Vikram & Sona are right to be skeptical of her friendship with Shivay fully knowing her feelings and the fact that she had tried so hard to move on. Him being in her life even in a small form is bound to be complicated which is already showing.

Sona being pregnant is such good news and Anika is right, the situation is different this time and they seem like a sorted couple so Vikram should take the news sportingly.

Oh my Sanya, Shivay is gonna have a mini heart attack very soon, the earlier family scene in Anika's room, him over hearing her convo with Sona... gosh i was just imagining the scene as i read it was so heart breaking but good to see him trying to work through it but it ain't gonna be easy.

Hmm she finally did it i.e. telling Sid about Shivay, i was eager to see how she will break it and its true theres never a right time and its best he heard it from her though late in the day. Sid seems furious and rightly so. Cant wait to see the fireworks exploding in the next part.
