Just imagine after all this buildup of harsh n rude behavior of Dhani towards Viplav...
...Imagine...
The day she will care for him, bring him food, may b tend to his wounds...imagine that and all things will fall into perspective.

Can't wait for that day..but I don't think it will come so soon...Dhani needs to get out of the influence of her mother 1st

Dhani one of the most beautiful character.. Her emotions looks so deep, difficult, gentle yet composed.. I could sense her feelings, being a widow at a very young age when those precious time were meant for enjoying life...After it's a huge disaster in her life, it's a unexpected page in her book. I agree at first Viplav's intentions looks playful in troubling her but right now it has changed, if he was the same person he will never return back or stayed under ashram.. Yes indeed widow society had their own rules which can't be changed.. He never know or get the fact of restrictions being a widow either his intentions are always on positive note and anything can be possible in his dictionary. I just want Dhani to hear from his side , you can't get into a conclusion.. Cvs need to bring the growth in each character not a monotonous way of sketch..

Agree...CV'S need to start showing us who Dhani is not just the angry girl who scolds viplav
..but who she is...I really want some quite moments where she reflects on her life and what's happening to it now...that would atleast make us understand her better...

She is deeply influenced by her mother.

Thank you, I felt I needed to have this discussion to try and let out my frustration in what is being done to such a beautiful character...one of the nicest and believable characters on tv...

Hola Friends

first of all nice thought evoking post and great responses from all 👏. As Tarun pointed out first appearances are lasting experiences.

Having said that, I do understand why you are feeling so. Here's a guy who is being ever so sweet, has moved into the Ashram to fight for their rights and is wanting their happiness every day. However, the "Ladies in White" are not willing to budge even a centimetre. This is bound to leave the audience wondering what is wrong?

I guess my question will be what is happiness? Happiness is a state of mind. When the extrinsic world (I mean the society) has set up norms and taboos on how a widow should behave how can they move about freely? Freedom is the first and foremost fundamental right. To be able to go where you want, to do what you want. These rights have been stripped off them. They are constantly reminded of their place by all sundry. How can they be happy when they have been living this life for years? it is but normal for them to be sceptical. Today Viplave may paint the inside of the walls but how would the outside world see it? the Ladies in white are more conscious of how the outside world views them whereas Viplav is used to leading his life on his terms. He does not care for the society because it is his family that rules the local society. It would take time for them to come out of their shell and be happy. He will need to go miles to bring happiness and colours into their lives. What was shown today is mere symbolism to say that he will strew colours in their lives.

Sure, painting of walls may be the starting point to bring colour into their lives but what about the outside world? I agree Viplav has made a good starting point and the road ahead will be rocky.

Here's also the reason why Dhani is being such a sour puss. She is fighting her own heart. That is the underlying reason. She is scared of being happy. The ladies in white are scared that the young ones may fall for a guy which is forbaded by the society I see it as human psychology. Also we are not sure what Dhani's background is/was. To me Indrani seems to be a more liberal person. Dhani and her mother seem to have come from a very feudal/conservative background.

In this serial, I can sure equate with Rajalakshmi because that is how we girls behave. But Dhani has been raised differently. She is not a rebel. She is the one who tows the line and not a leader. So Viplav is/will be the leader showing her the light. I am sure once they see the fruits of Viplav's efforts, they will begin to understand him better.

CVs are being cautious because they know the pulse of the audience and TRP. Give them sometime. It is they who showed us the childish outbursts of Dhani from time to time which we all loved. Not sure why the cockroach scene has not been aired as part of an episode. That would have showed Dhani's lighter moments with Viplav that we so crave for.

Thank you for this post.

P.S. the status of windows in Varanasi is a hot and sensitive topic. The CVs are being cautious so that they don't irk the so called "Monitors".

is it really possible for anyone not to see viplav's goodness still ... other than dhaani none in the safed gang is that harsh to him ...i think dhaani simply doesn't want to accept viplav is not rakshas ... it is not easy to wake up someone who is pretending to sleep ... somewhere she must be really getting disturbed with his presence around so she wants to keep him away from herself ... i don't think presence of dulaari has anything to do with it ...it is simply her vidhwa status and the fear of how she is unknowingly getting occupied with his thoughts must be making her harsh with him ...
but it will be fun if viplav comes to know her inner feelings and keeps irritating her 😎

Thank you..Yes I agree with everything you have said and I understand what the cvs are trying to show us...my post was just a post to vent my frustration on why dhani can't be like us...like you said she is different and been brought up different...I guess cvs need to start addressing that soon and start showing us why dhani is so different from most young ladies...all I am asking is show us atleast 1 scene where she reflects abt her life..
