LOL so true. At first I really liked how family oriented they were, but then his family kind of ruined all the fun lol. The poor girl couldn't even enjoy the functions she missed out on originally 😆

Such a great analysis about the characters and I totally agree with you the writers totally failed

You're not alone lol. They look good, but maybe they are supposed to look out of character lol.

I just keep reminding myself it could be much worse. They could have done a 20 year leap and make them parents of actors that are the same age as them or 1-2 years younger 😆 We dodged a bullet with this leap that I'll take out of character behavior and looks don't bother me at all lol.

I meant that it wasn't their choice to do the leap or the separation. SP ordered it. Leaps and restructuring as happened on almost every single show on SP and recently on Pardes, NK, and CN. We got lucky its only a divorce and 3 months later 😆

are u sure SP ordered it? its also said SP doesnt let the leads divorce - toh yeh kaise hogaya? or may be the papers are signed and it is left at that

hahaha now that i think of it - my grandparents have a more happening life than shivika 😆 - they go out for movies, long drives, vacations, live close to my parents but on their own - though they do have a lot of say in family matters but thats about it. they live for themselves too - shivika on the other hand acted older than my dada dadi which is making me laugh now 😆😆😆

Thanks! I have been reading your replies in some thread.. and I always end up nodding my head in response - yes yes.. I agree - this is exactly what I want to say about this track! 😆 and I have been making similar comments in the CC...

Even I don't understand why she does not shoulder the blame for this separation .. Both are equally responsible! I have been having a similar discussion with asya on her thread.. trying to make this point that please let's not just blame Shivaay 😆

And yes, I agree to the power of TIFFANY whose FAULT is it really - THE WRITING for sure 😆

I would bet money this was SP's idea 😆 The writers have to go thru SP to approve every track so this big of a change has to be SP's doing. I don't watch serials, but even I know how every single show on SP used leaps to restructure their shows. I see fans from all the shows upset on twitter and Instagram before and after the leap depending on the result. Just recently NK and CN were the latest victims, but it worked for them.

Techinally their not divorced. If he signed the papers and submitted it then would still take 6 months, but we only got a 3 month leap. So when the truth comes out he'll will have an excuse to see her again 😆
