Omkara sat on the floor leaning against the edge of his bed... He had lost his mind. He had realized that his notions of honesty, loyalty and truthfulness were miserably wronged because of his judgment about Gauri. He now knew the reality of Kali Thakur. All he wanted to do was to apologize to his wife to the power of infinity for everything he had said and done to her ... For every time he thought that she is a cunning gold digger ... For every time he had pushed her away and all she did was to help him. He knew what he did was more than a crime and he desperately wanted Gauri to punish him. The heart breaking fact remaining that she was gone... Without a word, without a goodbye, without a moment she was gone. Omkara felt helpless, he could have tracked her down and brought her back to the mansion but even she deserved some peace of mind ... He thought.
" OOO... " Rudra came running to his room.
" Kya hua Rudy? " Omkara asked least interested to know about what Rudra wanted to say.
" O Woh aa gayi ... Dekho dekho woh aa gayi " Rudra tried to imitate the signature Helen moves actually planning to dance.
" Kaun aa gayi? " Omkara thought about Gauri for a moment but did not want to keep his hopes high

All the Oberoi ladies had gathered in the hall to discuss about the Rakshabandhan arrangements and Gauri was trying to do something with a bunch of small pompoms, everyone was busy ... Omkara did not care about how so many people were present he just stormed down the staircase to embrace Gauri very tightly ... The people witnessing the scene were cheering, hooting and clapping. Omkara was happy but Gauri gave him a cold shoulder.
" Theek ho tum? ... Kaha gayi thhi? ... Phone kyon nahi uthaya? ..." Om shot many questions at her but she kept staring at the floor. She did not even care to look at him ... After some time she freed herself and walked away. Omkara was panicking.
" Where the hell did you go Gauri? " Omkara yelled at her distancing silhouette.
" Gauri ne abhi humme bataya ke Uski Jo friend hain naa Richa ... Usne ladka bhagake shaadi karli ... Ussi se milne Gauri pune Gayi thhi! " Anika informed Om
Omkara quietly observed Gauri while she prepared for the rakshabandhan celebrations. She looked happy, chirpy and beautiful. He understood that the silent treatment was just subjected to him. He had to talk to her ... He followed her till the end of the hall and then pulled her into a curtain pushing her against the window pain ... She looked at him furiously.
" Tum waapas aa gayi Gauri ..." Omkara said as he lovingly carresed her cheek. She snapped away his hand and so he leaned into her further.
" Haan Nandi ji hum waapas aa Gaye !!! " Gauri said trying to push him away
" Aa hi gayi ho toh ab meri baat suno. " Omkara said gripping her waist tightly
" Bohot bol chuke aap ... Aur bohot sunn liya humne ... Ab chhodiyye jaane dijiye bohot kaam hain." Gauri spoke trying to resist the way his breathe lingered on her throat ...
" Dekhiye aap koi aisi waisi manmaani mat kijiye. " she fumbled
" Pati hoon tumhara Jo chaahun jaise chaahun kar sakta hoon ..." Omkara teased her ...
" Ab aap Pati-Pati jaap mat shuru kijiye ... Agar sachme khudko humara pati maante toh humse baat karte, humme samajhte ... Humme rokte, Aise kaddu kathal ki tarah mooh banakar nahi baith jaate." She scolded him and he was smiling cutely
" Dekhiye ab zyada itraaiye mat ... Hum aapke liye waapas nahi aaye ... Tyohaar hain, function hain isiliye Dadi ne humme aapki kasam dekar waapas bula liya aur maa bhi bohot pareshaan ho gai thhi ... Hum waapas aaye kyonki hum iss ghar ki bahu hain ..." She softly punched his chest to protest the proximity
" Zaruri baat yeh nahi hain ke tum kyon waapas aayi ... Zaruri baat yeh hain me tum mere paas waapas aa gayi. " He smiled victorious as his fingertips traced her jawline.
" Keh de rahe hain Omkaraji ... Durr rahiye humse ..." She covered his mouth with her palms as he almost kissed her lips. He held her hand away from his mouth and twisted her wrist.
" Tumhe toh main manakar hi rahunga." Omkara said in finalty
