I hope they don't make ASR rape KKG.. Marital rape is one of the worst kind of torture and that scars for life and no matter how much ASR loves her again rest of her life, he can't take back that one moment..

Some mite argue that KKG loves ASR, so it is not actually rape and KKG is just giving in, but if the other person is forcing on the girl with a intent of just humiliating the other person, it still is a torture..

I guess if they have to show consummation, they mite show these two do it in based on attraction forgetting the hate.. I would rather accpet that than rape.

well ya i know about contract marriage though! but about the consummation part..i mean do you think it will be like this! na i dont think so that out of contract they will add this!.. i mean just think yaar! he loves her! 😆 he wont be adding this..ya its not rape and its not a normal thing though! i think no..the contract will be only that in front of the society and families they are husband wife and in bedroom they are no one to each other! but not this i hope so

Rape is a criminal offence , one cannot legalize rape.

If at the d- moment the female insists she was invaded without her consent and can show evidence of resistance from her side , the husband is supposed to be sentenced to jail term. I dont know about laws in India , but in Canada a man was recently jailed for a year for marital rape.

Whatever i wrote is from my common sense , i dont know much about legal codes and law.

But i dont think in India women go about making FIR for marital rape unless she is beaten or assaulted physically . Majority of Indian women of the 1 billion ppopulation are brought up with the idea that once they marry , her body belongs to her husband.

By the way consummation is not a word to replace lovemaking . It is done only once.

i don't think he would.. but things happen.. he may become so overwhelmed by emotion that things happen.. picturing a scene like the guesthouse where despite being mad at her, his love comes through and the birds and the bees happen :D
