Omkara and Anika - A Paradox?

Edited: Consider this as an Alternate Universe Theory where Shivaay does not exist or is in love with another.

Okay before you guys bash me, please go through my post.

I was watching yesterday's episode and the bit about Om offering to drop Anika home came up and I couldn't help but feel what a beautiful pair these two would make.

I know the general thinking on the forum goes that Om should be paired opposite someone who is morally dubious. But let me present my case.

So why should always opposite attracts concept be always used in love story. I know it suggests that the couple is complementary, fills the two halves of a soul. But I feel that in the real world, if the core is so different, a couple would find it difficult to get through.

Also Om and Anika are similar only on the ideals front. He is the dreamer, she is a realist. He is somebody who has been delusioned by family and she, even after being aware of the true faces, believes in it.

And they will be bound by pain. Both are enigmas. He has suffered through drug abuse and she has suuffered tragedy and abandonment. Can they be an oasis to each other?

She can be his strength and he can be her dream.

He will be the creator and she the preservor.

And apart from that he seems to genuinely care for her.

Shivika are made for each other but AniKara would be a intense too...won't mind seeing a traingle where Om develops one sided feelings for her... but sure not happening coz Om can see how much Shivay and Anika both feel for each other😳

k i m not gonna bash u but the chemistry is missing between them. There is respect and care but i always feel the closeness, the intimacy are missing. Maybe i m biased for shivika

Oh my God somebody other than me likes Annikara!!! They would make such a fantastic soulmates. Two damaged souls healing one another. Both are extremely sensitive and for once I would love to see a relationship wherein both partners are equally attuned to each others feelings. Their journey would be delight to watch.

Umm.. I don't waant a triangle per se. I abhor love rriangles with two brothers. I was thinking about an AU where Shivay is in love with another.

Annikara would be amazing. They will clash but instead of fierce fights there would be understanding and mutual respect.

The intensity will be soulful.

i never find any single reason for shipping AniKara even if shivay does not exist

Shivika are really good but I am talking about an Alternate Universe. No chemistry is visible because that is not the intention. Respect and care iis there and affection and passion would rise. They are like missing pieces of each other's soul.
