Yes that's what it seems . One would question as to why should she constantly complain when someone is genuinely trying to help them . Why is she so determined to reject or fight back every good deed or suggestion made by Viplav.
The way I see it - its because he is unknowingly bringing a change that she does not wish to accept. She is afraid to trust and acknowledge that his intentions are good. and just about every deed of his is met with a rebellion.
Yes she does need to keep quiet and accept this wave of change.
