However I fail to understand how Mallika knows everything about everyone's reaction

I mean when Rudra was talking about how to invite Shivaye she behaved as if she knows him better then his brothers and everyone else

Even Annika got see it Omkara didn't like it and he was force to wear that jacket.

If she is casted opposite Om's character she will be Om's lead but not female lead of the serial because when Om is not only the male lead of the serial then how can a character casted opposite him can be a female lead?

Surbhi had played a character where she had a lot of screen space why will she choose a role where she will not even get 33% space?Isn't Saumya's character who is opposite to Rudra playing a second fiddle to Anika's charcter?That is because Anika is the female lead not Saumya. Until script is changed if Surbhi is casted .I am talking about the way things are currently.

But the current storyline is not necessarily the future storyline right?
That might be happening now, because as of now story is Anika focused but there is no problem in changing the story line, if Surabhi Jyoi decides to join the cast and Gul wants her she can easily change the storyline a bit and just like now Saumya is a second lead to Anika, Anika would become a second lead to Mallika. That is not a very difficult task and anyhow there is nothing about story change as at least as per the CVs, the Production Houses and the channel all the three leads are equally important so they might easily shift the focus from one lead to another

I mean we don't even know what the actual script is, there can a possibility that the CVs had planned to take one pair at a time and once that pair is established the focus shifts to the other. (You never know once Shivika is done, the focus entirely falls of Rumya and then Anika becomes second fiddle to Saumya, I am not telling that would happen, but you can not say that there is no chance for it or that this will be a shift in the storyline, probably that WAS he plan)

Anyhow since it has been stated multiple times Surabhi Jyoti is just a cameo there is no point discussing this

people forget MalliKara are friends and that's why she was concerned. We all become concerned about our friends,right?

I think she was just observant on their reaction. If I see my friend's GF is forcing a jacket on him, my expression would be like this. And she understands Om.
