P.S. - Sorry I couldn't update yesterday. Apparently I had exceeded post limit of a Newbie!
PART 4: Tumko what-what lagtha hai? Main tum jaise teddy-bear dekhe scare-scare ho jaaongi?
"Miss Anika, tumne ab tak yeh naam kyun rakhi? I would think ki Shivay se bachne keliye tumne naam change kiya hoga." Om said, leaning on the kitchen counter as I washed the last of the dishes.
Hmm, yeh toh hain meri aur issmein farak. Yeh apne bhai ko jante hain par unka naffrat nahi dekha. I am used to it isliye I know what all he would do.
"Mujhe maaf kiya ya nahi, tumhaara bhai mujhe 100% doond lenge aur woh bhi yahi soch raha hoga ki meine meri naam badal diya hain.!"
"Hmm, smart."
Making our way into the living room, we came across the chachu- batiji pair having a verbal brawl!
"Neelam Aniiika!"
"Neelam Shivay Singh Oberoi!" Rudra corrected while I, Om and Sahil watched, trying to keep in our laughter and miserably failing.
"NEELAM ANIKA!!" My Billi screeched right back. Wah wah, kya cheez peytha kiya hain maine!
"Yeh kya hai Babhi, aapne aise kyun kiya?" Losing to Nila, Rudra quickly turned to me.
"Aap meri mommy ko akoos why-why kar rahe ho?" Nila shouted, hands on her hips and her eyes cutely narrowed. Damn, meri beti itni cute hain hi usse meri hi nazar lagegi!
"Akoos?" Rudr scratched his head . That hasn't changed even after these four years. In fact nothing about him has. One would think he would be more or less matured now, but no my hunk is still in his infancy!
"Accuse Neelu, Accuse!" I corrected, holding my index finger up, a grin plastered on my face.
"Wahi wahi!" Nila pouted. OMG, yeh toh mujhpe hi gayi hain!!
"OMG Babhi, yeh toh aap par hi gayi hain!" Rudra exclaimed, while Om observed all this with a smile. Can Rudra actually read minds as he claims to??
"Babhi no-no, Di!" My thoughts were interrupted by my baby. Of course, she knows me too well and she doesn't like anyone disbeying. Meri jigar ka tukda.
"That's enough Neelu, Chachu ko respect karo!" I acted stern. but it was clearly visible I didn't want her to stop. But as I said, kids are simple ones. They don't understand the double-meaning in things.
"Mummy, aapne teach-teach; Give izzat, take izzat!" She pouted.
I laughed.
"Par aap aise fight-fight karenge toh 'Find Dory' kaun watch-watch karenge??" Her Sahi-chachu asked, holding his phone to show the ticket purchase bill.
"YAY, SAHI-CHACHU, the best!!"
"Woh teri chachu nahi hain, Mamu hain!!" Rudra scowled.
"Rudra, control bro control!" Om finally spoke, his eyes signaling me to keep in my laughter.
About three hours later...
"Sir, your brothers are in Glitterz Mall, as per the tracking system." Khanna informed me as I made my way out into the lobby of the same hotel my brothers were supposed to be staying. Sure enough, their names were registered. The GPS was the only way we could track, since Anika left Om didn't allow any body guards. Sometimes I think if only I had one tracker on Anika, she would be with me now.
I broke out of my reverie to get into the car..
Knowing Anika Shivay Singh Oberoi, she would have changed her name to Champa, Chameli or some sort of that crap by now. That woman, she is more than meets the eye.
Sometimes I wonder, what if the report was wrong and she never had a kid. Will she be back in my life? What if the kid is mine? But why didn't she tell me? I clearly remember that day...
Hello? Oh, Dr. Nuput, oh yes I got the report... Congrats? Doctor, Anika is pregnant with her devar, Rudra's kid. How can that be a good news?...
Well kya bathaaye? Rudra apne Dad par gayi hain, kisi ke saath bhi rishta raktha hain!

Tum sirf Anu par ilzaam kyun laga raha hoon? Agar aisa kuch ho bhi hain toh Rudra bhi gunekhaar hain!
OM, TUM USKA SIDE LENA BANDH KARO!!
Tumse baath karna hi bekhar hain. Par mein keh raha hoon Shivaay, you will regret this one day! DO YOU HEAR ME, YOU'LL REGRET THIS??
"Sir we have reached!"
I stepped out, in the usual style, but instead of going in through the VIP entrance, I took off my blazer and handed it over to Khanna.
"Sir?"
"Stay here but be alert."
Khanna was hesitant but nodded firmly.
I strolled in to find myself being mobbed by girls. So this is what happens when you don't have protection.
"Alright ladies, please give me some space." I chuckled, holding my hands up.
"Mr. Oberoi, is it true that you are divorced?" An auntie asked me.
Kyun?? Let me guess, she want me to meet her daughter!
"WHAT? Oberoi family mei divorce nahi hota." I exclaimed proudly and slipped out of the crowd and made my way to the elevator. As soon as I reached 'The Man Style' , Rudra's favourite store, I called Om.
RING
RING
"Haan Bhai? OUCH NEELU THAT HURTS!"
"Yeh Rudra ab bhi woh bachchi ke saath hain?" I asked, very weird. Rudra was never good with kids.
"Yep, they are enjoying each other's company. We are in this store called Mischief. She wants this weird toy which talks back. " Hmm, Mischief? Woh kaha hogi??
"Hello? Bhai you there??"
"Haan Om, gotta go. I got a meeting."
"At nine?"
"Concall!"
"Oh okay, bye!"
BEEP BEEP
Okay, things are getting a bit too weird. Rudra knows very well that this mall got the biggest showrrom of "The Man Style" in India yet he's shopping in a no-name kid store?
I quickly called a guard over and found out that the store was two levels down.
.
.
.
Making my way in, I saw kids every where, running around. Making a bit too much noise. UGH!!
"Woh dekho momma, Kanchi Ankhon Waali!!" I turned almost instantly to see a boy pointing at a teeny tiny girl.
"Harsha, don't point; it's rude!" I could make out the whisper. But the damage was done; that girl lunged a mini basketball at his face and Bullseye, it hit!!
"Teri himmat!" The boy recovered from the blow and pointed his finger at her again. The mother looked bewildered in all direction!
"Tumko what-what lagtha hai? Main tum jaise teddy-bear dekhe scare-scare ho jaaongi?" She scowled, hands on hips. Her sky blue eyes were drilling holes through his skull. If looks could kill, the boy ( who was hiding behind his momma's pallu) would have dropped dead by now.
"Neelu, aap yeh kya kar rahi hoon?" My eyes widened to see Om wrapping his arms protectively.
"I am very sorry, Ma'am. My niece can be a bit aggressive!" He said to the woman who was nodding her head, in a daze. Surely, the drama would have been very embarrassing. But niece?
"Om?" The words slipped absent-mindedly. Om's face paled as he looked around and mouthed, Bhai?
