Hello Akka, so good to see you , thank you for reading and sharing your wonderful view...True akka strength is in unity, it can make so many difficult things possible, yes when there is no unity among the family members an outsider can take adv of them. Tough times do reveal true family members, those who are there for you through thick n thin are your true family which is why Viplav's true family members are from the Ashram and I'm glad that he went to the place where he rightfully belongs. I would like to say you are doing a fabulous job in running the forum along with others Akka, so proud of you 🤗...Till then take care.

Hello Mag, good to see you, thank you for reading and sharing your wonderful view ...Loved your reply, True if you chose a short cut path you may get results but you do lack experiences in life, and with other people, your experience will increase all the more.

The AN wasis (DT, KT & TP) always had their own selfish motives behind every help they gave each other and you rightfully point out by saying they were against each other which is why an outsider like KM took advantage of their weakness, there was no unity among them from the very beginning. Each one of them were threatening each other as well.

The Ashram ladies have never given so much importance to money and they have always valued each other n given the respect they deserved n they are no way related to each other by blood. Their goodness always stays with Viplav & Dhani n of course us forever, I still miss those Ashram days even now they are so beautiful. I totally enjoyed reading your reply dear, thank you so much for the wishes dear, wishing you the same ...Till then take care.

Thanks for the PM. Very sorry as I am way too late in reply. My sincere apologies.
Excellent TOTD related to UNITY.
I don't fully agree with Dulari's love part. She used to shout at Viplov and slapped him twice or thrice without finding out the facts.

Pearl, I apologize for the delay in my reply. I needed time to reflect on your post before I could proceed with a reply. 😳

A very insightful post yet again, Pearl! 👏 You bring up valid points on unity and division and its effects on the dynamics within a household. 😊 It's true that the ashram ladies stood tall as one unanimous front on the show more than once. In their alienation from the world, they sought trust, love, understanding, and companionship with one another. Their common struggles and tribulations made their bond unbreakable. They were there for one another in their most vulnerable moments like pillars or an anchor on a ship. One person's problem was everyone's problem. Whether it was Tarini Vidhva Ashram or the chawl in Mumbai, each family had one common goal: to survive together. There was no greed for money or power in each abode. On the contrary, fame and wealth were the biggest constituents of greed in Ayodhya Nivaas and always left its members in discord. The lack of trust and understanding in AN was perhaps its biggest drawback. As viewers, we were witness to the constant scheming between DT, KT, and Tripuari for each candidate's succession to the throne as the sovereign of Benares. When DT and KT did unite prior to the leap, it was to oust Tripurari as a scapegoat in their own selfish agenda. Even in this provisional alliance, DT and KT always kept an unblinking eye on the other constantly fearing breach of trust. Whether it was the ashram or the chawl, its residents were at peace and were happy in their relationships that mattered more to them than any materialistic item. Viplav felt tranquility inside the ashram because of the love and respect that prevailed in each relationship, but lacked in his own home. His beloved grandmother, father, and sister were treated as outcasts for what was perceived as their flaws.

Hello Dazzy 😃 Thank you for reading and sharing your view...its okay plz take your time, sorry for the delay was really busy all this while...That's so true that's the beauty of their bond, they have had common share of troubles in life, which is why they have always been united every ready to help each other out...True they wanted to live in a peaceful manner, which has no place for greed for power or money at all.

Power can be very dangerous at times, which was clearly shown in the AN, where each one of them were very hungry for that power, were against each other, yes there was absolutely no trust or understanding between KT, DT, TP at all...which is why each one of them were against each other trying to outdo the others.

That's true the Ashram ladies or the ghetto families wanted to live peacefully without any greed for power, which is why Viplav always felt peaceful in the ashram rather than in his own home. His sis, Gm and father were not significant due to their weakness you rightfully point out...Thank you for your wonderful response...Till then take care.

PART 3

LEADERSHIP

A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. The most powerful leadership tool you have is your own personal example. A leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. Leadership is action not position. Leadership is a privilege to better the life of others. It is not n opportunity to satisfy personal greed. A leader is someone who demonstrates what's possible.

Leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter.

Great leaders don't set out to be a leader...they set out to make a difference. It's never about the role, it's always about the Goal. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.

If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. A leader uses every issue, no matter how serious and sensitive, to ensure that at the end of the debate we should emerge stronger and more united than ever before.

Be the change you wish to see in the world. Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow. Positive leadership uplifts everyone...All it takes is you- The best version of you.

Lend a helpful hand, Encourage, Always listen, Do the right thing, Energize, Respect others, Serve...The most powerful Leadership tool you have is your own personal example...Strong people don't put others down...they lift them up.

A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

In the show, Viplav is a true leader, and he has guided the Widows in the Ashram how to survive in the present and leave the age old methods which were followed by them.

He taught them to be independent and to fight for what they deserve to get, just the way any other person would do. He always encouraged the Ashram ladies to run their business and he is a person who always uplifts any person who is need of help.

Whenever there was a trouble, he had the courage to face the raging crowd, wherein he stood alone to fight the injustice which was implicated upon the widows. He listened to the problems of the Ashram ladies, understood their plight, gave them the compassion which they deserved.

He always encouraged the ladies to do better, the changes he brought among the Ashram ladies was commendable. He became a pillar of strength to them, and gave the credit to the ladies for the efforts put in developing themselves.

His principle's which was taught to him by Dadi became his biggest strength, and he very well practiced them. He became a role model in the Ashram, the ladies used to look up to him.

He never once gave up the goal he wanted to achieve ie to give the rights which the ashram ladies deserved. He fought for the welfare of the deprived section of the society. He always inspired so many people to do better, learn more, to develop themselves.

The positive energy he used to bring in many people's lives, earned people's trust. He has shown them the way while being with them, always encouraged them to reach their goal. He could have very well chosen to give them the task and leave it up to the ladies, but he always stood by them to see how well they were progressing. Most importantly he was humble enough to admit to his mistakes. He was admired by the Ashram ladies.

Sometimes in life, a person needs to become an example themselves, so that others actually believe in them and get encouraged to do better in life. It takes lot of time, energy and efforts to become a leader and more importantly patience to achieve people's trust.

A leader is one who listens and talks to the team, discusses different methods to reach their goal. No matter how much ever the desperate the situation might be a leader always gives hope to people.

This TOTD is dedicated to Zady...Zady stood like a pillar after the show has ended, she never gave up while helping the forum to run, indeed she is a true leader, she earned the trust of the members and they have slowly started bringing out their hidden talents...The show ended in Aug and this is a great achievement that we are all here together even after so many months. Thank you Zady for all the efforts you put in to run the forum, you are indeed my inspiration.

Do share your views. 😃

I'll be posting the rest of the parts soon...
