugriv was thrown out of his own kingdom by his own brother balli & had lost hopes n self confidence but when Ram evovkes him, he wins the battle with his brother & helps Ram with his vanar sena..
they all join the havan the pavitra agni symbolising the holy pyre which burns all the evil and when khushi decides to go chck evrything in Shyams room, the eyes of shaym are filled with a confidence that tells one that he is full of pride at the moment, he has realised that khushi is upto something but will not be able to get anything... the image of DM & cooch sounds filled me with the feeling of Durga Puja where DM avatars as Durga and relieves the world of evil... and finally the search, Khushi is so near to all the clues, the will, the crib & the keys,,,, she finds the, ultimately the first step towards the success...
The general who wins the battle makes many calculations in his temple before the battle is fought. The general who loses makes but few calculations beforehand.
666 : Strange combination and is no of the beast in the most transalations of the Bible..
In a battle all you need to make you fight is a little hot blood and the knowledge that it's more dangerous to lose than to win. George Bernard Shaw
Today we saw Khushi has been aided with this knowledge in her fight to get her husband back
Dedication for Khushi Arnav Singh Raizada

For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart.
It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.
Edited:
Confluence is defined as meeting of two or more water bodies,
The Sangam, near Allahabad, India, where the sacred rivers Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati meet to create one of the holiest places in Hinduism. is the biggest in the world... does this hold any significance, waiting for Doodles to decode it.
