Because if you have followed the show from the beginning, you would have noticed that Anu Malik is the biggest hypocrite in India today. I think he was even nominated in the Oscars in this category.

No offense but Ankita and Prashant are cool but they are average or at least not upto the mark compared to Amit and Emon. I think his surprise or shock was fair enough.

i think he's not surprised to see them in the safe zone but surprised to see people like amit, emon, and chang in the danger zone. he also says that amit will be the indian idol and that emon is the find of indian idol so he says things like this about all the contestants when they sing well lol. all of the contestants who are left are good so it's hard for him to see any of them in the danger zone because that means one of them has to leave.

true but he has to know that when there are five contestants left, 3 have to be in the danger zone!

he is totally a hypocrite...it's not fair for prashant or ankita to hear this after they are told they should stay.

I know and its coz of himtht deepali got voted out. he made comments like ur crush is crushing u. and when udit gave a little word of advice ...tht man blows it up.

yeah i agree. contestants shouldn't be made to feel bad for making it to the next round because the public chose them.
