Does anyone have any recommendation? is there anything coming on air worth watching?

With IPZN ending, I checked out all shows currently running on ITV but nothing seems worth watching. I want to try Meet on Zee that is startign from Monday. IT has Ashi Singh and KUDCA wala hero. I did not like the pairing in some pics but stil will give it a try.

I watched this Agnihotra Marathi show few years ago. It was perfect family saga. It is a story of one family with 3 generation and how they drifteted, mystery behind it. They showed Karma, redemption, punishment so well. You actually end up feeling bad for those characters at the end and want their sufferign to end.

I highly recommend the show if you have not watched it yet. Even with 300 episodes, the story was all preplanned and you get hints of the climax in starting episode itself. They stuck with the story.

And it has steller star cast with Vikram Gokhle, Shubhangi Gokhle, Mohan Joshi, Girish Oak, Sharad Ponkshe and then young gen Mukta, Sidhharth Chandekar.

I will try to watch it, I have watched a lot of Marathi movies but never see any marathi tv show. I started watching kay ghadla tya ratri but then stopped mid way..

I didn't what the show completely waise.

Do you guys think quality of music, movies and tv shows have deteriorated since covid has started.. especially Indian ones.

I think Shershah is the only recent movie that is really good. (I haven't yet watched but going by reviews)

I haven’t watched the entire show too, only when Shilpa Anand played Riddhima (1st Riddhima) and then scenes of her when she came back as Dr. Shilpa.

About music quality, overall Bollywood is so full of people just remixing the old tracks and in early 2000s, original songs were made for both tv and movies. So ofcourse they were better.

For DMG, Sonu Nigam was roped in to sing the title track, asmaani rang ho and ishq leta hai kaise imtihaan

I think they came up with season 2 of Agnihotra later so keep that in mind. Watch Season 1 that is very good.

BTW I just started watching Ajunhi Barsaat Ahe. It has Mukta and Umesh Kamat. It started 2-3 weeks ago. This is love story of two mature people. They fell in love but broke up few years ago and then meet again. It is a bit slow now but very relatable depiction of family. I also have to use SonlyLiv subscription so I watch it😆

About Shershaah, then you should definitely watch the movie. Though it has all of the scenes that 2003 movie on Kargil came, but better graphics and focus on showing Captain Batra as the loved son, brother, fiancé and friend.

On the other hand, it just feels a way for his twin brother to just earn some money because recently I have been in touch with a whole lot of soldiers, Air Force officers, BSF soldiers and all of them have said that though they appreciate these movies and stuff but if they had a choice they would only discourage making of these.

So I am confused about how to feel about it
