Well I mean, yeah I think I could agree that perhaps he's trying to protect Chandni from PP, but honestly, he could work to get proof against PP if this was so urgent. Advay should not expect Chandni to be able to carry that wish of staying away from PP when they are getting married.

I don't think it's decent to threaten someone and then not even 5 minutes later, turn around and become chivalrous. That seems like a very fast flip. Saying you respect someone and their privacy after saying you are going to kill any man touching them is not- what's the word here...? Sane? Chivalrous? Healthy? I hope my point is clear though.

I think Advay is taking his revenge with haq, as if only he has the right to cause her pain or pleasure. No one else can do anything to her other than him. I think that's his logic.

OK it seems that Advay as part of his revenge wants to marry Chandni, break her emotionally by manipulating her and cause problems between her and her mother. PP and the wedding are actually working in his favour to do all these so its not in his interest to stop the wedding by exposing PP as a sleaze bag. Advay first priority is his revenge mission. How these rasams play into whether they get married or not and ultimately in the revenge plan is yet to be seen.

I agree that that threat to kill her/PP was shocking/disturbing, and maybe that was the point to shock her into submission. She is in defiant mode with Advay, she won't listen to Advay unless there is a serious threat attached to his instructions. I really do think that the main reason he doesn't want anything to happen between Chandni and PP is because he doesn't want her to be used by PP for his sleazy needs, not because he is obsessively possessive of her, yet.

If my sister met a man like Advay and he said the things he does to her - I would tell her to run for it!

I always read your analysis and thank you as you always manage to make me smile!

I agree that on the face of it Advay's I will destroy him and you if he touches you are signs of an abusive relationship but just for a moment I am going to play devils advocate for his motive to say something so obsessive/threatening.

From Chandni's apology to PP and PPM it is very obvious to Advay that Chandni is willing to do just about anything to keep this rishta from breaking, and she said as much to him that she would do anything for her mum and well her mum wants her to marry PP. He also knows PP's intentions regards Chandni and plans to do something about them soon and put pressure on chandni.Maybe he is in his own way and within the confines of their hate dynamic warning her against getting into a physical relationship with PP. She won't listen to him if he warns her about PP andAdvay knows that she thinksAdvay is capable ofgoing to extreme measures to prove his point, so such a threat may work to stop her.Advay made a point of telling her that he respects and accepts her choice not to be touched by him, like all decent men should.

Having said thatI don't think hismotivesare completely and only honourable as Ithink he probably wants to break/shame/defame her himself to satisfy his vengeance, but there is an element of chivalry and protectiveness in him.

Good point! i felt that the dialogue of i will kill you both was a bit creepy and scary but your explanation ( him knowing about pps intention and trying to keep her away from pp using scare tactics) makes it less so!! thank you!!

hello Jesal!
i agree with u on all of points, even though many wont agree here!
obsessive love is main reason for abusive relationship! in reality, this is really dangerous.
but on screen nothing looks intense like obsessive love...there is thin line here ...if CV's crosses it, we might start to hate this obsession...
creatives handled it well yesterday...hope they do it till end
insight of Chandu's words doesn't mean all orphan deserves this...here it is contextual with Advay's action

Chandni will even marry PP for her mother
But I don't agree that she has a loving family
Indrani a murderer Ranjeet Shakun frauds
Once Advay reacts it will be hell for Chandni
It broke my heart to see Advay cry
The poem is also heart wrenching
Advay will never be alone he will get Veer
Loved the Murshi scene
Murli understands them so well
He meant pain can only understand another pain
I loved the Mama Chandni scene it was sweet
He brought her bangles how kind of him na ?
I never saw any one else gift her anything
I think Mama Ji is Indrani brother
Indrani orders Chandni and she has to obey
She will have to apologise to PP and his mom
PP mom being a ladkewaale taking advantage of the situation
She is a total submissive for her mother
I wonder why Indrani did not tell anything when PP touched Chandni
I loved the way he saved Chandni inspite of her harsh words
Advay was really controlling himself so hard
PP never got it and just fooled along
I loved the poem it was so passionate
I loved the way he respected her wishes to not touch her
I know he will perform the rasams with her
Chandni too feels a bit doubtful now
finally we get a scene where he swears to ruin them
He will take his revenge and it will start with Chandni
Loved the precap

Thank you for your daily analysis!

I agree with your observations, regarding Advay's aggressiveness against PP. How come no one notices him? And why PP isn't more worried about Advay and his actions? Has he forgotten his own admission to Advay about noticing the latter's interest in Chandni? is'nt he suspicious that a couple of functions have happened between Advay and Chandni? Also, his mother seems oblivious to these?

Advay's obsession is played well. So well, that it leaves me worried about how abusive and controlling he sounded. I would have thought by now Chandni would have made sure that she isn't alone with him or at least to tell someone about his intentions. I know she has told her sisters, but playing pranks on him isn't the way to go here.

Does it really happen that someone else can fulfill the husband-to-be's place in one of the ceremonies?
