Shot9: Before it's too late..
The wedding was a day away and everything was almost done. She took backward steps as she finished arranging the unwanted things later to be returned when a touch made her feel someone's presence. She was alarmed and frightened, she lost her balance as she tried to move away. He held her tightly. He wanted to hold that moment forever. He got her back up.
"Are you always this clumsy or when I am around?" Shivaay still holding her by waist
"Aap"? Anika asks
" I'll call injury-prone now"
Anika starts making faces as if he said something she doesn't like."Prawn ,... Mujhe kandi wali feeling aati hai... Aesa lagta hai jese...
(Cuts in)"Michmichi is the word". Shivaay
"Arey wah Billu Jee aap tou meray dialogue marney lagey hain, kahin Tia sun na lay".
"Tia... Why ...do you always have to bring her in between. Yahan hamari baat ho rahi hai na". Shivaay gets irritated
"Ye aap aur mein hum kab se ho gaey billu jee?? Lo ker lo baat ab mein aapk saath tia ki nahin tou kya Sundry bua ki baat kerungi".
"Tum baat ko kahan se kahan lay jati ho, mein... Tum se... Wo... " shivaay suddenly starts stammering
"Billu jee aap na araam se yahan bethiey aur mujhe message bhej deina. Mein ja rahi hoon". Anika leaves but Shivaay holds her hand as she crosses him
"Mujhe Daksh k barey mein baat kerni hai. Anika".
"Mujhe koi baat nahin kerni" she breaks free from his hand. Shivaay sensed her sudden mood change, he knew the reason . Anika starts moving when Shivaay stands behind her and holds by her arm "Baat kerni pareygi".
Anika turns and takes Shivaay's arms off her"Ajeeb zaberdasti hai... Aap donon ki..."
(Shivaay cuts in)"Did you just compare me with that... Cheap Daksh". Shivaay gets hyper as he moves forward making anika take backward steps
"K... Kya matlab ...aap ka". Anika gets surprised by his words
"Tum poori duniya se share ker sakti ho mujhe nahin bata sakti thi Daksh k barey mein"... Shivaay complains as Anika steps back
"Aap meri baat suntay kahan hain billu jee"
"Tum ne koshish ki..." Shivaay
"Wo aapk bachpan k dost thay..." Anika
"Anika, isi baat ka tou afsos hai." "I am sorry Anika, mere he ghar mein, mere he dost ne...
Shivaay turns away as he was getting mad and feeling uneasy thinking about Daksh
"Aap kyun maafi maang rahe hain, aapki kya galati."
"It's all my fault, mein hamesha tumhari baton ko nonsense kehta raha, meine kabhi tumhari baton ko importance nahin di, isi liey tm ne mujhse kuch nahin kaha". Shivaay was blaming himself
"Billu jee aap aesa kyun keh rahe hain..."
"No Anika," Shivaay turns and holds Anika's hand.
"Hit me Anika, Ye sab meri galati hai, na mein Daksh ko bulata aur na wo tumhare sath... Badta.. Meezi..." Shivaay has tears in his eyes.
"Billu Jee... Ye... Mutt kijiay... Choriay... Billu jee"... Anika makes a fist as she stops herself from hitting Shivaay. She wanted him to let go of her hands but he les them so tightly that she was struggling. "Shivaay"!
Hearing his name for the first time from Anika's mouth was something he always wanted. His grip became weaker as he heard his name. Anika cups his face"Aapki koi galati nahin, galati meri hai, mein poora din aapka dimaagh khati rehti hoon per meine aik baar kehna chaiey tha."
"Kya kaha tm ne". Shivaay placing his hands on hers
"Meine kaha mujhe aapse baat kerni chaiey thi...(Anika)
"Nahin us say pehlay"..."kya kaha?"(Shivaay)
"Yahi k meri galati ...(Anika)
"Nahin Anika... Tm ne abhi kuch aesa kaha jo tm ne pehlay kabhi nahin kaha"
Anika takes away her hands "Meine kaha billu jee aap emotional atiyachaar kerna bund kijiay aapki kal shaadi hai" She pushes him away
"Say that again". He holds her
"Mujhe jana hai... Shivaay"!
She runs away leaving behind a smiling Shivaay who was in a state of happiness after hearing anika say his name. Of all the times when he wanted her to call him Shivaay but she teased him always. His smile was gone when he remembered her say that it's his wedding tomorrow. He didn't even realise that he is finally getting married to tia. Why did it hurt when Anika said that. His heart started beating fast as if he is about to lose something very close. Wondering Why is he feeling uneasy. He was going back and forth in the room unable to think straight. The song Dadi was listening to sitting outside in the hall was so romantic but Shivaay was having a panic attack. He was not liking the fact that Dadi was lost in the song. The song finished and something caught his attention. More than the song her voice sounded soothing, comforting to him.
"Never give up on someone you can't go a day without thinking about".
