Wonderful analysis Roopal. The character of rajlakshmi is easily relate able and realistic. Its human nature to want something that one doesnt have, its not wrong. She expresses her wishes, her frustrations and she believes that she isnt wrong in demanding them, as her current condition is not because of her own fault. While I like her character but at the same time i believe that her self centered nature might cause problems for the rest of the widows in the future especially Dhani.
She seems like a person who is willing to give up the ashram ( that gave her shelter and food for years on im assuming) and run away leaving the others to suffer. In future people like dashrat could use her greed and neediness to get to dhani.
