PART 4
RECTIFY MISTAKES
To err is nature, to rectify is glory. We've got to learn from our mistakes and rectify...Its easy to judge the mistakes of others. Difficult is to recognize our own mistakes. More people would learn from their mistakes if they weren't so busy denying them.
Never criticize anybody for their mistakes instead support them to rectify their mistake. A person is chastised for making mistakes, but for failing to recognize and rectify them. It's easy to make mistakes, it's living with the consequences of them that's the hardest.
We're all going to make mistakes...your mistakes are the result of choices you make. But, because we make mistakes, does not mean we can't rectify that. Mistakes have the power to turn you into something better than you were before.
The most useful form of time travel would be to go back a year or two and rectify the mistakes we made. If you don't make mistakes, how will you learn ? Instead of beating yourself up ...go and make things right.
Most of our big mistakes are due to lack of forethought rather than intentional misdoings. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes, what's important is what we decide to do after ! Good people sometimes make bad decisions. They mess up and they let others down. But that doesn't make them bad people.
We all make mistakes. A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new. We never really learn from the first mistake, nor the second or the third...It only hits us when we're given the last chance.
Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on. An error doesn't become a mistake, until you refuse to correct it. Don't waste a good mistake...learn from it. Making mistakes is better than faking perfections. Mistakes are meant for learning, not repeating. It's not a mistake to make a mistake, but it's a mistake to repeat the same mistake. If people do it often, it isn't a mistake, it's just their behavior.
One mistake will never kill you, the same mistake over and over again will. From our mistakes we gain experiences, from those experiences we gain knowledge, from the knowledge we gain insight not to again repeat the same plight.
Without admitting of your mistakes, you admit that you will repeat it again in the future. So be humble to see your mistakes, courageous to admit them and wise enough to correct them. Never make permanent decisions on temporary feelings.
The best way to learn from your mistakes is to admit them rather than to blame them on someone else. When a person makes some mistake, DO NOT forget all the good things they did for you.
Your past mistakes are meant to guide you not define you. Remember that life's greatest lessons are usually learned at the worst times and from the worst mistakes. Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.
Don't judge people by their mistake, judge them by how they learn from their mistake. Everyone deserves a chance to clean up their mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes in life, but that doesn't mean they have to pay for them the rest of their life. Sometimes good people make bad choices, it doesn't mean they are bad. It means they are human. Mistakes are the portals of discovery. God's plan is bigger than your mistakes.
In the show Ishq, each character has made a mistake, be it Viplav, Dhani, Dulari, Suvarna, Shalini or be it any other character. Some of them made mistakes, realized it and tried to correct them, while the others like Dt, Kanak, DT, they never admitted to their mistakes and kept repeating the same mistakes. The later people always chose to put the blame on someone else, while the former indulged in correcting their mistakes.
Viplav and Dhani have made many mistakes, but there is one thing that kept their bond strong even after the separation, they always remembered the fact that the other person has done so many good things for them.
They always held gratitude towards each other. Viplav made a mistake by raising his hand on Dhani and he always regretted it, and he suffered for five long years for not being able to correct his mistakes. He learnt from his mistakes and his trust in Dhani increased immensely.
Both Dhani and Viplav learnt their greatest lessons at their worst times, even Shalini realized her mistake after realizing the true colors of Raja. Life has given them a second chance and they took the opportunity to rectify their mistakes.
Suvarna realized her mistake of trusting Tripurari and saved Dhani from getting married to him. These people are just good people, but they made some bad choices in their lives. They are after all humans which doesn't make them bad at all.
To live with the consequence of a mistake is the biggest punishment anyone can face in their lives, Viplav did make some bad decisions, made a mess of a situation and he let down so many people. But he did learn from his mistakes, he gained knowledge not to repeat the same mistake again.
DT and Kanak always repeated the mistakes over and over, and never really learned anything from it. Life hardly gives us a second chance, when we are given we need to be grateful and try to make use of this opportunity in a wise manner else at time it's very difficult to live up with the consequences.
