I don't think she anticipates that. Even I don't. It'll be a shock if he does kick her out.

Even though the ML and FL may seem superficially different, their core values are same. IPK1 also ML and FL loved their family and would do anything for them and both of them also had a wide streak of independence and not wanting to take help of other people. Here it is both of them being ready to do anything to whoever hurts their family and soon we may see other similarities soon!!! That is why even though ML and Fl may seem superficially different, once their issues are resolved, there is a possibility of a happy relationship due to their core value system being similar!! Nicely analyzed! Kudos!

You may call me that, with all haq. Call me Lumi, LL or even Jesal. I don't mind as long I know you are referring to me.

I love how you drew from what I said and applied it to Arnav and Khushi. That was very enjoyable to read. That's what I love about analyzing. It helps others learn too. And I love ArShi, so that was just a pleasure to read. So amazing job to you too!

Of course we know he will never do that for his own reasons
But she even forgets that it is not their house any more

No worries. Sorry I am replying bit late. I am with my family.

I can understand that feeling, it was inhuman. Honestly, I probably won't be able to watch torture in real life, but fiction is a different realm for me. So I can't see the problem, but I respect that it bothers you a lot.

Thanks for understanding dear

But you see, anger is a fickle emotion. It destroys our morality. We can justify an act with anger and provocation. The idea is that Chandni was pushed to this limit is conservation in itself. We just saw a side of Chandni that didn't look very appealing. As a writer in me, it added depth to the character which made me attached to Chandni, but the human in me can see that this was actually very gruesome. Just like what Advay has done in the name of revenge.

Point taken but you have to admit advay has a much bigger reason for his anger

About the video, it was to make a point that a man's badnaami and a woman's badnaami are different. For Advay, it hasn't gotten him much. No one is taunting him like Chandni is taunted. I think that was partly Gul Khan's point of that video. Though, under normal circumstances, your argument if very valid in the real world.

True but chandhni was already badhnam before advay happened. All that is not just because of advay

Haughty? But Chandni didn't want the treasure, Indrani did. She was the one who did all this. And her justification was for her children's future.

But chandhni was the one who was doing pooja she knew for what purpose it will be used.

Honestly, it's not inconsistency. It's bad writing. Chandni should not be head over heels for Advay. The idea that she finds him attractive is fair, but she should not want to be with him and that is enough for me that she follows this. Also, I'm not sure what you mean romantically involved. I always felt Advay forcing himself onto Chandni. Neelum do you think Chandni is in love with Advay? Because then what I want to write changes. I'm just trying to make sure here.

Yes, I have always thought that chandhni was attracted to him and sort of in love with him for a long time there was no mention of Dev and all chandhni could think or talk was about advay. Yes sometime did invade her space and I would have liked a stronger reaction from chandhni at that time like a slap or something. But chandhni was shown to be lost in advay. May be indirectly but it was conveyed that she felt something for advay or at least I perceived it that way.

He doesn't give her false hope, he's not a liar? So what's with "Bhagyavan" and this shaadi act? Because that is him being very ironic. Advay calls Chandni a Parda or someone with many faces, but isn't treating her this way and acting so sweetly not the same thing. A lie. A tale. Fiction. Are you under the impression that Advay will keep Chandni happy after marriage?

You need to see season 2 to know what I mean. Advay wants to marry chandhni but he has never said he loves her. He calls her bhagavaan but he calls her jhooti, dhokebaaz all that too. he tells her she is his but at the same time he promises that he will break her family and he tells her that.

Do you think that Advay is going to start a family and give birth to Acchu. In my opinion, I want to call this character inconsistency but it's not even that. This is Advay and Chandni's characters. They are this. Did you know, Gul Khan's ML and FL have things in common? She purposely write them this way. They have common traits that certain tracks dissect. Take Shivaay and Annika in Ishqbaaz, they have their ego and attitude in common and that made them very compatible with how they react to each other.

I haven't seen Ishqbaaz, so can't really comment. I can only relate to ghsp. Geet was bit sad in beginning but the situation she was in who can blame her. Although MSK is my favourite hero but the way I related to geet was very personal. Being a girl I could understand her struggle. Here my issue is that chandhni character is changed according to track.

In this case, the dark aspects in Advay can be found in Chandni too. Maybe to a lesser degree, but they are there. They exist. Chandni is someone who is her circumstances. She is the way she is because life made it this way, just like Advay. No matter what she does, she isn't able to resist him an his plots. This is not an abnormal behaviour. Arnav did this with Khushi after she had overtaken him twice. You need to step up in certain circumstance. However, similarly to Advay, Chandni looks more inhuman with the nails.

Perhaps I don't agree, but isn't that the point of a discussion? A meeting of different point of views. I won't force you to like Chandni after the nails thing, but for me, I can accept it. 😃

Agreed everyone can have their own view. Nail scene was bit too cruel in my opinion.

I really didn't like the video making either and not just because Chandni blatantly lied about Advay to oust him out of his home - which even at the time I said was almost history repeating itself 16 years on.

My big problem, was that Advays posters of Chandni in his arms, implied that they were in a relationship and then he called her uncle mausaji - implying a committed relationship. In my opinion there is nothing morally wrong with a single girl, around 24 years old, being in a commited relationship with a single man. Its 2017 and falling in love is not wrong morally, society may have prehistoric ideas about how single girls should behave but it doesn't make it wrong!

Advay's badnami because of Chandni's lies was an attack on his character, saying that he was a love cheat who took advantage of innocent girls with lies and seduction, now that is morally wrong by any standards. Therefore I think Advay's character got a much worse deal. A man's integrity is as important to him.

I don't care if society judges men on a different scale to women, for me both should be judged equally. So I would be more upset with a video defaming my integrity than posters of me being held by a man.

Well explained about the fake video Sana
Even though Advay proved otherwise it was a cheap thing to do
