it's incredibly yar...you really portrayed every relation so beautifully...Its just perfect...you really gave a detailed description about how gauri made her own place in everyone's heart and how well she bonded with others

i really loved the Annika Rudra and gauri part...I am so eager to see this 3 ones in one frame some day

You had me at that F.R.I.E.N.D.S inspired chapter title, I just knew it would be amazing (I am presuming it's insipred by the TV series FRIENDS, lol)..Anyway, Loved the length of the chapter, I am a sucker for long detalied stories so, full points on that. Also, I absolutely loved how you described the bond Gauri shares with all family members..It kind of had the early days of IB feel to it and what it could have been like (had the CVs and Makers known how to handle an ensemble cast and different storylines *sigh*)..Would love to see the trio of Anika, Gauri and Rudra on screen too-these 3 would be a laughter riot-but for now, thanks for giving us a glimpse of their relationship. Jhanvi's not accepted Gauri wholeheartedly yet, why do I feel she's going to create trouble between them?There's a storm brewing somewhere, ready to hit Rikara..will Jhanvi's and Ishaana team up? Can't wait for the next update!

P.s: I couldn't comment on the chapter before this one and though it's too late now, there's something that I absolutely have to say, I'll keep it short and sweet, lol. That Salman Khan reference you gave-drawing a parallel between him and Omkara-explaining it through the infamous 'ek bar jou mainay commitment kardi tou mai khud ki bhee nahi sunta' dialog was a genius move!

Wow Genie.. what an eye for detailing girl.. simply amazing... loved the way you placed Gauri in the entire household.. we are never ever gonna get this on the show.. but anyway.. no expectation as such n when we have such writers on the forum we can be at peace really... ShreNal transform mundane to excellent n writers like you provide fodder for our parched sensibilities... happy US.. hehe...

Such a lovely update.. n not i guess all the backstory is done for us to move on.. yeah i did miss your RiKara here... sachhi but this chapter was essential.. glad you did it in one go... now cannot wait for the story to move on

Well, I wouldn't call Ishaana the villain... in fact I don't know if this is the kind of story that needs a villain.

So far as I can see, this will probably be a low angst story... it's kinda my excuse for RiKara to break into a song and dance sequence (read romancing and being disgustingly cute) whenever possible. But you are right about Om being busy romancing with Ri. That is absolutely true. 😃

Coming to the chapter, I was awed by the sheer excellence with which you portrayed their relation. The hand holdings, spontaneous kisses, only newly confessed lovers can do such silly yet cute antics. Those are the moments any newly married will cherish throughout their lives before taking up responsibilities of a family and its sustenance.

Lovely to hear from you... So glad you liked the story so far.

This is sort of my personal therapy for when RL and the lack of quality RiKara in RL bugs me... Like I said in another comment, its gonna be a regular song and dance sequence for our two hapless leads in this case. 😆

I love giving them a solid and fleshed out background so that at any given point of time, we know how a particular character is gonna react... but there might be surprises along the way, just giving you a heads up!

I am enjoying this process the same as you guys cuz this story is a work in progress and I get to experience it pretty much the same way you do... you get whole chapters updated at a time and I get to discover this story a sentence or an idea at a time as I write. It is exciting to share my thought process with so many people and so fulfilling to get comments like yours.

Please continue reading, I hope you like how this turns out... and keep commenting, I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas in the future updates too!
