It was striking how, in the show today, he kept asking her to keep her faith in him. After all, she has lost her memory and he probably thought that he had to keep reassuring her to not lose her trust in him. But the fates decreed otherwise; it was she who turned the tables on him instead. Such a small breach of faith, and yet Shivaay reacts in his black-and-white way: he lets go of her hand; he can only focus on her throughout the family drama and can barely hold it together till he can pull her away into a private corner. That was all _so_ _well_ _done_. Yes, that bit was well done but then the transition into Anika's lecture again put me off.

But I don't like that they have done a parody of Anika.

It was distressing to watch how Anika wants words to pin down Shivaay's relationship with her. Ithought the best thing about Shivaay-Anika was how they never had to really _say_ anything to each other -- they just knew from all their actions and their behaviour.

Now they have this strange Anika, who is pushing Shivaay to speak his feelings. Okay, like, whatever. Parody-Anika is just yet another ordinary girl needing to have social approval to help define her relationship with a guy, no matter that it is deep and strong by itself. Parody-Anika apparently owns him enough to give him instructions on how to live his life but not enough to stay with him without the words. 🥱 LOL usually I enjoy parody in this show but yes, unfortunately this turn of events with Parody Anika as you've dubbed her is what's putting me off too.

toh isko ehsaas hai and solid ehsaas hai and you can see his ehsaas in his actions his desperation his helplessness all that is part of his ehsaas but he won't sit down and be like why . he has openly accepted Anika is his zaroorat and life without her ain't possible but he won't question himself why?why is she important why is she his zaroorat why is he so desperate .that you aren't gonna get. toh jiya with the choti choti khusiyan he knows other deep deep deep inside him and caz of that he questioned her today

Haan I agree ehsaas toh hai for sure! But my problem is that when he hasn't accepted it to himself openly it's not exactly fair for him to expect her to accept it in front of him. Like he was so happy with her when she said the "mera pati, mera bed, mera room" dialogue to Tia and so pissed when she's "giving him away" to Tia but not once does he say "meri patni."

So every time she should be the one feeling things and making ownership declarations while he continues to be nonchalant about it in front of his family. Even today, as much as I liked him standing up for her, he still didn't say "She's my wife" instead he again went "She's my responsibility and I'll deal with it"
That is my issue exactly. I mean even if it is for 6 months what is the big deal in saying 'wife' if itna 'ehsaas' ho raha hai is ghade ko😲

But I also get this is his journey. Apna Billu toh hai hi aisa 😆 He'll some day be able to express himself better. Thoda frustration hota hai but I still enjoy his Billu-isms. Love hate relationship 😆

It's almost hilarious on one level to see him giving so much duhaayi of emotions while Anika is like..."ok, if you say so...lekin MUJHE KUCH YAAD NAHIN...also, pinky promise...jo ki MUJHE YAAD NAHIN"😆
