Background: Arnav and Khushi sorted out the whole Shyam thing and now love each other. Shyam had gotten kicked out the house and Anjali was now perfectly fine and was just due in about a few weeks. Arnav and Khushi were perfectly happy in their life, but still, destiny played games with their lives.
"Haan, Shulkaji! likhiye... aalooo ki sabji, puriyaan, jalebiyaan, paneer ki sabji aur rotiyaan. Yeh sab hum kal banayenge aur phir aap lene ke keliye aiye thik hai?" said Khushi on talking to Shulkaji on the bluetooth while pacing on the bed.
Arnav entered the room talking on his bluetooth too, but looking at Khushi pacing the bed, he got a little angry and cut his call. But Arnav Singh Raizada couldn't stay mad long at his lady love. He gazed at her as she paced on the bed, wrote on notepads, waved her hands in the air when trying to explain an important point and her beautiful lips moving as she spoke.
"Khushi yeh sab kya hai?" said Arnav with a little anger and curiosity.
Khushi held up her index finger to indicate, 'one minute'
She immediately cut the phone and said, " haan aap kya keh rahe the?"
"i was saying why is my room so messy?" Arnav said.
"Excuse me... yeh humara room bhi hai! hum aapke patni hai!" Khushi said with a little anger in her eyes.
Arnav loved when she got angry and mad but not at him. He couldn't bear that and now he thought, 'Ab mujhe isse manan padega!' with a little smirk on his face.
Khushi: chinta mat kijiye hum saaf karlenge... waise bhi yeh toh humara farz hai na ki hum aapke kambre ko clean rakhe aur hum apna farz bilkul nibhate hai,
Arnav: nuuhhh--uh!!
Khushi: what?
"tum apne patni ke farz bilkul nahi nibhati" said Arnav with a smirk on his face and incing near Khushi.
He slowly snaked his hand on her waist and pulled her against him. Khushi crashed onto his chest and placed both of her hands on his chest for support.
"Patni ho ne ke nate, tumhe mare saath zyada se zyada vakt bitaana chahiye par tum toh mere se bhi zyada busy ho gayi ho!" Arnav said with a puppy-dog face and a pout on his lips.
"Arnavji..." Khushi said.
"nuuhh--uh--uh... maine kya kaha tha?" interrupted Arnav.
"Arnav... aapko pata hai na hume subah sabji mandi mein jaana padta hai aur phir ghar aake khana pakana [adta hai, aur phir dabba deliver karna padta hai... uske baad phir se sab ka order lena aur phir..." Khushi kept mumbling on untill Arnav stopped and startled her with a full kiss on her lips.
Arnav leaned in and tried to part Khushi's lips by his tongue. To his surprise, she immediately let him explore her mouth not hesitating. Khushi replied with the same passion and her hands shot up to his hair and she ruffled her hands through it.
Arnav's hands roamed freely on her bare back caressing her as she was arching back.
Suddenly they heard, "Chote! Khushij!" from downstairs.
They both broke away from the kiss catching their breath and their chests heaving up and down.
"Uggh!" Arnav moaned.
Khushi immediately understood why he had grunted and was little happy seeing him desperate for her. Khushi rushed out of the room but stopped at the door. She turned around and saw Arnav's face full of anger. She smiled and said, "waise... hume chup karane ke liye aapka tarika bahut accha hai..."
Arnav's head immediately turned to meet her eyes but only caught a glimpse of them as she left due to embarrassment.
All the anger on his face faded away and was replaced by a naughty smirk.

After dinner, everyone had retired to their and slept except for the lovey-dovey couple. Arnav had been working on his laptop, completing a last minute contract that his employee had forgotten to do. 'I am sooo gonna fire him tomo!' thought Arnav clearly in a very bad mood.
Khushi on the other hand had just finished writing in her notebook, keeping track of the income and expenses. She got up, took out her nightgown from the cupboard and headed towards the bathroom. She stopped in her tracks for a minute because of her head spinning. After a second or two, she resumed being herself and went to the washroom and changed. When she came out, her head started spinning harder this time and felt like someone had placed something heavy on her head.
"Arnav'.." Kushi said in a weak voice.
"Plz Khushi, don't disturb me" Arnav replied as he was in a bad mood.
It was silent for another 5 sec but then suddenly, Arnav heard a big thud on the ground. He immediately turned around and saw Khushi on the floor, unconscious.
"Khushi!" Arnav screamed.

In a matter of one minute, everyone had rushed into their room. Mami and Payal had rushed in first and later came Akash helping Anjali enter the room. They all saw Khushi on the bed covered with a blanket and Arnav sitting beside her caressing her forehead with nothing but worry on his face. "Chote! Chote.. Khushiji ko kya hua?" Anjali said with worry in her voice. Arnav saw her worried expressions and he grew more worried because it was her last month, she shouldn't have to be dealing with this kinds of stuff.
"Kuch nahi hua hai Di, bas Khushi behosh ho gayi hai, aap jake aram kijiye" Arnav replied.
"Chote! Aap aisa soch bhi kaise sakte ho! Khushiji behosh aur tum mujhe aram karne ke liye bol rahe ho!" Anjali replied with worry and anger in her voice.
Arnav only said, "Doctor kaha hai!"
After two minutes, the doctor arrived at a moment's notice.
He requested everyone to leave the room but Arnav wasn't ready to budge. The doctor had to request him personally and explain him and that's when Arnav finally got ready to leave his Khushi in this state.
The doctor checked Khushi and knew why she had fainted. He gave her an injection and she become conscious.
Khushi tried to sit up and the doctor helped.
Khushi: kya hua?
Doctor: kuch nahi aap behosh ho gayi thi?
K: Doctorji, baki sab log kaha hai?
D: aap chinta mat kijiye who sab bahar hai'.. aur ab aapko aapni chinta karni chahiye.
Khushi didn't understand a word the Doctor was saying and only gave him a confused look.
D: aapke ghar mein aur ek naha munha mehman aane wala hai!
Khushi eyes sparkled with joy! She had never been this much happy in her entire life. Her heartbeat had increased rapidly and her face was full with a glint of joy.
Doctor: congratulation! Aap maa banne wali hai!
K: thank u doctorji! Aapko pata hai'' meri akhri iccha puri ho gayi!
D: accha toh ab aap khud batana chahiti hai aapne parivaar walo ko ya mein bat doon?
K: nahi nahi nahi nahi! Hum un sab ko khud batana chahte hai!
D: thik hai phir hum chalte hai'' Namaste.
K: Namaste.
The doctor exited the room and immediately he was confronted with thousands of questions.
"Doctor, ab Khushi kaisi hai?" Arnav was the first one to ask.
"She's fine Mr. Raizada. Chinta ki koi baat nahi hai." Replied the doctor with a smile on his face. "Aap unse ab mil sakte ho. Who unhe sirf thakan ke vajese woh behosh ho gayi. Accha hum chalte hai Namaste."
Akash went with the doctor to lead till outside as everyone else rushed into the room.
Khushi saw Arnav enter first, followed by Anjali and everyone else.
Arnav went and sat down next to Khushi and cupped her face.
"Hum thik hai''. Aap sab chinta mat kijiye hum bilkul thik hai!" Khushi replied.
"Khushiji, humne kaha tha ki zyada kaam maat kijiye! Dekhiye na''.. apni halat kharab kar dali!" Anjali complained in concern.
"Hum bilkul thik hai! Ab aap sab jake soiye! Aur anjaliji''. Apko ab aram karna chahiye'' aap ke liye chinta bilkul accha nahi hai'."
Arnav gazed at Khushis with confusion in his eyes. 'I will never be able to understand this girl. Woh khud itni bimar hai aur phir bi baki sab ki chinta kar rahi hai?' Arnav thought with amazement.
Soon, everyone left the room and Arnav then laid down next to Khushi.
He snaked his arm on her waist and pulled her closer to him.
Khushi placed her head on his chest and hugged him saying, "Arnavji hume aapko kuch batana tha"
Arnav replied with concern, "Abhi nahi Khushi. Kal bata dena. Ab tumhe aram karna chahiye."
With that said, Arnav placed a kiss on her forehead and both fell fast asleep unaware of the things that will happen next.
