I too feel this NKK drama is going to affect Pinky more than Shivaay. I guess Shivaay does have idea that Anika just has Sahil as her family.
Even in today's SBS seg when Pinky asks Shivaay abt Anika's parents, caste, etc., Shivaay tells her off saying its not big deal & not to make issue about it. This coming from Shivaay is quite significant & yes he has accepted Anika as his family and there is no going back on that.
HE CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT ANIKA ... biggest TRUTH of his life.
in yesterday's epi where every1 felt bad that Shivaay was insensitive to Pinky - true, but not out of his character.
Right from epi 1 to till date i have never seen Shivaay emotionally attached to Pinky or even Shakti. If Om hates Tej, then Shivaay has been ignorant. The reason could be
1. Shinky's loveless, only adjustment marital relationship
2. he has always seen both the couples (Shinky & Tej- Jhanvi) fighting
3. he has always seen fights for money bw Tej & Pinky
4. Pinky has always been proud of Shivaay for his professional success but in that she hardly cared for his happiness. Remember alliance with Tia was also a deal. I n earlier epi, Shivaay too has mentioned that his mother cares for 36000Cr deal more than his happiness.
For Shivaay, Anika is some1 who does not care that he is SSO - a billionaire. He can be just himself, no pretense. he can be vulnerable, he can be just any human being.
When he said Anika is his STRENGTH he meant it.
Anika is his great wall. All his life he has been Great wall to his entire family but he has been lonely. Yes he had his brothers, but he always treated him like his kids protecting them. OmRu have been his responsibilty, i don't remember he has ever shared his worries with them. Its Anika whom he has started sharing his issues.
He is emotionally dependent on Anika. the connect is too deep & if Anika ever walks out on him, he won't survive.
SO SHIVIKA'S PHYSICAL SEPERATION IS OUT OF QUESTION.
Whether it is after gun shot, post kidnap or yest. after regaining consciousness , the first person he wants is ANIKA.
If Anika has fear of her past distancing her from SHIVAAY, then SHIVAAY's biggest fear is to lose ANIKA & he knows she has the strength to walk out. the reason can be anything - her self-respect, his safety, his mother or his past deeds - which Anika do remember & he is too guilty of them.
SO THIS NKK DRAMA WILL ONLY SOLIDIFY THEIR RELATION IN THE END. MAY BE EVEN CONFESSION
And I do like how they have come with Anika's NKK parallel to Mahi's story & it is going to erase Shivaay's NKK forever.
I AM GAME FOR THIS TRACK, BRING IT ON. It is any day better than silly & repetitive villain tracks.
