Are they shooting non stop? I thought many contestants were sounding tired.

They shot some episodes in Daman in advance and came back to Mumbai. Recently again they went daman to shoot next episodes in advance. Boys vs girls was shot long back (1st lockdown of May) which they didn't telecast. Today's episode is shot recently.

I didn't have a single favourite, but really like both Arunita and Sayli today. This time these two girls are much superior, they literally stole the show from their partners.

Saturday I liked Arunita Pawandeep and Sayli Arunita duet the most. Sawai and Anjali's some variations were good.

I think this week totally belonged to Sayli and Arunita. These 2 sang the most and the best.

Sunday’s performances:

Ashish and Sayli: I didn’t enjoy their performances today as much as I thought I would have. Usually I think Sayli is the second best singer over the last month, but I thought she showed some weakness when singing Dhak Dhak. Otherwise, she was good overall. It’s noteworthy that Saylis first song she knocked out of the park, and Ashish is basically the same mediocre Ashish every week. Enjoyable enough performances though with some memorable songs.

Pawandeep and Arunita: On the contrary, I enjoyed Pawandeep more than I have in recent weeks. Usually Arunita completely outshines Pawan, but I thought they both sang well throughout. As much as the drama is irritating and unnecessary, it’s undeniable that they do have good onstage chemistry together. Arunita as always sounded exceptional. Her ‘tujhe dekha’ was magnificent. I thought their duet was the best one from Sunday.

Ashish and SMP: Better than yesterday, maybe its because SMP sings better in Spanish than she does in Hindi. Her Hindi portions in the first song were still underwhelming but she’s no doubt a good musician in her category of singing. Overall was a fun performance and a lot better than yesterday. Ashish may not have the most appealing voice, but there’s no doubt he has talent in creating and altering compositions.

Nihal and Sayli: Sayli sang really well here, and Nihal complimented her well. More than anything, I hope they do more Sayli and Arunita duets, because both have a tendency to outsing their male counterparts. Nihal this weekend has been better than usual, but moreso was above average this weekend compared to his usual mediocrity.

Danish and Arunita: Danish wasn’t good today. The song just doesn’t suit his voice. I’d say he was the worst performer on Sunday. Arunita was practically carrying that performance, she’s been able to sing anything thrown her way.

Sawai and Anjali: Sawai was better today, and to be honest I enjoyed portions of it (maybe because my expectations are so low during their duets). Anjali has been steadily improving, whereas Sawai has been at a standstill in my opinion. Yesterday his performance was one of the worst of the season, but he did decent today. He’s had some wonderful performances in the past, but just isn’t able to sing songs outside of his category and comfort zone.

Overall was a pretty good episode, the general singing was above average but the songs were nostalgic and fun to listen to. I enjoyed this weekend.

I just skipped all the songs that Arunita was part of and that left me with 15 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing talent from SMP, Ashish, Sawai and Anjali.

Watched today’s episode after 3 weeks. Beautiful performance by Arunita and Pawandeep... I thought it was very melodious and in harmony!

Ashish and SMP performance was rocking and so much in sync especially Ashish... the arrangement was really enjoyable and he sang with full of energy

Nihal sang sambhala hai so well . I think as a contestant, Sayli had the most growth over these months.

danish sang only one song with Arunita....that’s what I watched at least... did he get to sing Saturday epi?

Sawai and anjali did well but as usual were put at the end. I think anjali can do well with danish or Ashish too. And sawai may be with sayli ... they should try to have fresh pair .
when is the power play getting over?

Oh that’s bad... I like ghoonghat ki aaad se and don’t quite like dil song actually. It’s not fair to danish to have edited that song out. Unfortunately I can’t watch sonyliv videos unless they upload on YouTube for where I live

They are doing this frequently with Arunita's performances actually so we got habit of it now. Some Arunita fans will surely upload it on YouTube or instagram.

In todays 23 May 2021 episode, I only watched and liked performance of Sawai Bhatt and Anjali Gaikwad. God bless Sawai and Anjali for great success in life and in Indian idol season 12 as well.

1. Hopefully next week Arunita and Sayli will be top

2. Instead of editing songs, can we have :-

a) less of aditiya

b) no kambles and phirangi maharani segment

c) no mama

d) no romantic innuendo angle on Pawandeep and arunita

e) give more songs to sawai and Anjali

3. For once, first guest who gave constructive criticism/comment (Kumar Sanu to nihal). That’s what judges supposed to do but alas not this shows judges. Just into favouritism, wow, mbd and so on,

4. Lastly all sang well.
