Another point I forgot to mention is that Chandni has this incredibly demure and soft way of putting her word across. Even when she fights and gets angry, like when she told him to get out, her manner is never too harsh. And also no matter what Advay does, she keeps coming back to try and reason things out with him. I believe at heart she is a pacifist and a fixer.

More so, the burning painful rage of our hero seems to be fittingly contrasted by the calming healing softness of our heroine. Me likes this a lot. :)

You're bang on the money there! 👏

Honestly, this episode as a standalone made me feel so connected to it. A grey shade to an FL is rare. And our FL is educated. So it's just so fruitful. I wouldn't mind watching more of that. You're right. If a Hero can be this way, why not the Heroine. It's double standard to not allow Chandni to be dark when she needs to. Advay is not a soft teddy bear, he can take her blows. Like vice versa with Chandni. She's broken but not dead, she has her claws.

That's what I love about AdvNi. Made me ship it even harder.

I actually am truly fond of how Chandni responds back to Advay. It has a hint of pacifism before it goes up a notch. Just like when Chandni first replies to Advay at the Mandir. And when she responds back to his proposal, kneeling down to him and presenting his shagun back to him. It's so Chandni. She doesn't yell, she isn't aggressive with him all the time. But we know she has an anger. I remember when Chandni first manhandled Advay when he wasn't listening to her.

The nails bit was totally not OoC. And it makes me love it.

I really love the contrast between Advay and Chandni. I've been noting them down as a dissected the characters. It's so interesting their pairing aesthetic. Advay and Chandni are actually so different, seeing something in common between them is a treat. I think the only thing they have in common is their anger.

Loved your analysis as usual. Only one thing though Advay didn't take the balm for his injury offered by Chandni yet unknowingly his feet fell on it while walking away...so it is symbolism for future...that Chandni will be his balm though Advay will reject her upfront

Till now she knows he has no family

I don't know of others but I am not that type
As I love saheer the most but I not watch his show now as just I don't like his character
And I think I have fallen in love with after Shivani as I watched season 1 just recently because I don't like sanaya in real but in season1 I was somewhat able to tolerate her
But here I don't feel anything for chandini due to script directing anything
She has to first think and then do anything these all are childish activity not shows her strength
First she has to be cautious as now this house is not her now and he has not taken it by some cheat it's her family wrong thinking has made them this today and she should know that if advay head would get wrong then he would throw them out and she can't do anything
This is very much shildish or insensitive to pricy someone with nails or hurt someone the one whom her family is under
Just don't able to like or connect with her character due to poor editing direction and script

Thanks! For the nails bit, why not? Chandni was not allowed to say no. The stakes were high. They had already so many problems. And everyone was insisting, what more could she have done? She had to say yes. Was it cruel? Yes. But isn't Advay just as cruel and manipulative with her? I think Chandni should be allowed to fight back. If Advay gets to destroy her family, he should walk on nails regardless. And I'm not on any team. I try to objective about both characters.

Rant about. Please, I insist. I love a good conversation.

Okay. I got the permission now I probably won't stop😆. About this whole nail thing, I found it inhuman. If it was PP I would object. If it was indrani I would object. That's the way I am and I can't tolerate torture regardless of circumstances.

Coming to chandhni, I hoped being a victim herself she relates to the pain. May be all the anger, sadness and helplessness she was feeling over the past few days...weeks?...boiled over and advay was the one to pay the price. I agree she must be angry at all the things advay is doing to break her family apart but it's not like she has been silently taking it. she always give backs to him. I like that bit but I I never thought she would physically hurt him.

So far advay tried to burn her dupatta but he stopped and she didn't even get a single burn anywhere. He tried to humiliate her to stop the mandir treasure being taken by vishasht family to avenge his family, yet he bought the house and let everyone live in the house. All the weird things he do, they never have a lasting impact. except for the fire bit for PP , that was truly horrific and even though PP was not hurt I am still miffed about it.

Chandhni defamed advay when she posted that video online and as far I know it's still out there and advay is as badnam as chandhni.

Why I am sticking more for advay because he is making more sense. Except for science bit.Advay emotionally tortured chandhni but fact is that she betrayed their friendship is a constant emotional torture to advay. Chandhni also said that advay didn't deserve a family and God did it because advay is not worth it. That's bit haughty from a girl who believes in God but ready to use the treassure for her family when technically all that treasure belong to all people of India. Secondly she is set to marry PP to make her family situation better. I am okay with it. People make choices when they have few options but I can't help but think that why can't any of her sister marry PP? especially megha. She seems ready to marry. Chandhni is eldest true but so far this family doesn't seem to follow any tradition.

Again, chandhni character is inconsistent . Her being with advay and getting romantically involved , and then saying stuff to advay seems like pot calling kettle black. especially after yesterday episode when she says she is still in love with Dev and want him like a hubby. like seriously? I feel like advay and want to say ''really''.

I am siding with advay once again in today''s episode because I am loving the way advay is open in front of chandhni. He never lies. He never gives her false hopes. He hates her and he shows it. This bit is contrast to last season where shlok was much more grey. he lied to aastha that he loved her to trap her in marriage and they were much more physically intimate and he hightened her expectations and then broke all of them on their wedding night. I loved shlok especially since he had his reasons, not good enough but still he had them but I felt too bad for aastha that I think I am still not over it. I loved shlok and aastha in different ways.

But here advay he never made any fake promises. He shows chandhni his true face all the time.He is not grey enough but chandhni's chatacter is bit more grey and there are no conneting dots. I hope her character is given bit more thought. The writer should show clearly what she feels and then connect it with rest of plot. We know dev and advay are same but she doesn't so at this point it would have been better of they kep Dev and chandhni as friends.

All said, I love shivani tomar acting and I don't hate chandhni. but the way writers have written the character it makes it hard to justify it. You may not agree to what I say but those are the feelings I get after I see chandhni. I don't want her character to be changed but I hope she won't hurt people like that.

Hello Jesal
I always like your analysis because u think from writers pov... Only few in this forum like u, are actually understanding that writers can't write good things every single day
Coming to episode, it was awesome! I loved advay - nani... Heart wrenching scene with awesome dialogue...
I am fine with what chandu did.. .I usually don't like to hurt people...I will stay away if I dnot like them...but if someone troubled me like advay, I would have.reacted more worse...
You think advay is virgin? Please watch bed rabbave once again... He is not...

Honestly, that scene with Murli talking about it wasn't clear enough. But I do agree with the symbolism.
