I think Anjali meant Khushi was worried about her parents in Lucknow and was remembering them - but later Khushi says that what can we do - when parents dies and even if we call them they don't come back - - we can only remember them! SO Anjali and Arnav still don't know she is an Orphan was adopted.

think Anjali said this only because she might have thought that Khushi's Parent live far away in Lucknow so she might be missing them. Anjali might have come to know about her parents demise only after Khushi had answered her.
