For the first time I am hating OmRu as Cupids. I dont want them trying to bring them together, forcing them on dates and stuff. Its not a spat, its a separation, a separation that they brought it on themselves. And for how long OmRu will play cupid? Are Shivika some khataara gaadi that they need the external push all the friggin time?
I dont want accidental romance and eyelocks. I want heart to heart talks, I want an honest confrontation. And frankly the nok jhoks and fark games are becoming redundant. Its a sad situ when a 33 yr old supposed top businessman and his wife had to resort to such teenage antics.

Maybe its the writer in me, I look for depth and intensity in a couple. And no for me intensity doesn't mean hand twisting and RK poses.

I am not satisfied with lollipops. I prefer wholesome balanced meal. 😆

I am totally in sync with your thoughts and POV. I have also seen some optimistic writings on these episodes but the fact is it's all a bit messy post separation! It's possible that DBO merger complicated things and CVs had to tweak the plot.

I agree with your comments about Shivaay- writers have always portrayed him with strong traits of Thinker ( ISTJ personality) but what is disappointing is how they flip when they attempt to show his growth as a person-

Shivaay is a concrete thinker- He doesn't understand proverbs/ mohavara, uses manuals, background checks, data etc etc to make a decision. He takes literal meaning of things and doesn't understand metaphors. That's how his brain works. He processes things as he sees and hears- logically. That's his strength in his business world which makes him so successful but sadly it isn't good for real word where humans and emotions are involved- this mindset is his weakness!! He has always referred A has his strength coz she compliments what he lacks (and hence They make a perfect team!! )
Yes, he can work on it ( but it's a bit it like training left hand to do writing ) takes time but it will certainly make him a better version of himself!! But here is where writers keep flipping!! I do hope there is more consistency in writing and show a mature interaction between the leads along with their growth.

So true !!! No ardent Shivika fan can deny the lazy and lame writing even since the merger. I doubt they had planned anything for Shivika, so we are getting the lollipops to keep the fans hanging. 😆 To be honest, i doubt the writer is competent enough to salvage the damage now. Possibly we will see some random patchwork and loads of emotional drama to unite Shivika !

Love how your post is nothing but the truth. Shivika are lost somewhere and their characters are being butchered mercilessly to the extent that I feel michmichis watching them nowadays.

When CVs are writing random stuff for them, I don't find any reason to discuss shivika, their relationship or their dynamics. There's no significance. The good things in them which we appreciated has either diluted or is being negated one by one. There's absolutely no point in this story right now. We always knew there was no logic here, but now this show lacks the most basic sense and logic too.

And another peeve of mine! Just what is it they are doing? Job wise? Shivaay hardly even talks on the phone - business related - like he did before! That was the only extent of the CVs showing him as the head of a business empire, besides flying in a chopper twice! And once was to meet Tia!

I get a sense that something is missing whenever I watch Shivika scenes nowadays, that their scenes are no longer "complete". As if the "meat" of Shivika are missing. I got that sense today as well in the bathroom scene.
And thank you for saying that because when I bring stuff like that up only a few agree ... lol
Most are content with eye-locks, RK poses and FNP games being played that makes no sense for the ShivIka that we know at this stage
All that is not wrong but that is not all that they should be.
Hence I have baptized them as 'Lollipop Scenes' ... they are candy to give you instant gratification with a high dose of sugar but they do not last as moments between ShivIka that you would remember ... heck!! the 'Boom' scene had more GIF's made than these lollipop ones and it was not even a romantic one ... but the scene had substance and 'meat' as you say
That is why I said that an almost hug for a Annika holding Pari and half a dozen vague lines that can be interpreted any which way is not what ShivIka need. Stuff the Ragini's, gunda's and the Samar's of the world in a box and pack them off to the damn moon and give the couple at least 5 mins of a meaningful conversation especially with a guy who has issues opening up in the first place.

Today cvs were definitely trying to recreate the magic but the end result was dilute. I do feel as if they were scrambling this week to try and make Shivika a bit more relevant in the scenes here and there, but you can tell that it's all rushed and half-assed. Today was hilarious, suddenly Pari bonds most naturally with Anika, the girl who has spent the least time with the kid, yeah ok 😆 lol ... that was a hasty band aid fix to show that Shivvay saw Annika as a good mother and a responsible one. Sorry but that fell flat on it's face for me because they showed zlich interaction between the baby and her till then. There cannot be ShivIka magic created unless the toxic atmosphere around them is first cleared. Which couple romances before they settle their issues especially such serious ones.

Shivvay loves Annika but that does not refute or nullify what HE feels she did to him. We know why she did it but he does not, so by that logic he is hurt, feels betrayed and is slow to trust his instincts about her again. Normal and natural reaction even from a man who is madly in love.
Love (the heart) has nothing to do with wanting answers (the mind).

We have agreed that HS is indeed smoking something exotic... Most times she is hallucinating on some gree ln liquid... Lolz... She writes sensibly only when she is completely sober which of late is I guess only for one episode in a week... lol .. that was not her for sure ... that was someone filling in for her while she was on a high
