I don't think you can separate the two specially because a TV show is based on public voting and not a radio show. They are looking for a complete package. Mohit is a good singer and may face tough competition but his personality\confidence may give him an edge over others.

I think I have seen him before. In other show or auditions but couldn't remember where. Does anybody have any idea?

I am not sure if he is the same guy but one of the guys resembles Harshad chopra (actor) from some angles....though Harshad chopra is way better looking...but u cud see some resemblance...,Im not sure if it was this guy or some other...i didnt pay attention to name...
