If you had a smaller, greener city in India that had these four core qualities and Delhi's wide roads, I'd be happy to try and make a a switch as well.

The sad bit is literally no other city qualifies on this front 😔 Absolutely basic necessities, but they look like a luxury.

Even the cheapest part of the city proper will probably cost 1 crore for a 400 square feet flat 🤡 So you could make 30lpa (pre tax) and still be poor enough not to be able to afford a flat as a family! 🤪

Delhi NCR has metro now, which is far more safer and comfy than local trains.

Autorikshaws don't have a meter system but now we have Ola auto & jugnoo. So meter is not an issue at all.

On water and electricity - I haven't faced any issue so far on that front as well.

But nowhere is as safe as Mumbai.
