You're Mine However You Are.. 9.8

Hey all, sorry I was gone. My schedule is hectic and my device that I watch the show on is screwy. My charger doesn't work properly. So the format will be different. I can't use colours as much.

The episode starts off with Chandni lecturing Advay, which was probably my favourite part of the episode yesterday. Honestly, Queen said it straight. You're alone, Advay. Chandni was not entirely correct when she says he can't understand, but she right with how he doesn't respect anything of hers and that's why he's alone. It's because Advay doesn't deserve anyone. He doesn't deserve his family and he will never have one.

Side Note: So in a future prospect, what about Acchu ki mummy?

Chandni tells Advay that she will face him for her family, she could do anything for her mother. I believe this is what the Kinnar in the initial episodes meant. This is the fight between them that only she can stop. Only she can silence this blaze that threatens her family.

Side Note: That insight sounds horrible to an innocent orphan. Are you saying orphans don't deserve family? What is their sin?

Advay is on silent mode today. He actually ends up agreeing with her. He isn't innocent. Advay is so pained in the next scene. He recalls his family, and his voice is hoarse. Advay is so broken.

In a parallel scene, Chandni thinks of Indrani and her anger today and how she is upset with her daughter. Chandni declares she can't let her mother lose this fight. Chandni is readying herself for what is to come.

MurShi today were good. They are better when they don't fight. Murli watches Advay and Shilpa watches Chandni. They can see the pain in their eyes. It just pours out. MurShi talk about AdvNi. There is something deeper here than hatred in this Nafrat Ka Rishta that Advay claimed. Advay actually proves this later on.

Murli is really good. I love how he ends with Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? It really adds more meaning and context to the conflict. Because we know as the audience that there is something more than hatred between Advay and Chandni. But when this is told to us on screen, it is acknowledged that Advay and Chandni are actually lovers. Murli is confirmed prophet.

Next morning, Meghna and Shikha try to cheer up Chandni, but no fruitful effort is working. That's when Mama-ji, Niru, comes to see Chandni. And he sweetly talks to her. He brought her bangles and assures her that she will talk to Indrani with her.

Side Note: He calls her Bannu. Chandni totally needs this positive person in her life.

Niru takes Chandni to see Indrani. Niru defends Chandni saying she has not committed a crime. Indrani counters that she has committed a mistake either way. Indrani points out that this relationship is rocky. Even she would have left the rishta if this was her. Chandni assures she will make sure that she and Pratham get married. Indrani states that Chandni must apologize.

MurShi talk about this. They discuss how this relationship has gotten sour and Chandni has to apologize to PP and his mom. Advay hears this, I read concern on his face. Although he doesn't do anything to stop Chandni. This reaction says that Advay does care to some degree about her honour.

The scene moves to PP and mom coming over and Chandni apologizing for her misbehaviour the other day. This scene is so annoying because PP's mom seems to have big mouth, which is entirely unnecessary. PPM actually orders Chandni to apologize with her hands folded and her head bowing.

As Chandni is done apologizing, PP gets up to hold Chandni's hands. Chandni becomes uncomfortable. Advay becomes enraged, watching PP hold Chandni that way. He steps in between PP and Chandni and offers PP a drink, which Advay makes him drink.

Why does no one notice this aggression that Advay has with PP? When Chandni does something, everyone flips, but Advay does something and nobody bats an eye. Also Advay is strong to hit him that far.

Later, Advay visits Chandni. Chandni asks him to leave, and Advay goes with the Husband-To-Be excuse much to her annoyance.

Advay tells Chandni that he won't let anyone touch Chandni. If PP touches her, Advay will kill him, and Chandni too. Well, that's totally normal. Chandni, please run. Advay doesn't bluff. He almost burned PP. Advay is showing this abusive side of him again. He is not letting her have her way. He is telling her someone will get hurt if you don't listen. He is threatening her as he does this too. That is not what you tell your lover.

Advay actually says he doesn't care how she is or what she is in short. Chandni is his and he has all rights to her, and won't allow anyone to touch her. This is Advay claiming his haq on Chandni. This is really important because he just said that he accepts her despite razing down his family. This line is too important to their story because he will say it again, eventually. With more meaning too.

Advay then flips over. Chandni doesn't want Advay to touch her, and he obeys. Willingly so, he says all she has to do is say it and he won't hold her. This is Advay being submissive after asserting his dominant abuse. This is normal in an abusive relationship. It's not out of the ordinary that Advay seems to be a sweetheart to Chandni and is "respecting" her boundaries. This is to show the level of abuse in the relationship.

Advay leaves letting Chandni know that she and him will be doing the rasam, not PP.

The last scene is with Advay and Murli talking about the preparation for the rasam. Advay declares that the Vashisth family destroy his father reputation and razed it to the ground, so he will do the same to them. His family's ruin started with Chandni, so the Vashisth's ruin will start with Chandni too. I believe this could attribute to how Advay is humiliating them already.

The Precap showed Advay injecting PP with the needle and knocking him out. Indrani explains the bad omen if this rasam doesn't happen. Advay offers to take PP's place on their permission. Is that even allowed? How does that make sense?

The episode was good overall. It really explored some character dynamic on both Advay and Chandni using Murli and Shilpa. I even loved Niru getting some characterization. I honestly enjoyed the episode far too much.

Anyways, I apologize for the format change, but I can't add colours for the time being until I can see to my tablet getting fixed or something else.

is pp really that ignorant, I mean I actually thought for a few secs that he is going to hit Advay back when Advay told him that he will do the rasams instead of pp .. but pp just went saying ok bro.,.

Mama is back after the very 1st episode...I think for now he s the only guy with positive vibes other than chandnis siblings.

Chandni...She said she will do ANYTHING for her mother... this is a significant statement,...,

And as for Advay and his way of showing his haq and manipulation s.,.. tells us it's just the beginning, main pic abhi bhaki hai mere dost!!

ShivRun are getting better in playing the character too. But don't get too happy about the fashion. Shirali is simply in her calm before the storm. Hold onto your hat. The storm is coming.

Thanks so much! I hope they can give a sound reason for this. Spoilers indicate that Advay did lift Chandni. So we'll see how this comes to be. By the way, I've actually never seen this rasam.

Thanks so much! I think Chandni's statement that she'd do anything for her mom can have different meanings. For her, it means she'll do as she says and protect her honour. For Advay, it means for Indrani she could have actually destroyed his family.

I can't for more story. This is getting interesting.

Hi, its a pretty good summary... I would just like to add one thing to it and that is chandni has a blind faith on people she loves or is asked to like irrespective of their character. Her mother wants her to marry PP she blindly agrees without listening to her instincts which may say he is bad.

Coming to advay he is blinded by the revenge so much that he is unable to differentiate the innocent from the master mind. yes chandni's words ruined his family but she was a kid who got manipulated may be? he is blinded by his pain to such an extent that it over powers his instincts. he melts seeing chandni hurt, he knows PP's intension he wants to protect her as well but then his blind faith over powers him and due to this he behaves abusive. Here abusive is a way to hide his instinct, to hide his protective nature only to keep his blind faith alive.

Both have blind faith on their own thinking which needs to be removed. Both behave differently in front of each other only and its because that is their real behavior which doesn't comes out infront of anyone else. But within seconds the blind faith over powers them and they return to being abusive.

Like I said earlier like coin they both also have two sides and which side overpowers which needs to be seen.

I agree that on the face of it Advay's I will destroy him and you if he touches you are signs of an abusive relationship but just for a moment I am going to play devils advocate for his motive to say something so obsessive/threatening.

From Chandni's apology to PP and PPM it is very obvious to Advay that Chandni is willing to do just about anything to keep this rishta from breaking, and she said as much to him that she would do anything for her mum and well her mum wants her to marry PP. He also knows PP's intentions regards Chandni and plans to do something about them soon and put pressure on chandni.Maybe he is in his own way and within the confines of their hate dynamic warning her against getting into a physical relationship with PP. She won't listen to him if he warns her about PP andAdvay knows that she thinksAdvay is capable ofgoing to extreme measures to prove his point, so such a threat may work to stop her.Advay made a point of telling her that he respects and accepts her choice not to be touched by him, like all decent men should.

Having said thatI don't think hismotivesare completely and only honourable as Ithink he probably wants to break/shame/defame her himself to satisfy his vengeance, but there is an element of chivalry and protectiveness in him.

Well I mean, yeah I think I could agree that perhaps he's trying to protect Chandni from PP, but honestly, he could work to get proof against PP if this was so urgent. Advay should not expect Chandni to be able to carry that wish of staying away from PP when they are getting married.

I don't think it's decent to threaten someone and then not even 5 minutes later, turn around and become chivalrous. That seems like a very fast flip. Saying you respect someone and their privacy after saying you are going to kill any man touching them is not- what's the word here...? Sane? Chivalrous? Healthy? I hope my point is clear though.

I think Advay is taking his revenge with haq, as if only he has the right to cause her pain or pleasure. No one else can do anything to her other than him. I think that's his logic.
