Saturday Episode - India Ki Farmaish

Vineet - I found his performance average this time. Rafi songs suit him very well but this song he didn't perform that well. Perhaps he should have given some other soulful Rafi song.

Rupam - Loved her performance. For me it her best performance in the show. Song was perfect for her voice. Deserved MBD.

Bidipta - That is a tough song to sing and she did well. Nothing wow or extraordinary but not bad either.

Rishi - He is in a different league with new songs and with Bekhayali he just killed it. Judges, Ayushmann and most important the creators of the song were high impressed with him. It will be very tough for him to match this performance.

Deboshmita - She is very consistent. Not a big fan of her voice but her singing is beautiful. Hope she gets enough votes to stay in the show.

Navdeep - Tried something different and didn't add anything unnecessarily. Good attempt. English part by Kavya was very nice👍🏼

I think they should not give promos of something which they are not gonna show in the telecast. It's disappointing.

Rishi - Bidipta duet was not shown.

Ayushmann - Rishi performance on Paani Da Rang & Sachet singing Bekhayali was not shown too.

Nov 19, India ki Farmaish with Ayushman & Jaideep

Vineet :- Parda hai. Good performance, but not upto his level. Being vineet & a Rafi classic to boot, expected better.

Rupam :- Namak ishq ka. The song suited her voice, & she was better than her previous efforts, MBD given, though I felt the mahaul created was more due to the energy of the composition.

Bidipta :- HDDCS title song - a tough number, decent effort.

Rishi :- Bekhayali. What an electrifying performance, it was! A very tough number that alternates between a soft soulful mukhda & a powerful angsty antara , he got all the notes bang on! Live singing, pitch perfect in front of its composers… wow! 👍👌. Idol 13 has not made me revisit any numbers so far, but I plan to watch this again & maybe again… 😊. Loved it.. Not just one of his best, but also easily one of this season’s best. ! Rishi is back - with a bang! MBD well deserved.

Debo :- Do lafzon ki hai. Beautifully rendered. 👍 Though an easy song, she brought in the feel so well. I like her voice better than Bidipta’s. MBD , a deserving one.

Navdeep :- A decent effort, considering that he tried a different genre. He still looks apprehensive while trying out anything away from his comfort zone. But it was a good effort, Kavya did v well in the english interlude, 👍

Asides:-

* The backstories of the guests giving requests were very interesting, some quite inspiring.

* No one sang Moh moh ke. 😒. At least Ayushman could’ve sung that.

* Overall a nice episode with good song selections, decent guests & low drama.

* The sparkler :- Undoubtedly Rishi. 👍

* And finally….. can Adi please stop sounding like a spokesperson for Incredible India whenever he introduces Rishi on stage?

There may be 2 eliminations next week as far as I could understand.

And someone from the Top 10 to get a new car in mid season.

Yes I was expecting Moh Moh Ke Dhaage too. I think Sonakshi could have but she is singing in tomorrow's episode. Or may be male version by someone. Missed opportunity.

Rishi was the showstopper today..and what a song ! Kudos to Sachet Parampara.

Debosmita was marvellous..near perfect..Bidipta also performed a difficult song beautifully.

Rupam and Navdeep were ok..not extraordinary. Enjoyed Kavya's part though..and Rupam looked so cute.

Vineet was a let down..not that he was bad..but song didn't sound so well in his voice. For some reason today I felt Vineet's voice will suit very well with HR's compositions 😆
